What unquestionably lives on, however, is the high ethical values and commitment to offering high quality, friendly service to customers at extremely fair prices. This is far and away the most honest, price competitive car repair shop staffed with highly experienced mechanics - many of whom worked alongside Eddie and share his values - in the northern Atlanta area. They could not remove the oil plug. It was over tightened from the previous service that THEY did. They sent me to another location. The next location told me the previous location over tightened it, and damaged the plug. They finally got it off and sent me on my way, oil leaking all over my driveway. Brought it back. Told they would fix it. They didn't.. they proceeded to make up a bogus problem and estimate for over $3,000- so they could pass the buck after damaging my car. This was done because I threatened small claims. My BMW mechanic checked and said this damage was clearly done at time of oil change and the estimate is BS. I am considering the next step, and suggest that you avoid this horrible company run by incompetent morons. They will smile and make promises just to get you appeased and will never do the right thing. These YELP reviews are very telling of their skills.

After a thorough inspection, I was told the issue was caused by improper service at Express Oil--specifically, the coolant cap had not been tightened correctly and the system was significantly low on coolant (nearly a gallon). This negligence led to engine overheating, unnecessary stress, lost time from work, and additional repair costs that could have easily been avoided with proper care and attention. I will not be returning. I strongly recommend others double-check any work done here or consider going somewhere more reliable.

And if that wasn't nice enough, Tommy then washed my windshield. They didn't charge me anything for this, as I had already bought the oil elsewhere.
