This was going to be a five star review until I looked up the parts pricing on Google versus what I…read morewas charged on their invoice and that I specified I wanted aftermarket parts, not OEM. Basically feel like I was taken for at least $180 and up to $400 bucks. Quite the bummer as everything else about my experience was so good, I didn't even mind the $130/hr service rate. A shame. Something in my 2009 Nissan Versa blew up and ALL the warning and error lights lit up on the dash. Car would crank but not start. I thought it was probably the fuel pump but beyond my current ability to diagnose and repair. Had it towed to ATR. They were prompt in diagnosing and David called me to discuss the necessary part. I asked for aftermarket but by the price listed on the invoice they charged me OEM MSRP $486, which leaves me very disappointed. I found the same part for $355 on the NISSAN WEBSITE, $330 via simple Google search at local autoparts stores, and other aftermarket on Amazon and ebay for $50-$60. So, I could have literally walked or taken the bus two miles away to the auto parts store and saved $150, or ordered online and saved $400 bucks. Again, quite disappointed with this markup, especially given $130/hr service rate. They also found my one of my axles was leaking. He quoted me a full replacement of the axle but it turned out they could just replace the boot so it was quite a bit less than the quote when I got there to pay and pickup my vehicle. Sadly, overcharged for this part as well - paid $79, found on Nissan's website for $46, ebay for $36. Turnaround time was quick. Labor is $130 an hr as I mentioned, they have all the tools and knowledge to diagnose and repair so I don't have a problem with that rate, but the parts pricing thing is disappointing. (Oil change was $35 including oil and filter. Tire rotation for $16, reasonable.) The office is very clean and minimal.

I gave my car to Elite Hail Systems on May 30 to repair hail damage. Elite said it would take 3…read moreweeks. They received my insurance's payment for repairs. They fixed minor side panel dents but did not repair the hood or roof or trim. They gave me back the car unfinished in July and said they are waiting on parts to arrive in August. Then they said September. Then they said October. Then they said November. I have an extensively hail damaged car but Elite has been paid over $12k without finishing the service. Each time I call them, they continue to push out the date for receiving parts. They blame the current auto strike, but the strike was not occurring in June or July or August. This feels like fraud. Sidenote, when they initially had my car in June, I watched my car info using an app. They somehow used 1/4 tank of gas and added 30 miles to the odometer. Why? Then they return an unrepaired car to me. Update: "Jimmer" from Elite called me after this review posted and told me to call a local auto dealer and ask them for a part for my car. Me, really? How hard are they working to finish the repairs when they only use one supplier and they tell me to track down the part? Unprofessional and fraudulent.

