I've been coming to Car Spa Marietta for quick washes for a while, but this was my first time paying for an express detail, and it'll be my last. I spent $75 for a service that was barely halfway done. I waited nearly 50 minutes, only to come out and find that the floors were only partially vacuumed, the side doors weren't cleaned, the dashboard was still dusty, and basic details like the cup holders, console, and seats were completely untouched. It was clear no air hose had been used, and whatever cleaner was used left a white residue in my cup holders, which I had to ask to be cleaned off with leather cleaner. Even worse, I ended up spending another 20 minutes cleaning my own car. The very thing I was paying to avoid. I had to literally point out missed areas to an employee one by one, which felt ridiculous considering this is supposed to be a professional detail. As for the shampooed carpets, they were wet, but still looked dirty. I'll give the benefit of the doubt there since my car is older. When I asked the manager for a partial refund, I was told "corporate won't allow us to give refunds," and the only option was to come back for another detail with an assistant manager doing the work. But if the first one wasn't done properly, why would I waste more of my time and come back? I've already cleaned most of it myself. This was a waste of money, time, and energy. I'm extremely disappointed in this location. I've supported this business for years with basic washes, but after this experience, I won't be returning. Go right if you want express service. The Car Spa is a great value for a quick, easy car wash. I opted for the Bronze exterior which is the most affordable if you simply want to get your car washed, spot rinsed, and air blown. There's no wax applied with Bronze so consider upgrading if you need it. For $8, you can't beat the quick service from Car Spa. You can pay with cash, gift card, or credit card. Someone is typically at the front to guide you in and will ask you to put receipt on car dash. When you exit, mind the speed bumps. Definitely consider trying this place out during non-peak times as well during the week to get in and out and back on the road. read more

They already started at a 5 star for me. The last oil change I done was at Walmart but I usually go to car spa in Houston. Let's just say although I love the price . I was upset with them so I ventured out. Fast forward to today... I notice my oil has been leaking and I needed my car detailed cause I spilled carpet freshener Allllll over My car. I went to the oil center first cause I was praying they can tell me if it was a leak or Walmart didn't do something correctly and I offered to pay for they time. I really appreciated they looked at it and didn't charge me. Thankfully it was just they didn't screw it on tight and no major out of pocket expense for me. Now I didn't like that no one is at the front like it is in Houston but they were outside with questions and assistance.. I didn't want a car wash. I just needed the inside cleaned. (To be continued as I am waiting on the outcome.) I can't complain. It was 16.00 and they did what I didn't want to do. The staff informed me that a full-service membership costs $40 monthly, and I accepted this offer about three months ago when I received full service. However, on June 2, 2025, when I visited Car Spa for a full-service wash, I was told that the membership only covers an exterior wash. It seems the new staff was unsure and did not have a trainee to assist the customer for full transparency. So I am going to correct it to fall "within guidelines" because apparently I can't upload screenshots from the employee proving I did not say my interior cleaning was excellent. Which is what the manager replied to my poor review claiming. In any event , I went to have my car cleaned the radio was perfect when I arrived and broken when I got back into the car and the carpet was still stinking. I immediately cancelled membership purchased . Never received refund and the cleaning was poor. My initial review was all 5 stars, but I have changed my opinion about Car Spa and its policies after my last visit that was literally deemed it as my last visit...... I go to get my car washed. I have a small crack in my windshield on the far right side/passenger side. When I pulled up to the guy who pre-washes the windshield and back glass, he slammed the brush on my windshield so hard that it immediately cracked across the entire windshield. I go and tell the manager on duty and he states that if there was already a small crack that there is nothing they will do about it. I told him that the crack was very small and that he could run the camera back. He said that their policy is to "NOT allow windshields with cracks in it through." I asked "then why did he further damage my windshield and let me through?" He said he didn't know, but there was nothing he could do. The force the guy used could have cracked a blemish free windshield! I call myself being honest and acknowledging that it was already a small crack there, but that counted for absolutely nothing. I was so pissed that he didn't even have the decency to apologize. There is no such policy posted in customers' views. It pissed me off so badly that I am severing my relationship with them. This is not against Vernell because I know that if he were there, he would have at least acknowledged my feelings and understood how the washer was to blame as well even if there was nothing he could do about it. Vernell is an awesome guy! However, Beware, if you have any type of blemish on your windows, they're going to damage it further and that will be that. read more

