While the staff was very friendly, I have to agree with other reviewers that there seems to be a lack of competency here. I came in for an oil change and was told by a technician that my battery needed to be replaced, with an initial quote that was extremely high. After doing a quick online search, I found a comparable battery for significantly less. Once I mentioned that I planned to purchase the battery myself from Advance Auto, the technician was suddenly able to apply a discount and coupon to match the price I had found online. After paying and driving away, I realized they didn't even replace the oil change sticker, so now I have no idea when my next service is due. I've tried calling the shop to get this information, but I haven't been able to get through to anyone. Overall, this was a frustrating and disorganized experience. read more

Despite the mediocre reviews, I found this jiffy lube to be hospitable, reliable, and informative. The Other branch off delk messed up my brake pad install by putting the pads on the wrong side. Left brake pad went to the right. So I avoided that branch. However, this one as I've mentioned is a breeze! I'll keep coming here because of the consistent service and friendliness. read more

This Jiffy Lube is far different from the Jiffy Lube is that I'm used to in Florida. Number one you have to get out of your car. Number two they are slow as molasses. However Service is polite Even though they are annoyingly slow. Or maybe my patience is just that bad LOL Regardless the location is convenient located right off the coBB parkway Between Marietta Parkway and windy hill. The facility is clean and it is always wonderful to get your fluids checked between service calls as well as your tires. This helps me a lot as I get on the road and travel quite a bit! read more

They were out there in the freezing cold working on my mom car and didn't complain one bit. This location is scamming or doing improper business. I went have rotors and brake pads replaced because my car was shaking whenever I would brake. Frank Lewis had me pay him under the table for a deal and when I asked him for a receipt he scribbled on the back of a sheet of copy paper. Come to find out the brake issue wasn't fixed and I ended up having to pay someone extra because he stripped a bolt on one of the rear tires. read more

Went to the 1605 Cobb Parkway Location. While they are cordial to customers, they are not seemingly competent to do everything they say they will do with your full synthetic oil change, etc. After 4 visits I noticed that they don't top off or check all fluids, and they often forget to vacuum the floors. When I took my vehicle back for the second time during my most recent oil change, the guy told me my wiper fluid was leaking. He actually forgot to fill it. I have had no leaking issues at all since he filled it. So that was a smoke screen on his part. Then he filled my coolant up (which he initially forgot to do) and didn't put the cap back on it. My wife nearly had an overheated car in the middle of 75 traffic because of this. I believe in giving everybody second chances. But if after 4 visits you prove to still be incompetent, you might be in the wrong profession. I don't recommend this Jiffy Lube location. I have been a loyal Jiffy Lube customer for 38 years and not 1 time has there ever been a location as incompetent as this one. read more

Had such a positive experience at this location! I came in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and tire rotation. I was immediately greeted with a friendly face. They offered me coffee in the waiting room and they even gave my car floors a quick vacuum (it was a bit dirty). The whole staff was super friendly! As I had a not so great experience at the Floyd Rd location my last visit, I felt it necessary to give the Cobb Parkway location a quick shoutout for great customer service. read more

I just came in for an oil change, and the mechanic there tried to tell me there was lots of other things wrong that he would fix for $400+. Mind you--I just bought this car, was running perfectly, just needed an oil change. I essentially had to go back and forth with them for nearly an hour, to get them to literally just do the one thing that I asked them to and nothing else. I drive a 2012 Hyundai Genesis V6. I pulled up to this location, and asked for an oil change. The response was "it's gonna cost ya bout $120 in this thang". Now I'm no ones car enthusiast, but I am also not dumb. My oil changes range from $50 - $70. Went in to get my oil changed. They drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil. Wasn't offered an apology or service you'd expect when someone makes a massive mistake. They didn't have transmission fluid and offered to tow it to the dealership which doesn't have an appointment for a week which is why I went to jiffy lube in the first place. I'd avoid this jiffy lube. read more

Before coming to this location my car was perfectly fine. On a Wednesday, I went in for a regular routine oil change. Took longer than I expected but Everything went smooth. They topped my fluids, changed my oil filter, checked tires, and changed oil.. after 45mins I was on my way. Thursday I stayed home so I didn't drive at all. Friday, I leave out for work... about 30mins later the oil pressure light begins to blink then later the engine light come on. I tried to make it back home because idk what's going on and I don't want to be stranded. Soon I turned into my apartment complex, the car SHUTS OFF! I had to restart it so I can at least make it to a parking spot near my building. I was able to restart it and it home. Tell me why I checked the oil and the oil stick is DRY! There was no oil in the car. I looked under the car and there you have it.. a big puddle of leaking oil. They clearly didn't put the cap back on correctly. This was not professional at all. This really ruined my day... week. The ONLY reason that I'm giving a 2star instead of 1 is because they do have decent customer service. But performance wise.... read more

I always go to Jiffy Lube. This one is closest to my work, so it was convenient for me. They didn't harass me about extra products. I told them I wanted my cabin filter changed because I used to smoke and the smell would bother me when I turned on my A/C or heat. They not only changed my filter for 50% off, but they cleaned and vacuumed the interior that's behind the glove box. Not sure what it's called but it worked. They do everything but carry you to your car. Great service, I will return. read more

I sat in the waiting area for an hour and forty-five minutes only to be told that they can't balance my tires. There was only one other car that they were working on and had 4 technicians chain smoking cigarettes and watching one person do work. It took them over an hour just to get the tires off. WORST. SERVICE. EVER. Started off by messing with my Jeep getting it into the shop - gas-brake-gas-brake, hopping it forward. Not good. I saw them vacuuming other cars but didn't do mine; marked their form that they washed the exterior of the windows - they didn't. Tried to get them to lube the tailgate - they said the zerk was plugged and they couldn't lube anything. Not only left a huge blob of grease all over the rear of my Jeep, right where you would certainly brush it with your pants, but DIDN'T EVEN TRY ANY OF the rest of the normal chassis zerks - I checked and they hadn't been touched. They marked the form as "sealed chassis," which it most certainly isn't. It appeared to me that since I have out of state plates they figured I wasn't a return customer and could be screwed without consequences. On top of all that it was over $43 for the service AFTER a $10 off coupon. $53 for an oil change? That wasn't done right? Srsly??? We have kids and grandkids in this area and spend a lot of time here, but we won't be spending any more time (or money) at this rip off place. read more
