    Crooked art in the frame.

Do not trust this store with your precious art. I had a large piece custom framed - the project was around $2k. When I picked it up, the art was completely detached from the frame. When they "fixed" the issue (without telling me what this would entail), the back of my $2k custom frame was covered in glue very hastily. I feel completely ripped off that I paid that price for a frame that is now broken apart / glued together. Because of the negative space around the print, the glue is visible from the front. It looks awful. Ava (who framed this) was so rude and only wanted to gossip with her teammates in the back rather than lift a finger. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone and was always brushed off when I asked for additional help. This was a terrible experience, take your framing business to people who will care.

The nameplate wasn't fully glued and lifted, but they assembled the frame anyway. If it arrived bent, they should have contacted me.

When I picked up my order, the nameplate wasn't fully glued down. They told me it would take two more days to fix it and that I gave it to them like that .

Had to get some random things. We wanted to see if they sold black out curtains. And they do not. We did find the other item we were looking for though. We found the black cardboard we wanted for a project. Found exactly what we were needing! Later that day, my boyfriend used a box cutter and cut it down to size. It worked perfectly for the project. Wooohooooo We are happy with how it came out! They only had one cashier working. The rest of the checkout section was setup as self-checkout. Is this the future? Where we all just use self-checkout instead of having a living, breathing human to assist us? Maybe. In any case, it was pretty quick and easy to get in and out. We grabbed what we needed and bounced. The store was organized, and it was simple to find what we were looking for.

I caught up with Jessica while contemplating custom framing or off the shelf for this print. She knocked it out of the park with this combination. Jessica, thank you for helping me make this Father's Day gift look incredible.

How can this place still be in business??? I am completely shocked. The customer service here is so bad... Has to be a better alternative.

He provided valuable insights on the types of cards to expect, how to use them effectively, and the maximum number of cards allowed per deck. Throughout the session, Monty continuously shared strategies and effects of certain cards, ensuring that I had a comprehensive understanding of the game. I appreciated his welcoming attitude and the detailed explanations he provided regarding the options and community of Lorcana. Additionally, Monty patiently answered all of my questions and even took the time to introduce me to other games offered at the facility. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by Monty's professionalism, knowledge, and hospitality during the training session. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the experience enjoyable and informative. I look forward to further interactions with Monty and exploring more of the gaming opportunities available at your establishment. Thank you for providing such outstanding training sessions and customer service.

As an art store, there are already small aisles since the store is filled with displays. The customers that come in and out aren't the kindest people. There's pushing, shoving, and nonexistent boundaries. My only hope is for some sort of expansion so there's less exchanges of germs. As an avid collector, I'm still a fan and still adore this location. My only hint to visitors: park in the building next to Din Tai Fung for the easiest and quickest access to the store!

My little brother was playing with one of the Labubu hair products when an employee came up to him and said, "You've had enough fun. Let's not ruin the product." We understood and immediately stopped. After that, though, the employee kept following us around the store, which made us feel very uncomfortable. My brother eventually said, "You don't need to follow us around." The employee then mumbled, "Why don't you shut the f**k up." When my brother asked him what he said, the employee denied it and claimed he was just doing his job. He then asked where our parents were. I called my parents over, and as soon as they arrived, the employee ran into the employee room. When my parents asked about him, another employee claimed she didn't know who we were talking about. This was strange because we had just seen the two employees talking before he went into the back. Another customer who overheard the conversation said they only heard the employee tell my brother not to mess with the products, but that wasn't the issue. The problem was that he followed us around the store and, from what we heard, cursed at my younger brother. I don't know whether he was profiling us, being discriminatory, or simply being rude, but his behavior was completely unprofessional. There was no reason to follow us around the store or speak to a child that way. Customer service like this is unacceptable. For reference, the employee was an older man with a brown beard. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name.
