After going back…read moreseveral times to try and get my glasses made correctly I decided to cancel and ask for a refund. I went in person and I let this girl know about it and she said I had to wait for the optometrist. I was on a time crunch so I stood there for a moment thinking and she stood up aggressively 'Well are you going to wait ? Do you understand me?' We had already spoken to each other, in spanish, so I was taken aback by her comment. I told her if it was more than 15 minutes I would have to come back. She rolled her eyes and told me to wait a moment, then said the doc had a moment for me. Once speaking with the optometrist he wanted to convince me to restart the whole procedure and try again. I had already given them 3 tries to get my gradual progressive lens and each time they were wrong so I wanted to get my money back and try somewhere else. At first he said they don't do refunds. After being adamant and going back and forth with him that I did not want to give him a fourth try, he copped an attitude and said 'I dont want to deal with you' and told his front desk girl Breesa to get a refund going. 'Good luck' he says on my way out, sarcastically lol. Then I walk out to the waiting room and she starts with the excuses to try and not pay me back. First Briza says 'The owner is not in, we cant pay you today.' The doc is the owner LOL. Then Breesa tells me 'Come back in a week for the refund.' After having me pay up front when I first came in? I tell her no thats not cool. Then she goes 'We dont carry cash, its 2026 dont you know everyone pays with a card or thru their insurance?' With all the attitude of a little child school girl. I tell her I payed on the spot so I need a refund on the spot. After asking someone in the back she says to return tomorrow for a check. I say no, I want my cash today. She goes 'Shoo shoo,' waving me away with her hands ' Go away you're getting paid tomorrow.' I tell her how rude and unprofessional and disrespectful she is while trying to get her manager, who is sitting right next to us just watching us, to tell me exactly what time to show up so Im not waiting around any longer than I have to. Breeza then says 'Just leave already. We're tired and annoyed of you.' I say 'I just want my money back and Ill leave.' She then says 'What do you want for me to pull your money out of my ass?' After reminding her one more time about how disrespectful and rude and awful she was being, after I was completely civil and respectful about getting my money back, she says 'Yeah yeah just go away.' All the way out the door she was shooing me out. Whole time I was there interacting with her she had attitude and going 'Uh huh, yeah yeah' when calling out here stank attitude and way of treating people WHILE YOURE WORKING. Clear lenses were in my Rayban Sunglasses, and the sunglasses lenses were in my eye glass frames. How can you get this wrong?! This is your one and only business! The Store initially tried to blame it on the lab. When I finally picked them up today, I go to find out as I was looking at the Order paper, they were actually ordered incorrectly by Lee. Nice job! I purchased glasses on 7-3-26. I inquired about getting my other pair of glasses tinted. I picked up both of my glasses on 7-24-26. I was surprised to see that they replaced the lenses. Lee was assisting me and explained that new lenses had to be purchased for the lenses to be tinted. Those glasses were purchased from Costco one month prior. Had Nelly properly advised me, I would have simply taken that pair back to Costco. Jeremy, the manager simply said, you only paid $35 per lens. It's Actually $42.50 per lens per my receipt. I'm Very unhappy that Nelly was not upfront about it and Jeremy couldn't care less. My sister and I both had glasses to pick up and they required adjustments. I had two and I brought another pair to be adjusted. My sister had one pair of sunglasses and she brought another to be adjusted for a total of 5. Lee was adjusting my sister's sunglasses. She told Lee to go ahead and assist me because I was in there first. Lee said, he thought Jeremy was assisting me. We both said Jeremy left for lunch, leaving Lee to adjust everything himself. Lee apologized as he assumed Jeremy was assisting me. We asked where Tim, the manager was. Tim assisted my sister when she bought her sunglasses and he was very pleasant and helpful. Lee said Jeremy was a manager. He absolutely didn't seem like it. Why would he leave when both of us needed to have our glasses adjusted. Poor service from Nelly and Jeremy. Tim provided good service, but he wasn't there when we picked up our glasses. Lee provided great service, was very helpful, polite and apologetic. I'm a repeat customer but this is the first time experiencing poor service.

You can see how its a full service practice and they will provide you with an eye exam plus glasses (lenses) made there if needed. What I valued the most was the professional service throughout my visit. Parking is plentiful and the practice looks nice. I plan on seeing Dr Hanono more and more as needed. And they take my vision insurance which helped a lot. Give them a chance.
