Billy is super knowledgeable and helpful to find the right frame. The lead time for the finished glasses depends on what you need but since I require progressive lenses it takes a little but longer than a standard lens. All three of my new glasses (one clear for everyday/night, two different style sunglasses) came in earlier than expected. Give yourself plenty of time to try on all the frames to find the exact one you want. Maybe they've improved since, but I gave up after the 2nd year. Both pairs of glasses I bought from them had the coating start peeling after ~1 year. I've attached a photo so you can see. If you replace glasses yearly, you might not care; otherwise it's frustrating. The doctor was fine; no complaints there. My issue is with the glasses they sell.

They greet you when you come in and provide a nice waiting area. I got my eye exam from Dr. Korrin Goode and she was wonderful. She was thorough and efficient and also specialized in my eye condition. Ian helped me pick out my frames. His approach is what made me feel comfortable because I told him I didn't want to spend much just was looking to use my insurance benefits and he guided me to the right pair of frames. At first I thought they only offered high end designer frames but then I realized that they really do have a pair of frames for just about everybody. I went in to pick up my glasses and Ian told me they were having a promotion and I decided to get another pair since I had just broke my glasses a couple days prior and needed a new casual pair. I appreciated being able to communicate by phone (especially making appointments) and any calls were answered quickly and efficiently. The office was easy to find (including parking--I must've lucked out!) and was very clean and inviting. I chose very inexpensive glasses and did not feel like they tried to up-sell me beyond what I wanted. I had planned to get the glasses elsewhere but am glad I changed my plans and used their services. The glasses themselves are fine for my needs--a little more plastic-y that I expected but I'm pleased with them and with the pricing. They gave me a hard case for the glasses which means I won't destroy them too quickly. They also included lens cleaner (which they will refill) and a lens cloth. I think I liked everything about my experience here.

Mind you, your eyes are very important organs - get them checked. With that in mind, I decided to pick a good place based off of reviews because the past few years I went to "convenient places" with an optometry section (Costco, Target) and haven't had that great of service. Back to going to smaller independent optometrist for better overall service. I scheduled the earliest appointment which was about a week out and didn't have any preference on Dr. I ended up getting assigned to Dr. Phu! Depending on time of day, the area can be difficult to find parking - my appointment was at 5:45pm when everyone's coming home and had a difficult time looking for parking and was almost running late to my appointment. I was quickly brought to the back examination room. EXAM. Eye exam with the benefits I have - $10. went with the comprehensive eye exam. There were two options, one to get your eyes diluted (the oldskool way) or not (the newskool way) but with an additional $40 fee. I went this route. Did the regular read letters in different sizes. Then moved to 4 machines that did a variation of testing to check the health of the eyes and etc, do more testings, and take a picture of the anatomy of the eye. Happy to hear everything is fine and I am close to 20/20 vision - although I have worn bifocals since I was 8yrs old and told by several optometrist I have slight stigmatism in my right eye. This exam, there was no stigmatism - if there is it's probably so minor it's not noticeable. And no signs of glaucoma! The exam was about 30m. I reviewed my prescription right away and was not pushed to buy glasses here. FRAME SELECTIONS Very high-end and unique frames! Have you ever seen someone with amazing eyewear and wonder why they got their glasses because it stand out - this is the kind of place where you would get them. The frames here are very pricy but they are also very unique. Many cool ones with personality and pop but my character is very basic and simple that those wouldn't fit me. I asked about what if I brought in my own frames outside (brand new) and they are willing to work with you to get lenses for them. Of course addition paperwork will be filled. He's knowledgeable, friendly and made some great recommendations on frames and types of lenses I hadn't considered before. This location has a great selection, and the prices are really competitive. I was able to find the exact pair of Oakley frames I had purchased at Lenscrafters for almost $60.00 less. The manager was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely useless. No apology, no accountability, nothing. This business is built on lies, zero integrity, and terrible customer service. I've seen several doctors over the years as others retired, and I'm currently with Dr. Andrea Meagher. She's sharp, approachable, and extremely thorough. She explains what she's doing, answers questions clearly, and keeps things relaxed during the exam--even while moving through the inevitable "number one or number two" moments. They also have a solid selection of eyewear. I've purchased glasses here before and always found the staff helpful and informative without any pressure. If your glasses need a quick adjustment, you can also just pop in, which is a small thing but incredibly convenient. He was very good , but pricey. Also, I didn't always like how his technicians would push optional tests on you that you didn't need. They also didnt always tell you about the cost. You'd walk out of his office after about $300 without contacts or glasses. You could end up spending about $1500 for glasses or more depending on your prescription and if you add all the bells and whistles. At Eyeglass World you usually spend way less. Also, the customer service is outstanding. When I walked in I was greeted by Brian and directed to where I check in for my eye appointment, Tresten checked me in and he was very friendly. Within in 10 minutes I was called into the pre test room where he took a pictures of my eyes did eye measurements and the eye puffer test. He did ask if I wanted to do an extensive eye test for $15, but I declined. Not long after I was put in the exam room and Dr. Yarnell came about 3 minutes later. She was really good. She walks you step by step on your exam and the findings. After the exam I went to look at glasses. I had a friend with to help me look at glasses and see which ones looked the best. I was in between 4 pairs and than Monsay came to help us and she agreed on the glasses that were my number 1 choice. I spent after all the add-ons and insurance discounts $226.30. I'm just deciding if I want the 1 year protection plan for $25. I have 30 days to get it. Anyways great customer care/service. I will be back and have established a new optometrist.

I called last week five days ago to report that my Ray-Ban's hinge broke. They said they needed to speak with a manager because their warranty is only for a year, but Ray-Ban is for two I have not received a phone call back. I do not believe I will be returning to a business that cannot respond promptly nor uphold Ray-Ban's quality of service.
