Went to Seaport Village yesterday to walk around and some of the little shops were open. I saw the signs on the side and I was like cool things change in the sun so we decided to check it out. The coolest thing I saw was the nail polish. I bought 3 to try. I wish i bought more. It is so much fun when it changes colors. The girl helping was so nice and welcoming. I've been trying to get my sunglasses guarantee honored for week! They only offered a very unbecoming limited style so I checked numerous other times in hopes of a better selection, each time I checked the number of glasses offered was reduced until none were offered! When out and about on trips, Del Sol happens to be the place we stop to pick up a souvenir. The sales staff is always friendly but I get frustrated with the demo. Do you really have to explain how the shirts work? I already know and even when I tell you I already know the sun changes the color on these awesome shirts or other items you still think it's appropriate to demo or walk around asking me if I'm ok. Clearly I'm ok if I've already picked out a shirt and I'm ready to purchase it. Ugh. Anyway, recently we haven't found a shirt we've liked hence no memorabilia in the form of a destination shirt to mark where we've been. Boo. Hopefully we can find a better store but either way it's always fun to check out. read more

This shop is the best for souvenirs! Located in the Seaport outdoor shopping center, it is a great place to find souvenirs for young and old alike. All of the products change colors in the sun, as advertised, some are more dramatic than others. But they have several UV lights with in the store so you can try out the items. From color changing now polish to T-shirts, hats, flip-flops, headbands and more. It really has something for everyone. The nail polish does work well however I found it lost its effectiveness after bathing 3 times. A quick re coat upped the color changing effect for a few more days though. The owner of the store was very friendly and helpful. Allowing us to try on the T-shirts and looking for additional sizes as needed. She had several specials going on so we were able to get items for free with the purchase of other ones. She also honored a 10% off coupon for checking in to yelp :-) She also gave us care instructions for the T-shirts. And coupons for other local shops. read more

This place is just overall fun. All of their items are UV sensitive meaning that inside they're one color and outside they change colors. They have items from hats, visors, t-shirts, sweaters, head bands, nail polish, book bags, you name. Inside the store they have a UV lamp so you can experience the color changes. I've always liked coming to this store to purchase gifts for family out of town. I feel the items here are so unique, one of a kind, and all over fun! The staff is very helpful if you need help finding anything, and the overall atmosphere of the little boutique is inviting. The items sold are a little pricey so don't expect to be able to purchase a t-shirt for $10. read more

Anyone who walks in this store is bound to feel like a little kid again, at least I did. Everything they sell in this store reacts to UV light. They have a small UV station inside so you can test all their products out. They have t-shirts that look pretty plain and white until you put it up to the UV light and suddenly the graphics fill with color. My ultimate favorite item in this store was their nail polish. Yes, even these turn different colors in the sunlight which is really cool. I can have white nail polish indoors and magically will be purple outside. I no longer have to debate between so many colors because with these I get two in one! Never saw shirts like this and my kids were so excited. My 3 year old girl got a little mermaid shirt that changes colors and my 5 year old got an iron man shirt. Take a nice stroll at seaport village and get a cool shirt. read more

Cool store with clothes that change color in the Sun. I bought my kids the nail polish which was a HUGE hit. It is on the pricey side at $10/bottle. They also have some dresses and shirts, even headbands. A kids dress will run about $25, and a headband is $5. If you have little girls around the ages 6-12 this is perfect place for souviners. read more

I got great service while in the store today. The woman came and asked if I needed any help and checked on availability of a couple different items. She was also helping a few other people in the store at the same time as me. She was fast, friendly, and attentive. Their products are fairly pricey for what they are ($20 for kids t-shirts, $10 for bottle of nail polish), thus I dropped a star. But I still bought 3 shirts and 4 nail polishes. Nail polish is buy 3, get one free and I got 5% off for checking in on YELP! Bonus! read more

Come here every time I am in the San Diego area. These shirts are fun for all ages, unfortunately this time around I went in picked out a top for my daughter waited a few minutes by the register for someone to ring me out and one of the ladies that worked there then walked over to the register and rang out the customer she was helping on the other side of the store, slightly irritated I stood there in line then as if I was invisible 2 of the other women who were rang separately then the First Lady but were familiar with her got rang up before me. HOW RUDE!!!! I Walked out and came back later when I wasn't as upset over the horrible service I received. Unfortunately there is nowhere else I could have gotten the shirt I had chosen from this store for my daughter. Definitely a top pick for souvenirs in all of Seaport Village. The staff is nice and the products are sweet because they change color in the sun. I got my brother and sister color changing shirts and they wear them almost everyday! It's a family friendly store where the kids are allowed to run around and play with all of the products. There's testers for the nail polish and my sister had to try out every color to find the right one. It is definitely one of my favorite stores! read more

Love this store! Everything changes color in the son! They have awesome superhero shirts that my son loves! The only thing with this location is sizes are limited. I found a shirt I loved for my sons friends bday but they only had 5 3T's and nothing else - I had to order online and pay shipping. Other than that - great store! read more
