I knew I would have enough time since their hours (posted here, on Facebook, and on a sign on the door) state they close at 5:30 pm. My daughter knew what she wanted and it would not take us long to get it. We arrived and the door was locked. Both the other customer and I were told that they were closed and had already shut down the register. My daughter was extremely disappointed. I don't know how a business can close 30 minutes before their stated time.

The other day I made a booboo while checking out and they were calm and pleasant when they had to re-ring up my whole stack of quarter yards - no eye rolling, just a deep breath and a wide smile. I was "having a day" and they couldn't have been more helpful. My latest find is their skeins of Queensland cotton worsted - the colors make my potholders sing and it has a great hand feel.
