    Our new 5th wheel
    Ashley S.

We had been looking for a fifth wheel for sometime when we saw one pop up for sale. We realized it was over at RV Country so we decided to stop by on a Sunday to see if this was something we wanted to consider for our family. It was a little on the older side so we weren't completely sold on it at first. After our salesperson Savannah took us back to allow us to tour the unit we were actually quit surprised how much we loved the layout. Savannah by the way was A-mazing!!! I would highly recommend requesting her as your salesperson. We had a ton of questions for her about the toy hauler and she was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions making the purchase that much easier. It was a no- pressure sale which is the only way I would ever purchase anything from a lot so I feel like we really lucked out with her as our salesperson. On top of it, she was amazing with our five year old son which meant a lot to us. I can say we're now new owners of our very own toy hauler and can't wait to enjoy some memories camping this season. Thank you RV Country and thank you Savannah for making this possible!

In the area and couldn't miss the inventory of RV's. Always amazes me, when I see these trailers. Big lot, and lots to see. Glad to have stopped.

Be careful of this dealership providing incorrect information. Highlighted in the picture is incorrect information. We've bought two Class A Coaches from California and the NV tax credit on the trade applies. Have done the same with cars. They have lost the deal this time and we will not consider them in the future as morals, honesty, and integrity matters!

Still fixing all the bugs in this camper. Multiple trips to service depart getting warranty work done.

Horrible experience, ethical they have issues. Bought a new Motor Home on 12-24-22, camper was delivered to me with a broken windshield! I bought using the RVT traders app. It was a mandatory $5,000 deposit that they took from me, and then I was told I could come to pick up the camper in early December, but after the deposit was made within an hour sales manager called and said can't deliver because of the software download for the camper. I had already bought the plane ticket! So, I say when now? Probably January sometime sales manager said. I was promised to get the camper by the end of December. Well after talking to my sales guy Otto, the other sales guy got fired by the sales manager for some reason, so those promises were gone with him. So finally after pushing Otto, I was able to get the software upgrade early than expected. Bought another plane ticket and flew to Sparks, Otto met me at the airport and within a few minutes I was told the windshield was broken. They had it on the lot for four months and never fixes it. Wow!, very disappointed as I spent $170k on this RV. So what happened next, I was told to go see the finance guy and he put a big high-pressure sale to sell me an RV service contract for only $13k. I had to say no at least three times. He wasn't happy with me. Meanwhile, I ask if I can see the camper, and they said not yet. Why do I wonder? Well finally I insisted on seeing the new camper, they were frantically trying to fix frozen water lines and replace the water filter that was broken, they didn't winterize the system. The camper was dirt from top to bottom, and inside had sand and dirt hand prints. The buy was sent out to give me a quick run down on how everything worked! Ten minutes of my life I won't get back. Another thing that concerns me is the aluminum wheels hadn't been cleaned and had salt all over them, to the point corrosion was taking In, brand new and I've seen more used campers that look better than this one. So back to the finance guy and he want my cashier's check, I said no way, I want proof Of getting my windshield replaced and once I leave the lot I'm screwed without a promissory note to get my windshield replaces. This windshield cost $1,600 with adaptive cruise control in the windshield. So the sales manager was getting upset with me and I said give me a note to make sure I can get it replaced. Finally, he said ok, I had leverage as I still have my cashier's check on me. I also ask about the full tank of fuel that we promised and he said we only do 1/2 tank, it only needs eleven gallons for a full tank, I just spent $170, wow again. To make a long story shorter I gave up my cashier's check and they had the camper pulled around to the front. The lot boy handed me the keys and said I could leave! Wow, no thank you at all, the sales manager wouldn't even look at me when I walk passed his office. Well, there were at least ten things wrong with the camper, the front door hanging up, the wheels dirty. Wood trim was broken from the use of the wrong tool, steps slip pads were bad, the cabinet shelf was cut to the wrong size and kept falling, the storage light didn't work, generator service door couldn't open to service the generator. The slide runner miss align and was not supported as it should have been. All this is being fixed by a local RV repaired under warranty, with loose wiring under the chassis, and leveling jacks not coming down. So, I wouldn't recommend Sparks RV at all, if they want to improve I would recommend a change in higher leadership positions and focus on customer service, service manager refused to pay for the windshield, and why? I don't know the reason why wouldn't respond to any more messages. There is an integrity issue that I will never forget. Otto my sales guy finally came through and grab the company credit card and paid for the glass company to install it. Otto was the only one that really cared that I bought an RV from Sparks.

