Great service and great attitude by the framing department. They sized up my 4 posters and found the right size frame for each. But they only had 1 in stock. The gal took the time to call other Michael's in the area and reserve 4 frames for me in Thousand Oaks. From my visit, it's apparent they have lots of frames in many sizes. They will custom frame anything too including a sports shirt. There's a 15% Military discount for their custom framing too.

This store has a large selection of product and the people are friendly. When there was a line they opened extra registers.

Best Buy was out of stock so I went here thinking I would end up maybe paying 30, but I didn't have time to check walmart and this place was close by where I was going. The blaster of basic 2023-24 was FIFTY BUCKS HERE! I paid up because I didn't want to leave empty handed, but just to give you an example, the same box I picked up later that week at Walmart for my kids and it was 25 -- point is that this was not even an in demand or rare product but I got scalped paying double here... WHY?!? I don't get how places stay in business charging this much, maybe there is some volume discount I'm not aware of? Anyway they had a good selection and are nice people working there so I'll give em 3 stars for that, but as far as the prices, NEVER AGAIN!

They are hard-ish to find, they are in the industrial area in the west end of Camarillo. and you need to call ahead if you have specific parts that you need-because during Covid they closed off their warehouse, so you have to order by items now instead of browsing the aisles. But they are super nice & easy to work with. :)

They don't stock much of anything relating to ICs or transistors, but you'll find a selection of chassis, and hardware items to build up your prototypes. T One downside is that since they have so few walk-in customers, you can't get in to the parts area without waiting for one of the phone support people to break free and walk you over to the parts area. Another down side is that much of their shelf stock is very old. Spray cans of solvent may be half-empty from can leaks, and electrolytic aren't necessary going to be fresh. But with components like fans, relays, transformers, resistors, etc. that won't matter. They also carry hand tools, tool cases, heat-shrink, solder, connectors, adapters, plugs... just a lot of other stuff to create and repair electronic projects. Their pricing is not particularly cheap. The people working there (mostly in cubicles doing phone orders) are very nice.

Dustin or Justin (I couldn't tell from the non enthusiastic mumbled tone). "Helped" me out today. As a new RC enthusiast, I thought I would be greeted with a warm welcome, as I read on countless review's before. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Dustin (Justin?) brushed off my questions and gave a cold shoulder overall. *I bought a $200 rc from the store and still received a cold departure. I'm not asking for much, but what I do ask for is decent customer service. I know $200 may not be a lot to most people, but it is to me and the customer service or rather lack of ,turned me off from coming back to this establishment. I can only hope that management will hire more warm and welcoming employees to further encourage people to enjoy this hobby and not feel judged or incompetent. TLDR: Cold and unwelcoming experience. I didn't feel good about the money I spent here, due to the lack of support/ bad attitude from the cashier. (DUSTIN OR JUSTIN). To management: Please consider this review, thank you!
