Checkout went smooth as well, so no issues with the wonderful and plentiful staff (at least 10-15 of them all working throughout the store!). For the actual store, it's very large (which is a most definite plus), carries a boatload of clothing, candles, jewelry, toys, Hallmark cards, ornaments, trinkets, and SO many gift giving ideas, it's not even funny. I also feel that this is most likely the most busy store I've been in with a constant high rate of customers in the store throughout my visit. Also, make sure to check for coupons! They accept Hallmark coupons on anything Hallmark and also have some of their own coupons (once in awhile). My daughter went into the paper store and picked up the toy she has been so excited to buy. I wanted to look around for a birthday gift for my mother but that was cut short when the manager on duty went up to my daughter who was right next to me and grabbed the toy that was in my daughters hand. While also grabbing my daughters hand in the process of grabbing the toy out of it. 1 you should NEVER put your hands on a child and 2 never grab a toy out of an innocent child's hand. She then proceeded to tell me she can't hold it because she seen her try to open it. This was not the first LOL surprise egg my daughter has purchased she knew not to open it. The lady was very rude towards my daughter and I and she acted as if I couldn't shop without her being extremely close to the both of us. This is not good customer service and not an environment you want to shop in. Someone should teach her how to act. Mind you we were not the only people in the store and she was not the only child in the store. She was in fact the only dark skinned child in the store that wasn't allowed to hold her own toy. This women who covered her name tag so I wouldn't know her name because she obviously knew she was in the wrong from the beginning when she took a toy out of a child's hand should not be a manager. All the other kids got to play in the store and not have someone breathing down them or touching them.

I went to Worcester Wares to order some custom shirts for my small business. I paid the full price up front (mistake on my part) and patiently waited for the project to progress. I promptly sent in all of the graphics needed to make the various shirts I had ordered. Months into the project I was informed the the owner was dealing with some personal matters, which I was understanding and patient about. She did deliver some of the products I had ordered, and indicated that she was working on the remaining products. Some of the shirts had a defect, which she said she would rectify. The hoodies that I ordered were supposed to feature a large logo on they back, which the ones she delivered did not. After that visit, it was radio silence. I sent several emails and messages inquiring about timeframe for delivering the remaining items, but did not get any response from her, or from anyone at Worcester Wares. I began this process in early December 2025, and paid for my items in full at our initial meeting. It is now May the following year, and I have not hard anything from the owner since February when she dropped off a few of the items I had ordered, despite several emails and phone calls. Unfortunately I would not recommend Worcester Wares to another business. I am now out several hundred dollars and have only a small handful of the shirts that I ordered, some of which were not made as ordered. Very disappointing.

Their prices seem to be very typical retail price (you can probably find a better deal online) but if you like the personal touch of demoing the machine and knowing you can get it serviced where you buy it, then this would be the place for you. They have sewing machines, sergers and embroidery machines and they do cleaning and repair of machines as well. I asked about the prices and while they vary from machine to machine (and repairs required) the prices weren't astronomical. They're open on weekends for a few hours in the afternoon (Closed Sundays in the summer I believe) so be sure to call first and check their hours.

Take one of the classes that are offered to be truly impressed by the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff and owner. Chris offers a discount on purchases made at the time of class. I have gone to three embroidery club meetings and all the material was supplied, the design(s) and all precutting done for me. The cost averages out to $9.83 a class. (It varies depending on the supplies she has to buy.) There are at least two employees available during the whole session to help with questions/problems. We all have a fantastic time. I purchased a high-end sewing/embroidery machine from Chris and could not be more pleased with the price and her integrity. After sale support is phenomenal. Having purchased three other machines elsewhere I feel I can honestly say phenomenal and it's not hyperbole. Stop in; you won't be disappointed.

Was told when this booked that the bouncy house would be picked up the next day which was a Sunday , perfect because I don't want that behemoth sitting on my lawn for longer than 24 hours ! So when I didn't hear from them on Sunday I called and they told me it would be first thing Monday....ok ...not really acceptable but I understand. Now they are 2.5 miles away so when I called at 9:00 am Monday and the owner said they are on the way I say great . I did a couple of errands and came home around 10:15 to find their equipment still on my lawn . I called back and talked to the same "rude " so called 40 year in business owner to ask why it wasn't picked up yet and he went off on a tangent about this being the busiest weekend and 200 other customers and no help , and then went on and asked me if I was one of "those guys " who sat around and watched my lawn all day ! WTF ? Who does this guy think he is ? So .....I had to do a face to face with this arrogant so called business owner . Sure enough....just what I thought....jumped up in my face and proceeded to tell me I'ma "Kenny" .....ya know a male "Karen"....not once but at least five times ! He is a lucky man.... While on the phone when booking we confirmed it was may 21st numerous times and at the end of the call the man even said " see you May 21st" I was never told to go check an email that was sent to me to confirm the info was entered correctly on your end. I figured seeing I was spending close to 400 dollars for a bouncy house for one day, that I was all set. It wasn't until the night before that I noticed I never got a confirmation email or call like I was told I would. That's what prompted me to get look for an email sent when booking and noticed it was scheduled for June 4th. So I called first thing in the morning to get this solved assuming the person that took my call accidentally entered that date wrong. The lady that answered was rude and took no accountability for anything. She sat there and pointed fingers at everyone else BUT the company's error. Repeating " how did you not catch this sooner" " this is why you should have checked the email." Listen I got that email WHILE on the phone booking, as the man I spoke to repeated multiple Times it was for may 21st and even repeated to say " see you may 21st" at the end of the call. Whether who thinks who is wrong in this situation, as a business I would have personally answered that phone and said " sorry about this confusion, let's see what we can do to fix it" instead of this lady sitting there question the customer (myself) on how WE didn't catch this error sooner. If someone is spending 350+ on my business I would just try and make it right. We have rented from you guys for quite a few years so it was extremely disappointed to be treated like garbage. The fact that then the woman said we would received the bouncy house after the party would have started? and then when they received a call from another family member of mine because I was extremely overwhelmed with how you were handling the situation, you continued to give them a hard time and when they got upset you proceeded to say you guys did not want to deliver to us anymore. Extremely unprofessional. This all could have been avoided with some better costumer service from the beginning. And we still have yet to receive an apology for this.
