To change the belts you have to remove front passenger tire , which also happened to have a wheel stud missing entirely. I thought it was broken off. I already bought the belt and wheel stud and nut. So I decided to have them do it to get it all done. After all the belt started intermittently squeeling. They found the belt tension bolt broke it was rusted and definitely broke. Offered to temp fix or get the right part , I went ahead and had it done right. Also had all the wipers changed out. Also the two front tires were swapped and they fixed that for me as well. All issues beyond oil change and belt we brought to my attention and shown Customer service was amazing, early on I went to Costco to burn time and so the pack of freshly cooked seasoned drumsticks then checked out and decided a large pepperoni would go nice as well. Brought those for the team at Diamond Jiffy Lube. They were definitely appreciative!! I would highly recommend due to nature of the team and manager! 2007 Nisaan Murano

First, I want to say that my issue with my lights has now been properly handled and everything is working great. I truly appreciate that. Initially, I didn't have the best experience with one of the older staff members, as I felt dismissed when trying to explain my concerns. However, things completely turned around when I spoke with another associate at the front (a very kind and professional woman). When I asked if I could speak directly with a mechanic, she immediately went to get someone for me. She brought her husband, who I later learned is the son of the owner. From the moment he approached me, I could tell he genuinely cared. He listened, understood what I was trying to explain, and handled everything professionally and respectfully. He worked on my vehicle, fixed the issue, and took the time to explain what was going on. He also helped identify another concern with my horn and let me know we could schedule that repair. What really stood out is that after he worked on my vehicle, the issue completely stopped for a while, which shows he took the time to really look into it. Now that it's starting to come back with the change in season, I'll be returning to have it fully taken care of. Because of this experience, I've changed my rating. Warren & Sons deserves a 5 star review. One negative interaction shouldn't define a business, what matters is how they handle it, and they made it right. Pros: When I called in the morning they were able to get me in same day for a tire changeover Cons: Everything else. When you arrive it's unclear where you go to drop your car off. I wasn't sure if I line up at one of the garages or park and go inside. The parking lot was completely filled. So I took the first option. I was quoted one hour, and said I was going to get picked up to grab lunch, they said no problem we will call when the car is done. 4 hours passed, I called to see if the car was done. Thankfully. When I got in my car to leave one of the tire sensors was flashing telling me I had a flat tire. Which obviously I didn't. I went back inside and asked for my sensor to be reset. The guy at the desk was extremely rude and told me if my sensor wasn't working then it wasn't working when I brought it in. I was kind in letting him no I brought my car in with no issues other than the studs needing to be changed out for the season. He had someone grab my keys and reset the sensor for me. I didn't go back inside just grabbed my car and left. I am 99.8% sure a pair of sunglasses I left in the center console were swiped. I wasn't 100% sure so I didn't say anything but I'm very confident in that. Lastly. The price. I've been paying $70-90 for tire changeovers. This was $120! To sum it up - I don't recommend this place and will never be coming back.
