Awesome chill seaside vibe with very friendly service. Huge dog-friendly patio. The Drop Anchor IPA was delicious - slight pine with a strong amber-ish backbone. The Blonde is super hoppy and refreshing. They also have a wide variety of ciders on tap. Will be frequent flyers here for sure.

Great ambience and beer was delish! Dog friendly and a great location. A little pricey for the chips and salsa - the salsa was fresh and yummy but the chips reminded me of Costco brand... otherwise great place!

Great brewery in downtown Edmonds. Great selection of beer as well as food items. Clean establishment with clean restrooms and a giant patio with plenty of seating and umbrellas. Live music on certain occasions especially during the summer. Trivia night is entertaining. Lots of TVs to watch all the sports. Friendly staff.

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, lots of people of all ages (people with babies and little toddlers, too!) and some tv. I came for my friend's birthday! People directed me where to go and helped me get a drink. The bathrooms were clean and the place was well lit and people were around if you needed anything. My friend brought decorations and pizza and noodles and fun stuff for her party, and we had a great time. I was just sorry I had to leave early but happy I made it up from Tacoma.

If you're looking for a tap house that feels like a secret clubhouse for grown-ups, with great slushies, Edway Tap House is your spot. Nestled under a house in Edmonds, it's got that "did I just stumble into something awesome?" I kept thinking wow I would love to own this place and live above it. The slushie drinks here are dangerously good, icy, flavorful, and perfect for summer sipping. The rotating tap list features standout local beers and ciders from places like Urban Family Brewing and Obec Brewing, so there's always something new to try. The bartender let us try a few cause 2 girls that aren't huge beer drinkers are hard to please but we found 2 keepers! They have theme Nights to keep it entertaining. Trivia nights bring out the brainy banter, and the cribbage club adds a quirky, nostalgic twist. There's even a walking club if you want to earn your pint with a few steps first. Wish I lived in Edmonds cause I'd be down for a walking club. Outdoor Games & Family-Friendly Vibes Edway isn't just for the 21+ crowd, it's proudly kid-friendly, with outdoor games like cornhole that keep everyone entertained and ladder golf. The spacious patio makes it easy to relax while the little ones play, and the welcoming atmosphere means families feel right at home. Also dogs allowed so that's my main reason for going too! Plenty of space means you won't be elbowing for a view, and the laid-back atmosphere makes it easy to settle in for a full match. While Edway doesn't serve food directly just some odd and ends like a pretzel I saw on the menu, they host a rotating cast of food trucks. Great find!

Exercise caution due to its proximity to the Edmonds ferry terminal. La Palmera has a private lot, but limited slots. I was thankful to have both traffic and parking karma. Checked in at the host/reception stand. No wait and we did not have reservations during our visit. Note: that groups cannot be seated unless all members of that party have arrived and that there is a two hour time limit onsite. Guess they need those tables to turn over in a reasonable amount of time. Wow - no kidding, the entire restaurant interior was festive with all the decor and lights! There was even an animatronic Santa at the entrance. The restaurant also has a private dining area, an L shaped bar w/flat screen, and the main dining room with various seating configurations. They have the ability to deal with both small and large groups. Timed it well before it got really busy. Restaurant and bar was full, plus a line at the host/reception stand upon leaving. We were seated immediately at a four top and were provided beverage and food menus, chilled water, and complimentary chips & salsa. There's also a Happy Hour menu on the table. Service was exemplary from Amelia: very welcoming with a big smile, order was placed and delivered accurately, checked on periodically despite how busy it was getting, and closed out our check promptly without feeling rushed. We shared the chips and salsa, but also added a Happy Hour queso ($5). Impressed with all three. Definitely I'll have to come back for HH. For drinks: I had the Santa's Pinata Punch ($15). The Homie tried the Mulled Wine ($14). Loved the Santa drink vessel w/bendy straw that the punch came in! Great flavors and generous volume. For mains: I had the Enchiladas Suizas ($20) which were a pair of chicken enchiladas smothered in a tomatillo cream sauce and melted cheese, served refried beans and rice. Very filling and delicious! The Homie had Arroz con Camarones ($28). Generous amount of plump prawns sauteed in a red sauce with bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms. This was atop rice with cheese (no refried beans) and comes with a container of warm flour tortillas. He was done in and actually had to get a takeout box. We were so full that we were not able to partake in dessert. There are six offerings featured on the back of the regular beverage menu. With the welcoming service, awesome beverages and food items during our first visit, this location will definitely be on the repeat dining rotation. Thank you to Amelia and the rest of the staff for a tasty and festive dining experience. I was feeling a bit dour, but this sincerely uplifted my morale and holiday spirit. The service is top notch. A perfect new "meet in the middle" spot for friends on both sides of the Sound.

There wasn't a single thing we ordered that we wouldn't order again! I got the Roast Pork & Poblano taco. Homemade corn tortilla, topped with the mildy spicy filling. So good! My girlfriend got the Black Bean Mole Kale, which is one of several vegetarian/vegan items on the menu. Equally good. We shared a plate of the Papas; the garlic sauce, although bright pink, was delectable. They have a fine selection of brews and ciders on tap. I ordered the Finn River Organic Cider and felt it went well with the meal (dry, subtle flavor). Service was cafeteria style (order at the counter). It did take a while for our food to arrive--there was a larger party just ahead of us and everything is freshly made--but we really didn't mind the wait. FYI, the place is tiny, and I could see it filling quickly at busy times. There are two large tables inside (we shared one with another couple), a smattering of tables for 2, and some counter seating inside and out. Great place! I'll definitely be back!
