Well let me first start off by saying this is my first review, so it will not be the best one out there. But I have used this site to see what others say about various places, and what their experience was like so maybe I can avoid having a bad one of my own. Having said that let me tell you about my experience with this company. I had asked my wife to call a towing company, So she asked me which one did I want and I responded "I don't care" so she had looked up reviews on her phone and told me that Wrecker Man Towing has good reviews so she called them up. Boy, was that the best stroke of luck I've had all month seeing as how my truck acting up, and had to be fixed the next day at big o's automotive. I had to have it there in the morning if I wanted it fixed. The reason I tell you all this is because after five or six in the evening its an extra 20 or 25 on top of the regular price. But after using them it was totally worth it, I felt at ease when he got there he took the time to ask me things about the truck. Like how low did I have it lowered, which came into play when he was putting the truck on the bed. It's lowered six inches in the back and four in the front, So he had to make adjustments to get it on the bed without damaging it. Which made me feel at ease to know that he was treating my truck as if it were his own. So when we get there and he takes the truck down with the same care and precision that he did when he loaded it up. I was super thankful when it was all said and done, so much so that I tipped the driver an extra twenty bucks. who does that? tip a tow truck driver, unheard of right? Not the case here every penny I spent was worth it. I will call them every time I have a towing issue, and I highly recommend that you call them if ever you have any problems with your car or truck and need a tow. Trust me on that. read more
