Michelle shared a few different place card ideas that fit with our wedding vibes & it was hard to pick just one because they were all amazing. We went with clear, plexiglass hexagons that included our guests' names in gold calligraphy. Not only was Michelle extremely communicative, but she also went above & beyond by asking about ink color, sharing sketches with different font options, and recommending we include the last initial for duplicate guest names. As a bride with a million details running through her mind at any given moment, it was great to know Michelle was thinking through all the details of my place cards and I could focus on other things. So, the week before my wedding I reached out to them on Instagram. They messaged me back the next day & I was able to tell them what I was looking for. (BTW I got married in January, so it was not the summer wedding season.) I was able to order a round acrylic sign & custom Polaroid frame which both turned out beautifully in a short turnover time. Susan even sent me rendering of both pieces with different font combinations. This was super cool and helpful as a customer. They went above and beyond my expectations for contacting them at the very last minute. The quality is outstanding! I looked at Patty's Instagram posts and was blown away by the colors, varieties, and beauty of her creations! She has a good eye and is very professional! I just had to meet her after passing by the shop all of these years! We were picking up lunch from the restaurant next door. The free, small, shared parking lot is much appreciated! I went inside initially for the air-conditioning. Then, I met Patty - she is so sweet! She showed me a lei po'o (crown of flowers for the head) that she just finished... ooh! It holds its shape because she winds the flowers around a wire! Smart! I've read reviews by my friends, Kelly K., Paul M., Nicole, Holly, Ric C., and Lyn L. They were all happy with Patty's work.
