    The tire brand.

I have spent around $600 there in the past 2-3 months replacing my front tires over and over for bubbles, tires blowing out every 2-3 weeks. I am a very safe driver, usually transporting only to and from work. These are just very cheap tires. I have never dealt with this issue when I had a different brand which I had those tires in Alaska for years. I don't plan on going back after wasting so much money.

I had brought my vehicle in on a few occasions to get repaired what they did not fix ,that I paid a lot for. Long story short I'm a single mother of four and my vehicle is what gets me to my medical appointments the worst is I have a bad heart condition and I also use my vehicle to get my children to school and pick them up,I brought my car back in because they did not fix what I had paid for it was around $729. My vehicle was still doing the same thing I had brought it in for, misfiring. They called me before closing to come get my vehicle and said that they had repaired it. I was happy and my child and I walked to get my vehicle. I get in the vehicle and my son said the car was still shaking, mind you my son is 5 and had enough common sense to know something was still wrong with my vehicle. It is not right they did not fix what I paid for! I should at least get a refund or get my vehicle fixed at another Midas location because I can't afford to keep putting money into my vehicle for them to not fix it properly. I've been stressed and crying for days because I'm carless. Someone needs to reach out to me and please help me. Mind you the code that they "fixed" still popped up on MY code reader. I can't believe I was deceived by this company.

DO NOT GAMBLE WITH YOUR BRAKES OR CAR HERE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THEY'RE UNSAFE AND OVER PRICED! I paid 2424.98$ to get my brakes/rotors and calibers changed here may 7, 2021. I left with confidence in them. I paid $1168.98 in labor that wasn't even done right! I brought the car to a shop to get looked at to sell, and a caliber bolt was missing with a loose bolt! The safety hazard of this, and Midas resolution to this is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They replied "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?" on warranty! No refund on unfinished labor!! HOW ARE CUSTOMERS SUPPOSE TO KNOW THERE IS A PROBLEM IF THEY DONT BRING IT TO ANOTHER SHOP?! Or a mechanic yourself? Horrible! All at my expense and safety!

wanted to update my review for Warren & Sons. this update should've been written a week following…read morethe first review. First, I want to say that my issue with my lights has now been properly handled and everything is working great. I truly appreciate that. Initially, I didn't have the best experience with one of the older staff members, as I felt dismissed when trying to explain my concerns. However, things completely turned around when I spoke with another associate at the front (a very kind and professional woman). When I asked if I could speak directly with a mechanic, she immediately went to get someone for me. She brought her husband, who I later learned is the son of the owner. From the moment he approached me, I could tell he genuinely cared. He listened, understood what I was trying to explain, and handled everything professionally and respectfully. He worked on my vehicle, fixed the issue, and took the time to explain what was going on. He also helped identify another concern with my horn and let me know we could schedule that repair. What really stood out is that after he worked on my vehicle, the issue completely stopped for a while, which shows he took the time to really look into it. Now that it's starting to come back with the change in season, I'll be returning to have it fully taken care of. Because of this experience, I've changed my rating. Warren & Sons deserves a 5 star review. One negative interaction shouldn't define a business, what matters is how they handle it, and they made it right. If you go here, I highly recommend asking for Rick (the owner's son) or speaking with the kind woman at the front desk, they truly care about their customers. Support local Alaskan businesses!

I've been doing to the same tire place for ten years. And today I decided to give someone else…read more(closer to my house) a try. What a horrible decision. Pros: When I called in the morning they were able to get me in same day for a tire changeover Cons: Everything else. When you arrive it's unclear where you go to drop your car off. I wasn't sure if I line up at one of the garages or park and go inside. The parking lot was completely filled. So I took the first option. I was quoted one hour, and said I was going to get picked up to grab lunch, they said no problem we will call when the car is done. 4 hours passed, I called to see if the car was done. Thankfully. When I got in my car to leave one of the tire sensors was flashing telling me I had a flat tire. Which obviously I didn't. I went back inside and asked for my sensor to be reset. The guy at the desk was extremely rude and told me if my sensor wasn't working then it wasn't working when I brought it in. I was kind in letting him no I brought my car in with no issues other than the studs needing to be changed out for the season. He had someone grab my keys and reset the sensor for me. I didn't go back inside just grabbed my car and left. I am 99.8% sure a pair of sunglasses I left in the center console were swiped. I wasn't 100% sure so I didn't say anything but I'm very confident in that. Lastly. The price. I've been paying $70-90 for tire changeovers. This was $120! To sum it up - I don't recommend this place and will never be coming back.
