If I could put a zero I would. I came here when I lived in Atlanta (December 2024) before I moved. I came in and the man behind the counter of course took advantage of the fact I am a woman and when I came in for just an oil change I ended up spending $300-400 in all the extra add ons. He talked mess the whole time while assisting me about how "my man" should know how to do this stuff and keep up with it.. all while putting a smile on his face and acting like he was amazing at what he does. Well my husband took my car today to another jiffy lube in Texas where we now live, only to find out that they had stripped my drain plugs in my oil pan and they never changed out anything because when the JL mechanics checked my air filter for my emissions test they said it was clear it was never changed because of how bad it was. Do yourself a favor and do not go here!!!! They will charge you, not do the work they tell you they will do, talk crap to you, and screw up more than they fix. read more

Stanley, the assistant manager was very nice both on the phone when I called to inquitre about prices and in person. I had a coupon for the oil change and he gave me a discount on the other services. Stanley was patient and thorough explaining the procedures and steps for further maintenance. The job was done in less than thirty minutes and turned out to be a pleasant experience. I tried to get an emissions inspection at about 2pm on a Monday. Both bays were empty. About 4-5 people were standing by the exit talking around a car that happened to block the exit. I pulled up and no one acknowledged me. No one care to my car and didn't look at me. After a couple minutes I drove away and went to the nearby Goodyear. I received excellent service at Goodyear. No one should bother going to this Jiffy Lube. It would be a waste of time and effort. read more

THANK GOD FOR JIFF LU AND GROUPON!!! First time at this location on Delk Rd. Bought a Groupon for $79 for a Full Synthetic oil change which is originally a $121 job. Walked in the building and was immediately greeted by the manager Antoinette. Service was speedy! (I was the only car in the bay) My car was worked on by Xavier(tire rotation/fluids), Anand (vacuum /windows), and Esau (oil change). I stood outside with all the technician staff as they serviced my vehicle. I had ALOT of questions about everything they we're doing. Esau was patient and professional with me and I really appreciate that. Groupon includes liquids top off, oil change, tire rotation, and a basic maintenance checklist to make sure everything is kosher. Took less than 20 minutes. Also, the manager Antoinette went out of her way to accommodate me and give me refreshments as I waited! A+ customer service. Happy customer! Will return! read more

This review is for Jiffy Lube's emissions test only. Jiffy Lube performs more than just oil changes. They do emissions testing too *and* they're open on the weekends. I normally get my emissions tests done during the work week, but decided to try out Jiffy Lube one Saturday morning. As soon as I parked my car, Jiffy Lube employee Joe was at my door asking me how I was doing and how he could assist me. I told him what I was there for and he took my car key, walked me inside, and showed me to the waiting area. He pointed out the hot coffee, magazines, newspaper, and the location of the restroom. This small and very clean "lounge" also had a TV, free Wi-Fi, and big glass windows that looked into the garage where all the work gets done. Before I could entertain myself with everything before me, Joe was back inside asking me for additional information to complete the paperwork. I paid $25 for the test (standard fee) and was out the door, lickety-split. I was the only customer the entire time I was there. I don't think you can realistically expect a better emissions testing experience than that, so therefore, five stars. read more

I had been bringing all my vehicles to this location for the past two years. Worst attitude and customer service I've seen in awhile from anywhere. I mentioned as I was walking," Where's the manager? They used to always take care of me." The new manager barely looked up, giving a scowl and said that's why they're not here. I said I always pay $35. He said not anymore it'll be $78. Might be the most expensive oil change ever. My normal place charges $45 dollars for synthetic blend, here at Jiffy Lube it was $78, not to mention to place itself needed updating. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is that they are open on Sundays. So I a pinch you can get an oil change when most places are closed. read more

And I looked around to try to find an employee to tell them that I would like to leave but I couldn't find a single employee on the premises. I have always gone to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes and i've never had any issue. 03-28-2017 was my first time visiting the Delk road location for an oil change. I chose to go there because it is close to my job and I figured i'd stop by after work. A Jiffy Lube employee named Xavier told me that he could not perform my oil change because he was unable to remove my drain plug which needed to be replaced. This information was given to me after he had struggled for awhile to get it off. Upon leaving, I smelled smoke that was coming into my car through the vents and saw smoke coming from under the hood. I couldn't return to Jiffy Lube because they were closed. The smoking continued my entire ride home, then my engine light came on. I returned the next day with oil seeping out of the front of my car. The assistant manager, Antionette had another employee named Dre to lift my hood and it was blatantly obvious that oil was everywhere and that Xavier never put my oil cap back in place on the previous day. I had absolutely no oil in my car and this could have ruined my vehicle as well as put me in danger. They cleaned my car and gave me an oil change for free and I was told my next oil change will be free as well but once I left I still smelled and saw the smoke. I am going to be late for work today in order to rectify this issue and i'm concerned about the state of my car which is still brand new and has never had any issues. Xavier never apologized for his mistake and I was told by Antionette that he has done this before. Antionette went above and beyond to do her best to fix the situation for me and I am grateful but the person who actually did it didn't say a word to me. He stood in front of my car and smoked a cigarette the entire time while frowning at me periodically. I will be calling later on to speak with a manager about this. I hate getting my oil changed. Usually takes forever. Not this time! The lady that helped me was awesome! Quick and efficient. She knew how to delegate and get things done. I was just there because it is located near my office, but I will never return. When I arrived, I asked Dominic how long it would take for an oil change, and he replied "no more than about 15 minutes". About 20 minutes later, I walked out and showed him where my oil filter is located (under a plastic cover on top of the engine). 25 minutes after that I complained to the manager (I guess) and she offered me a $10 discount, but it was still $40, which is more than the dealer charges. read more

