Had a most positive experience with Eagle Towing this morning. Needed a jump start and/or a tow. Initially I was told they were busy and it would be a wait which would've been fine. Then he stated that he was nearby and would be over. Daut is an example of what customer service should be. It took some time to figure out the deal with my Sprinter van, but he finally got it going. He was here for longer than a jump start and treated me as if I was his only customer. He then followed me down the road a couple miles to make sure his services were no longer necessary. Eagle Towing is by far the most professional and responsive towing service in the Anchorage area. Daut was friendly, treated my old truck with care and drove me home. Incredible all around service. The phone was picked up on the second ring and Daut was there with the tow truck 10 minutes later. Far better service than I have received from the other three towing services I have used in Anchorage. Eagle's prices are also more reasonable. After calling several other towing companies, to find they were either unavailable or ridiculously expensive, I got a hold of Dout at Eagle Towing. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable he was, & how quick he responded to my need to have my broken down chipper towed home. Best service and prices in town! I needed my truck towed from Anchorage to Wasilla, Eagle Towing charged me a reasonable rate- the best rate. I tried a different company and they charged me $85 for less than five miles in anchorage and they couldn't tow my truck because my wheels couldn't turn! Very professional. Eagle towing showed up right away when my car broke down on the side of the road. I was a bit worried about towing it since a lot of tow truck drivers don't care about scratching up your car but eagle towing was very cautious and made sure my car made it on the bed safely.
