The response time to get a quote for my I watch to replace the lens took much longer than I thought it should. Then it came in higher than other locations. The person who was interacting with me, seemed annoyed that I didn't have the watch in front of me and have all the information for the questions he was asking to be able to give a quote. Then he saw my trashed iphone 6plus and asked to see it. Took me a while to find the correct store on Yelp, as we are not from the area. A few weeks ago, we were on Vaca in the Phoenix area from L.A, my 14 nephew had a broken iPhone screen but severely on a budget. We were just walking around stumbled onto this store. We had already walked around the mall and getting the normal prices. Homer was very courteous and negotiated a priced that was $40 cheaper than other guy in the mall. I bought a groupon to get my iPhone screen fixed, I took it to a shop and they put in a aftermarket screen, it was horrible, Groupon refunded me but only in a Groupon gift card... I was bummed as I wanted to just get a real apple screen... I searched Groupon for another mobile shop and found Microfix. This time I called to see if they use apple products, he said yes!! So I got the Groupon and brought it in, he got me in right away and was done super fast, I wasn't even done with lunch! He also told me that the other shop took out some metal pieces that are used to help plugs stay in place when you drop your phone. Wtf? I had to go back to the original shop and get my parts, I brought them back to Microfix and he took apart my phone again and put them in for free.. overall great experience, oem parts, and most important, honest!!! read more

UGH. Terrible terrible terrible! I took my cracked iPhone to get it fixed. Homer is nice but when the screen was replaced, I took it home and I could not even send a message. The sensor under the screen was not aligned correctly and I could not type right and it would frequently open up apps on its own and started to "like" posts or started to post my pictures on feeds. I took it back to have it corrected. He took 2 hours to fix my phone but now my Touch ID does not work. I should not have taken it there. read more

Have had to have two cell phone screens replaced lately. Microfix is not very close to me, so although the reviews are great, the first time I went to another store closer to me. The screen never seemed right from the other store and it was loose. Grrr. When I needed a screen fixed today, I went to where I should have gone first which was Microfix. Super easy store front location in the PV mall. Pleasant guy and less expensive than other places. The screen is GREAT. He was careful to check all the functions once he was done and did an awesome job. Hopefully, I don't need another screen, but if I do, I will definitely go here. SUPER pleased. I managed to run over my phone with my car :( So I went over to T-Mobile. We retrieved my SIM card from my old phone, which still worked, but I could't access all my contacts, which I hadn't backed up. The people at T-Mobile tried very hard, but couldn't pull them out either. And they recommended I try Microfix at PV Mall. And much to my surprise & delight,they were able to retrieve all my contacts and photos!! :) read more