Paid $60 for the inside detail and was never fully cleaned. A supervisor called cleaners back twice to wipe mu door insides and other areas. Upon seeing my car, $5 tip in hand, I spoke with the supervisor about the issues and how I didn't want to tip. It was in jest, and he called a guy over, they guy never came to address the issues. I sat in my car for theee minutes on the phone. Then just left because clearly they were only cleaning to their lazy standard... not a clean one! read more

It was not busy when I got there and the possibility of having a clean car in and out was worth the 90 min. I got the Express Interior Super Clean and got there at 12:45pm. As my car has not been moved for months it was time to take it somewhere for a great car wash & what sounds better than a spa for cars. I pulled up to Car Spa on a Saturday afternoon so there was a decent line of people there. They have separate lanes based on the type of wash you need (external wash only or both). I selected both. The attendant presented me with a menu of car wash options. The best wash was prices at $30. Here is why I'm not giving 5 stars. I didn't realize until after that the monthly wash package was $60. My wash selection made me the perfect candidate for the up-sell & she missed out on that. Once you select your wash, You go into the waiting room area while they wash and dry your car. In the waiting area you can pay for your wash, watch TV get snacks, get drinks and watch your car go through the process. They have some free items but I didn't want anything at the time. They do have a seating area however with corona going around I didn't feel comfortable sitting down. After the wash is complete they call you out in a give you a guarantee on the wash in case there's any issues. Overall a great experience. I will return. read more

They got to my car right away and I only waited 40 minutes and they did a decent job. When I first came out to receive my car, the manager checked my receipt and realized immediately they missed a service they were suppose to do to my car and got started right away so I appreciated the sense of urgency he had and apologies he said. First time trying these guys as I'm new to town. I won't be back. I didn't have high expectations, but I did expect it to look like a professional business and employees with pride did a decent job. Not like a charity car wash on the corner of an intersection. Most everyone was nice and friendly. Except the people who were just tired of cleaning cars, they were impatient, short, and "over it." I dropped my jeep off, ask for exactly the options I wanted, and was sold the $49 package would cover it. I was told it would take about 45 minutes. I walked across the street to get a bite of lunch came back an hour later and still had to wait another 30 minutes. When I stepped out to pick up the jeep, they had left the doors open and were politely showing me the vehicle to make sure I was happy. I'm not sure why they even bothered. Everything about The job looked half assed. When I ask about any specific items like the door panels, seats, the floor mats, the dashboard, the windshield, and the exterior bumper - all of which either weren't cleaned or were cleaned sloppily - I got the exact same response, "That's the best I can do." Clearly not. Because as I borrowed a rag I was easily able to clean the water from the window where it had been left roll down, the spots on the seat where the cleaning rag had been dirty, and the gaps in the tire polish. None of the employees ever made an attempt to ask for the rag back or finish the job themselves. This is not the car spa experience I'm used to from other locations. I won't be returning here ever. If you're looking for a nice car wash with some basic detail services for a mid range price, I'd recommend looking elsewhere, as you'll just leave here disappointed. read more

He then wrote something down, I guess for a courtesy wash but I guess he switched it because I walked out with a blank flyer nothing on it, I guess he switched it but it's cool. Bad business from a store manager. Blame your workers not a customer. Tell me, who would spend money knowingly that a business is closed? I would never drive around a notice stating closed, no service and spend my money. I was going to give an A for effort only to be let down in the end.
