If you ask a question, their answers are abrupt with no follow up. I've asked for assistance with selecting the proper yarn weight and learned to look it up rather than ask. It just isn't a pleasant place to be. If you need yarn, go but if you're traveling don't bother. Order from an online store. It's what I've started to do.

I said well what time is it? She says just around 11:50 she says. I was floored. If I'm not welcome I am not staying but I'm not sure how anyone can think sending a customer away for entering 10 minutes before opening when people are inside and the door is open is even reasonable. I was looking to buy enough yarn to make 1 dozen matching hat scarf and mitten sets in adult sizes and another dozen in kids sizes. I generally prefer to buy good yarn from local shops. I will drive much further this time. These people are rude!
