    Crooked art in the frame.

Do not trust this store with your precious art. I had a large piece custom framed - the project was around $2k. When I picked it up, the art was completely detached from the frame. When they "fixed" the issue (without telling me what this would entail), the back of my $2k custom frame was covered in glue very hastily. I feel completely ripped off that I paid that price for a frame that is now broken apart / glued together. Because of the negative space around the print, the glue is visible from the front. It looks awful. Ava (who framed this) was so rude and only wanted to gossip with her teammates in the back rather than lift a finger. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone and was always brushed off when I asked for additional help. This was a terrible experience, take your framing business to people who will care.

The nameplate wasn't fully glued and lifted, but they assembled the frame anyway. If it arrived bent, they should have contacted me.

When I picked up my order, the nameplate wasn't fully glued down. They told me it would take two more days to fix it and that I gave it to them like that .

Had to get some random things. We wanted to see if they sold black out curtains. And they do not. We did find the other item we were looking for though. We found the black cardboard we wanted for a project. Found exactly what we were needing! Later that day, my boyfriend used a box cutter and cut it down to size. It worked perfectly for the project. Wooohooooo We are happy with how it came out! They only had one cashier working. The rest of the checkout section was setup as self-checkout. Is this the future? Where we all just use self-checkout instead of having a living, breathing human to assist us? Maybe. In any case, it was pretty quick and easy to get in and out. We grabbed what we needed and bounced. The store was organized, and it was simple to find what we were looking for.

I caught up with Jessica while contemplating custom framing or off the shelf for this print. She knocked it out of the park with this combination. Jessica, thank you for helping me make this Father's Day gift look incredible.

My first visit I had the pleasure of meeting Deb. Revisiting a hobby has been overwhelming yet so…read morefulfilling and Deb has always taken the time to help me pick the right threads, colors, and canvases. She is always helping everyone that walks through the door. She is a true asset to the business and it wouldn't be the same without her. I have come to visit the shop weekly and I always get to meet new ladies and learn new things. (Tuesday nights and Wednesdays are the best days!) I think it is a perfect environment for anyone new or experienced. Come and sit at the table and stitch! I mean it doesn't get better than that? To find and have community is so important and I absolutely feel welcomed here. Peggy is always teaching us new techniques and welcoming new people to the craft. She is very honest and as someone who gets excited to just buy buy buy, she really simplifies the necessities when it comes to supplies and offering her professional recommendations. Peggy is so generous, always willing to share thread compliments of the "bone yard" if I only need a few strands of a thread for a few stitches on my canvas. Great selection of canvases and I even found one online I liked and she ordered it for me. It feels like family here and I am so happy to have stumbled across the store. These ladies really care! It can be intimidating when in a new space and with a new craft, but I can guarantee that if you come here you will find just was you need and maybe even something more! Ask for Deb, ask for Peggy! Great quality services and even better quality of people! Love you ladies!

I'm from the Palm Springs area and I made a trip to visit this store. I follow a content creator…read morewho raved about this store and figured my boyfriend and I can make it a beach day too. Location is really cool. Lots of shops and restaurants. The store itself is cool. Lots of variety and a big table for people to sit and practice. Upon entry, no one greeted me. The employee (owner? I'll just call employee) was helping a guest check out, so I decided to browse while waiting. There was a woman seated at the table practicing and I'm standing behind her. The employee walks up to her and sits down to help her. She finally looks at me and asks if I needed help with anything. I respond, "Yes, I'm a first timer and don't know where to start". She says, "well, you won't be the first person to ever do this. Other people have already done it." (Something like that) I'm confused by the comment and the lady practicing chimes in, "You mean you're a beginner". I awkwardly laugh it off and agree that I'm a beginner. Did I say it weird? Did i somehow insinuate I'd be the first person to ever do this? It was such a weird exchange. A customer then walks into the store and she gets up to help them. I kind of uncomfortably continue walking around in circles because I don't know where to even begin. She brings the lady over to show some recent work of other customers and I compliment that it's incredible work- trying to build a little rapport- not successfully. The employee finishes up with the customer and goes back to sit with the lady practicing- doesn't even glance at me. I thought maybe I'd just try to figure it out on my own because I was too uncomfortable to ask for help at this point. Then I decided this wasn't a place I wanted to spend my money and quietly walked out the door. I wouldn't describe this place as warm or helpful and it's solely because of the lack of customer service. My experience was just uncomfortable and look, I know this is trivial stuff, but as fellow business owners, I just want to point out my perspective. Prices for anything and everything are sky high. Where people choose to spend their money matters. If someone chooses us, we are eternally grateful. Truly. Whether it's $100 or $20- that's money that someone decided to spend at our place. That's support they decided to give to us. They could go anywhere, but they chose us. So when people walk in, even if I'm busy, I always acknowledge them and say hello and tell them I'll be right with them. That goes a long way. We always try to give everyone the best experience possible. Sometimes things slip through the cracks and you can't always make everyone happy, but we try. I wish this business tried. I much prefer to shop local and support small businesses. It's a priority of mine. I was anticipating spending $100-300. My sister lives out here, so I would have been a return customer. I don't think this business is impacted by reviews. I doubt people would check reviews before supporting- it's just not that type of place. So, 3 stars to not negatively impact their rating and a long review, because constructive criticisms can be helpful for positive changes. The other reviews so far reveal the problem. People either have an incredible experience or a horrible 1 star experience and there's a common denominator in majority of the 1 stars that's an easy fix.

Pros- -Parking is open -lighting is good -decent trade on raw singes Cons- -Sells lightly played cards for near mint prices and hides whitening on cards with non clear penny sleeves (my bad for not checking but you knew) -small selection of stock -low trade in value for slabs -didn't seem to be either veteran owner or family run. -gave me one JP (womp womp) pack for coming in with the flyer but not my friend Overall negative experience. Went in to buy a card back around Sept/ Oct Last year And…read morethese guys saw my collection and saw that I had a Mega Gardevoir Sir. Nothing crazy but also not a cheap card either. They suggested I send it in for PSA grading. I agreed. They informed me that they were authorized to send em in for me. Charged me $20 plus no tax if I paid cash. I agreed. But got not sort of receipt. Fast forward to Feb/ March i called and asked for some sort of receipt or something that showed that I gave them my card to send for grading and then the "OWNER" (Tristan I believe) informed me that because I paid cash, I wouldn't be getting one. That makes ZERO sense. In addition, he then informed me that it wouldn't be back from grading 'til May. So I call back in May AND send em a text per request. No answer. A month after, same thing. I called 7.6.26 and finally got an answer. I text him again, per request and that's it. Now yesterday, July 7,2026; I finally get a response and turns out that they lost my card. They offered to pay market price plus the $20 I paid. Seems shitty to me. Taking months to realize that it's lost and this is what I get? Fast forward to today 7.8.26 I went to pickup my reimbursement and the fee that I paid ($222 total) and the guy who was in charge of submissions apologized and informed me that it wasn't them who lost a card, but in fact was PSA themselves? But why was this never communicated to me? I've been getting weird vibes from these guys for a while, and this confirms it. Don't go here. Owner is a complete jerk too. I def won't be coming here anymore