Went to Jiffy Lube at Delk Rd Marietta GA on 7/9/14. Before going to get the oil change I wrote on the oil filter to verify that it would be changed. When I returned home I discovered the oil filter had never been changed. I returned to the store and received a refund. I then took it to the dealership where it was to my surprise $10.00 cheaper. I wish I would have searched on google about Jiffy Lube scams. I also contacted the Georgia Manager Chuck from the corporate 800 number whom after explaining what happened at the location told me, "What do you want me to do about it, you received a refund and you sound like you want something else". I guess I wanted to know something would have been done to investigate this area branch to make sure the technicians are doing their jobs. read more

I moved into the area about 2 years ago. I had continued to go back to my old place. I noticed this jiffy lube and they always seemed to be busy and I thought they must be good. Nobody standing on the curb holding signs ex. "no wait". I pulled in one morning and spoke with Antoinette she was so friendly and answered my questions. I went in early Monday morning with my Camry. They rotated my tires, oil change , and air filter. The waiting area was clean and the televisions was on local news. Which was nice. I'm so happy I found this Jiffy Lube. Came in for a simple oil change. Employees were very friendly and helpful and got the job done quickly. However, the oil change was charged $60 higher than what the dealership charges me normally(before this trip to Jiffy Lube, I have had everything done at the dealership service department). After the oil change was complete, the language for my display and other information screens was changed to Chinese. Also, all of the sounds in my car was un-working. The radio, Bluetooth, and form of music I tried to play. So as I should have gone to the dealership service to begin with, now i have to go there anyways so they can fix whatever these guys seemed to have done wrong. read more

I have to say that I am very disappointed with this location. I am used to the exceptional customer service and fast time that the jiffy lube provides. When I arrived at this location I was greeted right away and I was the second car at the location. I was escorted to the waiting area where I waited 10 minutes to get a review on suggested services and to pick the type of oil I wanted. The review itself took about 15 minutes since they felt the need to explain in detail on why I needed every suggested service. After the review was completed I was in the waiting area for about 30 more minutes until I was called to get a price estimate. 10 minutes later my car was ready but I wasn't since I had to wait for a 15 minute review that another customer was getting. Now Im headed towards the car and noticed my driver carpet was DIRTY with dark boot marks!!!!, and my windows were not cleaned because according to my receipt I "declined" the service when they never asked me. Incidents like this one only happen once and the only reason why I didn't make them clean it is because I always ready tired of waiting and my attitude was not the best one at that point. read more

This is one of the places that I tend to go for an oil change. Not because of their great prices (they are way overpriced) but because its so close and because they work fast. I paid about $33 for their regular oil change, but this was with a $10 off coupon that I had stashed, so expect to pay more. I actually think they have hiked up their prices, but whatever I was paying for convenience at this point. The staff was friendly, and was out in about 10 min. The only thing I was not too keen on was that they did not reset the setting for the oil light and didn't vacuum my car like they used to back in the day. I may come back, but not too sure as I don't like to pay an arm and a leg for an oil change and I know there are cheaper places out there. read more

Update : My car has a splash shield underneath the car. Shield has to be removed in order to change the filter on my car. Apparently the idiots at Jiffy Lube never bothered to put all the screws back on the shield. Driving down the highway early Sunday morning I heard a loud thumping noise. from the front end of the car. When I pulled over and looked underneath the back end of the shield was hanging and dragging on the ground. It was screwed in on the front and all the sides and the back end of the shield was not screwed in. $46 for an oil change is quite high for what you get. I should have driven away and gone to the dealer but I was locked in by a car in front and a car behind me. They didn't check the other fluids like they claim they do. A week later my brake light was coming on in my car. It turns out the brake fluid was low. Obviously Jiffy Lube never bother to check. Moral of the story - "Quick" oil change is not worth the poor incompetent service. read more

45 bucks for a basic oil change, really?! I dropped off my car and left. I was told they would call me when it was finished. I wasn't. I showed back up to pick up my car that was sitting out front of the store. The lady watched me walk in while she was in the car bay. I am not the kind of person who goes out of their way to write a bad review. That being said, just stay away from this place. EVERY TIME I go here they leave oil stains on my carpet, charge me 100% full price for a service that they never fully provide (first time they didn't vacuum the car, second time they didn't top off my windshield liquid), and it is easily the most expensive oil change you will find ANYWHERE. This last visit, they made me wait an hour because they didn't have my type of oil, OR my type of oil filter. I HAVE THE MOST COMMONLY USED OIL AND FILTER ANYWHERE. Absolutely ridiculous, I will stick to changing my oil myself from now on. read more
