Josh King was very helpful without any sales pressure. I hope to do business with Josh in the future.

So I found this place on Yelp, looked at the reviews and said I'll give it a try. I did the text option online, got Jeff. I gave him some options from their site I was interested in. He took down my needs and found me one that I fell in love with. It brand new, with solar panels, and the perfect size for my needs. From start to finish they showed they really cared they walked me through everything! They offered if I had any questions after purchase day I can call and ask. Which I've had to do, but nothing major, human error on my end. Doug who helped me setup and walked me through the whole rig was amazing he was patient with me and made sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Everyone there was super nice. They even were able to mount my own TV inside for me. (At an additional cost) but I love it!

Our recent experience, we had a chat with owner Beau, of course he has back pedaled on what he said years prior. We called back 2 days later, person put us on hold, employee returned to say Beau was on another call, honestly we felt this was untrue, we gave are phone # ..... 8 days later still no return phone call from owner Beau! Surprised, nope! What is disappointing, lack of follow through from owner, lack of courtesy, lack of professionalism! Thankfully we have walked away from Carson RV, plenty of other RV dealerships to consider! FOLKS, READ REVIEWS, Carson RV has more Negative comments then happy, satisfied or pleasant reviews, beware! They are one of the last" if not " the last family-owned recreational vehicle dealer in my area. I am sure this may hold true for most areas in our country. Owning a recreational vehicle is an investment. While enjoying that investment is a must, "arriving alive" is the top priority! Just when you think you are getting the hang of it you are sharply reminded how much you still do not know & how much still there is to learn. That is why having Jason and a dealer like Western Sky's a true good luck charm. We brought our tailer in to have my furnace serviced. While I was there it was brought to my attention my solar batteries were not installed correctly, as well as a short that was discovered causing the inverter charging system to shut off while charging. (Safety mechanism) To top this all of when my husband was hitching up Jason, because of his wealth of knowledge, and expert eyes noticed parts of our hitch had loosened (how did he notice?) by noticing our weight distribution bars showed signed of wear. Had Jason not caught this what could have happened on any future journey could have been catastrophic, and possibly the end to our travel trailer adventures! I am incredibly thankful to Western Sky's, and to Jason for showing us how to check our hitches integrity frequently & adding this to our safety check list. No adventure is worth having unless you arrive safely and ALIVE! Thank you again Western Sky's for having Jason there for all of us. Sincerely, Brick and Cindy Anderson P.S. I had my solar upgrade installed by another business. Maybe not such a good idea?

He showed us the trailer that's now our home and really took the show away enthusiastically showing all the features in detail and making sure to explain everything thoroughly. We got met with Donald who was very fast and professional with his work while keeping a positive attitude and a smile the whole time. Working with blue compass RV Reno has been a wonderful experience thanks to Matt, Finance, and Donald. Thank you so much we look forward to future visits.

They had to redo it because it looked like my grandchildren (age 2) did the work. While in there they backed into the rear ladder and had to replace it. This also left a small scratch which they repaired -terribly, looked like they just used a marker, also the protective clear on hood front was buffed out when they cleaned the footprints off hood and left it cloudy looking from scratches, so our lovely, undamaged 2021 Omni Thor now looks worse. What's worse-if possible- is we never got calls with status updates we always had to call them. Manager left all communication to a young service gal that shouldn't have been left with explaining their incompetence and shoddy worjmanship. Was told it was a 2 day job and ended up being over a month. Will never be back, wish I read reviews.

Now that prices have finally come back down to earth, we are shopping for a class B RV; new or used. I am very flexible and we already have our plans laid out. Even for our first 2 road trips. Limited selections on hand, see pictures. But because Camping World is such a large company, they were able to find one that fit our needs in San Jose, CA. But because of the low price, they are not able to ship it to NV... It was 2 years new for a very reasonable price. $102k. FYI - They also try to sell many packages and services that we might never need. Atmosphere - Decent size location, but very limited class B on hand. Larger sales office than expected. There is a parts store also, but I did not visit it. Open 7 days a week from 9am or 10am to 6, 7 or 8pm. See Yelp or their website. Plenty of guest parking. Service - Good, Stephanie was very professional. And as sales people, they followed up daily, almost hourly, lol. Both their NV and SJ, CA offices followed up. Price - $102K, reasonable price for a new Class B RV. Owner Comment - Congrats to Camping World's success since 1966 and Marcus Lemonis's success. I was an avid watcher of Marcus's show, The Profit. 2016 = IPO.

We were at an RV Show in March (28 & 29) and that is where we decided to purchase this rig. We pointed out a number of things that needed attention to the rv. We were assured by a number of representatives (& the owner) that all would be good upon us taking possession on April 25. We arrived on Saturday, April 25 at 11:23 and were greeted by a man named Ted... a less than stellar interaction began. First of all, he was the person who did the entire PDI - Pre Delivery Inspection - & unfortunately it seemed that he had never looked at the rv... None of the issues on the outside of the Brinkley were repaired. He was shocked that we pointed these problems out to him. He didn't know how some of the exterior systems even operated. When we moved to the inside and we pointed out several issues, he rudely said "look, we don't fix things ahead of time, you gotta acquire the right, bring it back, and then we'll order parts and fix it"... are you sh!tt!ng me? So the sofa that was broken at the show in March is still broken over 30 days later. The microwave oven that has a blood curdling screech when you open the door is still there, and Ted laughed and said "oh, that's not that bad". So many other things he didn't that day was nonsense. When we went inside to finalize paperwork, Tucker was the man! Very easygoing and knowledgeable. He answered every question, helped with a number of items that had issues. He cares about customer service! Unfortunately, we could go on, but that email will be sent to the owner. He requested that we send him a detailed synopsis of our experiences.

During our walkthrough, we were told how to winterize and saw a sticker indicating the unit had already been winterized. We were not told any additional steps were needed. In February, we discovered a cracked pipe from freezing water. The service manager said the entire system needs replacement and denied warranty coverage, blaming "lack of winterization" while also saying the sticker wasn't their responsibility. Communication has been extremely poor--multiple calls and emails have gone unanswered, and after three visits, the service manager was unavailable and never followed up. It also took 4 weeks just to order a part, with no updates. We've now had to cancel three camping trips. Great product, but the lack of communication and accountability has made this a very frustrating experience. Would not recommend.