They will take parts off your car and put them on other people's cats then tell you that a rock must've knocked the part off. They will lie about your car being fixed, then of course deny any wrong doing when your car is in worse condition after being serviced there. They then removed all the freon from my car anf said my a/c was fixed and when I confronted them and told them I was tired of the lies, they said they were offended (apparently cause the truth HURTS!) and they then told me I could take my car elsewhere to get what they messed up fixed. They tried to lie about it and let me tell you its coming to an end. I will not lay back and not do anything! Im going to be their worst nightmare or one of many. How do you like me now you dumb ignorant, incompetent of a joke who sells cars that they are clueless about and cant even fix there brand of cars!! You guys are a disgrace and a joke!! Starting on May 30, we purchased a used 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe from Emich Kia. My family and I have…read morepurchased around 20 vehicles over the past 25 years, and I would place this experience toward the bottom when ranking that warm & fuzzy feeling you get when purchasing a vehicle. Communication was poor - there have been surprises every step of the way, starting with after we put down the $2,500 deposit when we learned that there was only 1 key fob. I responded with "really?" and I expected them to replace the key fob at their cost. Instead, I get a tersely worded SMS from Ryan the general manager saying "It's a used car and the price is the price we agreed to with the equipment that it has. [Sales rep] never told you that it has 2 keys." I said fair enough and thanked them for being up front about the missing key fob. So then a couple of days later, they FedEx the paperwork with some sort of weekday-only shipping where the packages only move during weekdays. It was nice that they pre-paid for the return FedExing with the same M-F service. So I fill out the paperwork, get some page notarized and mail 2 checks for the remaining balance after the $2,500 deposit. It took about 3 or 4 days after the checks cleared our banks for their finance department to release the vehicle. We were out of town while this happened. I called for the 3rd or so time to check to see when the vehicle would be shipped to us, and I learned a few things, like: 1) the car was shipped earlier that day 2) there's a crack in the front windshield (which Emich Kia said they would pay to replace) and 3) they forgot to put the vehicle charging cable in the car before they hastily shipped it and that they would M-F FedEx it to us. Well then on June 17, we received the car and learned that they did not charge the battery. re-wash the car or fill the gas tank before they shipped it. These are not must-dos, and as the GM would say the price did not include washing, charging or filling the gas tank. Nor does the price we paid cover the missing wheel key. They did do some things right. For example, they originally quoted the cost for shipping from Denver to Houston at $750, but apparently Tom the sales manager got a lower rate of $650, which was the only pleasant surprise. I will say that Duston the sales rep and Tom his sales manager were pleasant to work with despite their lack of attention to detail. The dealership also provided an extensive Carfax report and good details of some pre-sale inspections & repairs they did. So all in all, it feels like the used car team at Emich Kia are disorganized and don't really value the customer experience nearly as much as the 15 or so other dealerships we've purchased vehicles from over the past 3 decades. But it sounds like it's not Tom or Duston's fault that their customers don't get that great feeling when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Emich Kia. Rather, it's their management's desire to squeeze every dollar out of every deal is the reason is why customer satisfaction takes a back seat to their bottom line. So again, not a great experience and not as bad as it could have been. That said, I'll make sure to post updates if we find anything else that doesn't meet our expectations, including if they make some attempt to do anything extra not included in the price paid for the vehicle. *these concerns have already been bought to the attention of the dealership, so while the dealership might be "disappointed to hear that my experience was not a positive one," I don't need to reach out and give the dealership another "opportunity to address [my] concerns." I don't need to "reach out to us directly at (303) 757-7751 when [I] have a chance" because I've already done so.

After seeing all the positive reviews for this business on Google and Yelp, I decided to go with them for my repairs. I am very happy that I did! They provided me with a detailed estimate and showed me photos of things they found along the way which included very swollen coolant hoses, a leaking transmission pan, and lots of carbon buildup on the valves. I had them repair all these things and my car runs like a new car now! I feel that the price I paid for all this work was fair as it was very labor intensive. The entire engine has to be removed from Subarus when the head gasket needs to be serviced. This car had nearly 193,000 miles on it when I brought it to them on the original engine and transmission. I would and will definitely use them again for my Subaru repair needs! Thank you Subie Doctor for the great work and providing good communication throughout the repair period.

I immediately scheduled a test drive for the next day. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was greeted with a smile. All of my questions were answered. I was allowed to take photos of the vehicle and test drove it. Upon my decision to purchase it, with details of my bank auto loan in hand, the steps to come were easy and forthcoming. I drove off the lot with an extended 48 month premium warranty to boot, and it all fell within my budget. There was no pressure at any time. None from this dealership however. My wife and I were looking to buy a new CRV. Needless to say after taking a trip to Denver our first stop was planet Honda. I Wasn't sure what we wanted but knew we liked Honda. After sitting down with them we asked for a test drive, that process went well. I asked about a trade in. Was told hyuandi dealer next door was under same owner but different management so trade in would be different is we looked at a Tucson also. Thought ok let's look at numbers, the advertised non negotiation dealership. They looked at our Honda for trade. Came back with a $500 offer for trade. Well the engine has noise, seat is broke none of which were accurate. We will trade it on auction is what we were told. Said I get it we didn't expect much but 195k miles no mechanical at least wanted a slightly better deal. Went to Hyandi next door was told the offer from Honda was the offer for trade. Not what Honda told us. Guy said since ownership was the same the offer is the same. Again not what Honda told us. Went to carmax and they offered us 2700 out the door. Chevy offered us 4000, we went with a Rav 4 and ended up getting 3500 for trade in. They said vehicle looked good minus the little cometic damage we knew about already. Was seriously disappointed in planet Honda after all this would have been our 4th Honda in a row. Would consider other Honda dealers but not here.
