When I reached out, a technician came out and claimed the issue was rust on the new rotors. I asked how they could rust so quickly, and he dismissed my concerns, saying that any exposure to water could cause rust. What really frustrated me was his condescending attitude. Instead of taking the time to investigate further (he didn't even remove the tire), he insisted he knew best because he had years of experience in the industry. He told me "most people understand the concept of metal to metal and water on metal creating rust. Then commenced to open and close his van door over and over to illustrate the concept like I was dumb. I explained that I'd owned the car for five years and had never encountered squeaking, even with rusted rotors, which led me to believe there might be an issue with the products they used. All this without him even removing tires to investigate for other issues. Instead of addressing my concerns, he simply argued with me and stated, "I am just going to put on my headphones," indicating he was going to ignore me. Then he said I will replace them but what will you expect us to do when this happens two weeks later again? The customer service was very disappointing, and I feel like my concerns were completely ignored. I will not be returning to this shop. Also to make sure there were no other potential issues I did my own research and found out there could be other potential causes of the grinding and squeaking 3 weeks later, none of which the technician diagnosed. Today was my third appointment for the same unresolved brake issue. I arrived for my scheduled 7:00 a.m. appointment only to be advised there were no loaner cars available, which I need for work. As a result, I left without being serviced. I am now forced to schedule a fourth appointment for the exact same problem. I have already paid $600 out-of-pocket, waited more than five hours during my first visit, and the brakes still have not been repaired. This is excessive, time-consuming, and unacceptable. At this point, I expect a full refund of my $600, for Nalley Acura to cover any further repairs in full, and for a loaner to be provided without excuse. While Chris Davis did cover the cost of filters missed in the initial inspection, that does not change the fact that after three appointments the issue remains unresolved. I now ask Nalley Corporate to get directly involved, as requiring four visits for brakes is completely unacceptable for a luxury dealership. i do hope that this will be the last of unpleasant experiences with Nalley Acura and that this issue will soon be fixed.

No sales person outside or even near the front. I had to walk around before I saw someone. In my opinion, his vibe was a little off. He did not seem interested in working with me, so im happy I was redirected to Martin. Also, I want to say and make clear that Martin was GREAT! He's a good sales associate. However, the Manager Charles Wilson cost him MY deal on yesterday. SECONDLY, because I went in by myself as a female, I guess they thought I was a target, WRONG! I was prepared. Martin was great with showing me the vehicles that I was interested in. He wasn't as knowledgeable to some questions that I asked, but he did his best to figure it out if he didn't know. CONS: during the negotiation process, I was immediately asked to pull a credit application and when I refused I could sense the push back giving. I was told that there was no way for me to get an estimate regarding my monthly payments without pulling my credit. Which is false because unknown to them, I had already had a preapproval letter and my APR. They definitely could've guesstimated. As we crunched numbers and they almost got to the number that I was comfortable with, I felt as if they began to pressure me to take the offer for the car, but I was VERY direct about what I wanted to pay and that was THAT. I was almost about to agree and close the deal, but then the Manager Charles Wilson came out (mind you he didn't even really speak or talk to me prior to this BUT he did interrupt and come by the desk multiple times trying to get keys or whatever from my sales person) he came in very assertive and slightly irritated because I would not fold, and was pressuring-- IN HIS WORDS "just lease the car. I mean why wont you do that. we can run your credit and get you a better apr and down to the price that you want." I knew for a fact that they weren't going to be the APR that I already had, and I expressed that to him and again I saw the irritation as he spoke and said "well we work with plenty of banks we can beat that." He was pressuring me to pull my credit again, because by this time (1pm ish) they were really trying to sell me the car, and I was not allowing them to bully me. I ended up, leaving to think about the numbers and everything that had occurred, and I came to the decision to go somewhere else to do business. I didn't feel comfortable giving them my business after Charles tried to pressure me into leasing, even after I told him, I did not know much about it and needed to do my own research. He was still adamant about just leasing. SOOO WERID! The vibes was off at that location. If I can help it, I'll never return back or recommend this location. ***PROS: I stood my ground and decided to visit another location. & I received MUCH BETTER SERVICE from the beginning to the end. They even stated themselves that my APR rate was great and there's no need to rerun my credit again. I got the car and car note that I WANTED at a new location. It's clear they care about the work they do and appreciate their customers. Most recently, we had an issue on the eve of a holiday. We called, explained the noises and what we thought were going on. They fit us in, had it diagnosed and gave us an estimate and said they could get it fixed by end of day, which they did. They gave us a heads-up of things to be on the lookout for (some we were already aware of), but no pressure or scare tactics. The bill for parts and labor was in line with our expectations. As an added bonus, we get three free months of Sirius XM thanks to an affiliate program.
