So, the week before my wedding I reached out to them on Instagram. They messaged me back the next day & I was able to tell them what I was looking for. (BTW I got married in January, so it was not the summer wedding season.) I was able to order a round acrylic sign & custom Polaroid frame which both turned out beautifully in a short turnover time. Susan even sent me rendering of both pieces with different font combinations. This was super cool and helpful as a customer. They went above and beyond my expectations for contacting them at the very last minute. Again, keep in mind that these vendors are busy year-round so I definitely consider myself lucky to have had their services. I DO NOT recommend doing what I did and contacting them late. I chose a BRIDE and GROOM geometric place setting and a customized ornament with my friends names and wedding date. I had less than a week before the shower and she delivered - all neatly packaged, ready to go! She showed me the design before she cut them to make sure it was perfect. I loved my friend's gift so much that I had my own wedding cake topper made soon after! It blew my mind how great it looked. Dare I say I look forward to the cakes' decor more than the actual cake?! Upon entering the store, you face Customer Service and Check out lines. Once you get the attention from the pro in Customer Service, you find someone with tenure, knowledge, and helpfulness. She was quick to steer me into a hidden Clearance section where I had fun looking at and picking up stuff! I picked up a beautiful Howard Miller wood clock for my Dad's office What I really enjoyed was going through the greeting card section looking for the perfect message and sense of humor! I couldn't believe some of the prices of the American Greetings - $1? And an entire section for $1.49 each card / any card? Why not write a personal message to someone you care for vs. a text? Service is very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The shop is clean, bright, and organized. Thanks for the air conditioning! There are all kinds of merchandise: pens, bags, clothing, stickers, plushies, socks, crochet kits, and more! Characters range from BT21, Totoro, Hello Kitty, Kuromi, Rilakkuma, and others! I had to leave quickly before I got too many things!
