    18" NY-style pepperoni pizza (September 2023 special)
    Pietro P.

Food: ordered the NY style pizza (special-of-the-month for September, 2023) and a large Caesar salad to-go. The dough is excellent, but a little on the thick-side for what was advertised as a thin-crust NY. The pizza would benefit from a higher-quality cheese. Service: very friendly and attentive staff. Atmosphere: very typical NW sports bar with pull-tabs and pool tables.

Stopped in here for lunch with my friend. He had told me that they had great pizza. Why had I not heard about this before?!? The bar was a generally normal bar. But this pizza. I was in between the combination and taco pizza. I was told to try the combination so I could compare with pizzas from other establishments. But then I asked the servers favorite and she said she would go taco. So I went for it. Packed with toppings, and the crust itself was delicious. I finished half the pizza by myself. I am sad that I am not just finding out about this pizza! Seems like I was the only person that didn't know. It is on the spendy side, but for good reason. Pizzas are usually ready order not long after they open(10am), so if you're in need of some good Za look no further. Oh yeah, my friend had the loaded quesadilla which was not small and he also said was bomb. So looks like a win all around. Pretty decent beer selection on draft as well. I will be back...many more times!

I'm a sucker for dive bars and White Buffalo doesn't disappoint. Free parking can be found on the street or in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Happy Hour is offered on drinks only (no food) Monday-Saturday from 3pm-6pm. Free pool on Monday's is no longer offered due to unwanted patrons who have abused the privilege. White Buffalo offers a full bar, a nice selection of draft beer, four pool tables ($0.75 a game), pull tabs, TVs, darts and a juke box. My wife and I sipped on a couple Skookum pours for $4.75 while examining the menu. My wife and I decided on the medium (12"/8 slices) Combination pizza for $16: pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, onions, olives, mushrooms and red sauce. The crust was thin and crispy. The toppings were generous and fresh. White Buffalo claims to have the best pizza in town and both my wife and I agree with their claim. The pizza was delish and paired nicely with our ice-cold drafts. Perfect lunch choice. My wife and I loved playing a few rounds of pool while enjoying our lunch. During our visit, several people were arriving (all ordering pizza) for a scheduled pool tournament. The staff as well as the patrons were all friendly and welcoming. We have both recommended White Buffalo to our friends and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you White Buffalo for the laid-back, unhurried lunch date.

    Fantastic Nacho's!

What a cool spot. Pool tables, darts, arcade games. The food was excellent and inexpensive compared to everywhere else I've been here.

If you're looking for a bar with bar food and not very good drinks I have the place. Pretty plain…read morevibe and bar look to it, nothing special. I can say we were all pretty disappointed in this place. The staff was the only positive that we took away from this experience. Both servers that we encountered were both kind and attentive. The drinks and food however totally missed the marks. We all started off with drinks 2 margaritas, a gin gimlet and a beer between the four of us. The margaritas were terrible, like I am not sure how they put them as a feature drink. They had zero jalapeños and also offered no spicy margarita whatsoever. My wife's gin gimlet tasted like straight up lime juice. All were complete misses. Next we moved on to the food where each couple ordered a dozen wings. The X's and O's( fries and onion rings) and we also ordered a wedge salad. The wedge salad came out and idk how it was marketed as wedge when it was a bowl of salad completely engulfed in dressing(closer to soup than salad). Next the fries and onion rings came out and I'm not usually a stickler for what things cost, but $17 for like 6 onion rings and a very sad plate of fries. We expected a bit more for what we ordered for the table. Lastly the wings. While the flavoring of the wings were good, they came out not too warm to the touch and biting into them they were cold on the inside. Concerned that we may get sick from uncooked meat they assured us that they were precooked and just dropped into the fryer to finish them off. To me it is concerning that though they were precooked and still missed on hearing them all way, you may need to have a chat with your kitchen. Both of the servers were on top of it and ran both dozens back to have our order recooked. Second time around they were hot and crispy with good flavor(although the garlic boom boom wings were missing one of the sauces the second time around). It didn't matter, we ate them and paid. Not sure we will put this on our revisit list. Maybe the burgers or flatbread were the way to go, but out of 3 menu items and even the drinks.... There needs to be much more effort to everything here...
