Their menu is one of the best in Everett. Aislinn is very welcoming and very knowledgeable. They have a great set of weekly events.

I wanted something small so ordered a cup of the soup of the day which was Cheeseburger soup but I think they call it Hamburger soup. It seemed like it was cheese sauce base, ground meat, diced onion. A little odd but tasted good; a little hot sauce and mustard paired with it amped it up a little. Everyone said they enjoyed their food. Service was prompt and kind.

But late night joints of quality are a dying commodity; the service is good, and the quality of the eats and cocktails is high, if the portions and presentation are less than expected. You could do a lot worse at this hour, in this town. I want to come back and catch them when someone hasn't stacked the juke with garbage and the staff is focused on service and not angling to close early. With obvious caveats, I do recommend them. If they figure out how to be a bit less prickly, this could be a go-to hang after a show or on the way home from an evening shift. Give them a try.
