This place sold us a great running vehicle and we received above & beyond customer services from Sean to make sure we were satisfied.

I had the truck at another mechanic and they diagnosed it for free and confirmed it was glow plug number 4. Chevy of south anchorage wanted to charge over $2000.00 for the glow plug and a list of other things that included a engine air filter for $180.00, a brake flush for $180.00 and a differential service for $550.00. that after my truck was in the service dept for a differential problem just a few months earlier. and a fule filter for $200.00. for just the glow plug replacement and some kind of ecm update they wanted to charge $1540.00. I feel like this dealer is scamming me. I would hope I am contacted by the management but I doubt they will. I just wonder if they try to scam all their customers.

I paid to have my truck towed to their lot, only to find out I had to pay for a second tow because they didn't have a vehicle capable of moving it into the service bay. On top of paying our deductible to use the extended warranty, we were then expected to pay again just to have the truck moved about 100 feet into the bay. I also would not recommend Josh as an adjuster. When I asked questions about the repair process, he told me he had already explained everything and wasn't going to explain it again. After that, he accused me of being the rude one. It was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I won't be purchasing another Chevrolet from the Anchorage dealership, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

I've been doing to the same tire place for ten years. And today I decided to give someone else…read more(closer to my house) a try. What a horrible decision. Pros: When I called in the morning they were able to get me in same day for a tire changeover Cons: Everything else. When you arrive it's unclear where you go to drop your car off. I wasn't sure if I line up at one of the garages or park and go inside. The parking lot was completely filled. So I took the first option. I was quoted one hour, and said I was going to get picked up to grab lunch, they said no problem we will call when the car is done. 4 hours passed, I called to see if the car was done. Thankfully. When I got in my car to leave one of the tire sensors was flashing telling me I had a flat tire. Which obviously I didn't. I went back inside and asked for my sensor to be reset. The guy at the desk was extremely rude and told me if my sensor wasn't working then it wasn't working when I brought it in. I was kind in letting him no I brought my car in with no issues other than the studs needing to be changed out for the season. He had someone grab my keys and reset the sensor for me. I didn't go back inside just grabbed my car and left. I am 99.8% sure a pair of sunglasses I left in the center console were swiped. I wasn't 100% sure so I didn't say anything but I'm very confident in that. Lastly. The price. I've been paying $70-90 for tire changeovers. This was $120! To sum it up - I don't recommend this place and will never be coming back.