They are one of the last" if not " the last family-owned recreational vehicle dealer in my area. I am sure this may hold true for most areas in our country. Owning a recreational vehicle is an investment. While enjoying that investment is a must, "arriving alive" is the top priority! Just when you think you are getting the hang of it you are sharply reminded how much you still do not know & how much still there is to learn. That is why having Jason and a dealer like Western Sky's a true good luck charm. We brought our tailer in to have my furnace serviced. While I was there it was brought to my attention my solar batteries were not installed correctly, as well as a short that was discovered causing the inverter charging system to shut off while charging. (Safety mechanism) To top this all of when my husband was hitching up Jason, because of his wealth of knowledge, and expert eyes noticed parts of our hitch had loosened (how did he notice?) by noticing our weight distribution bars showed signed of wear. Had Jason not caught this what could have happened on any future journey could have been catastrophic, and possibly the end to our travel trailer adventures! I am incredibly thankful to Western Sky's, and to Jason for showing us how to check our hitches integrity frequently & adding this to our safety check list. No adventure is worth having unless you arrive safely and ALIVE! Thank you again Western Sky's for having Jason there for all of us. Sincerely, Brick and Cindy Anderson P.S. Now that prices have finally come back down to earth, we are shopping for a class B RV; new or used. I am very flexible and we already have our plans laid out. Even for our first 2 road trips. Limited selections on hand, see pictures. But because Camping World is such a large company, they were able to find one that fit our needs in San Jose, CA. But because of the low price, they are not able to ship it to NV... It was 2 years new for a very reasonable price. $102k. FYI - They also try to sell many packages and services that we might never need. Atmosphere - Decent size location, but very limited class B on hand. Larger sales office than expected. There is a parts store also, but I did not visit it. Open 7 days a week from 9am or 10am to 6, 7 or 8pm. See Yelp or their website. Plenty of guest parking. Service - Good, Stephanie was very professional. And as sales people, they followed up daily, almost hourly, lol. Both their NV and SJ, CA offices followed up. Price - $102K, reasonable price for a new Class B RV. Owner Comment - Congrats to Camping World's success since 1966 and Marcus Lemonis's success. I was an avid watcher of Marcus's show, The Profit. 2016 = IPO.

After going back and forth the final offer from Harry(via cell phone call) was not one I was willing to accept and I was ready to leave. Then another salesman came in (trying to make the sale) and began to present inaccurate information regarding the value of the truck trying to convince me that their offer was legitimate. I held my ground and said no thank you. My final offer was only $750 below the sticker price and they weren't willing to work with that. I have no problem taking my money elsewhere. My first salesman was very nice and not pushy. He was straight to the point and no BS. The second one who came in was basically pointless, dishonest and left a bad taste in my mouth. Although I am upset I did not get the truck, after reading the yelp reviews I realize it may have been a blessing in disguise. Having said that and waiting to accumulate more information on the continuing saga of the car he bought from this place, I think everyone should stear (pun intended) clear of Harry's. Quality should be spelled with a "K". They should be selling car parts, not whole cars because then he might have a decent business. Here's the "brief" chronology of events from my father-in-law's experience so far: 6/24/14 - bought 1999 Hyundai Accent 6/28/14 - car dead, would not start; replaced battery ($130), still nothing. 6/30/14 - towed car ($65) to auto shop; ran diagnostics on the car and needed to replace starter ($399). 7/1/14 - got car back 7/3/14 - car dead again 7/7/14 - towed car ($65) back to auto shop; battery needed recharging and AC belt was missing; fixed entire system ($277). Was also told the struts were shot and would cost $900....had to wait on this. 7/10/14 - got car back 7/18/14 - noticed car acceleration was a bit slow (well, it is a Hyundai, but still) 7/24/14 - more acceleration issue going up a hill 7/26/14 - would hardly run at all 7/28/14 - took car to shop; timing belt was shot and flow system needed work ($530) As you can see the very brief history of this car shows that it should never have been sold in the first place. Granted, many are sold "as is" but if Harry's is delivering "quality" cars then they better do a much more thorough job. Not everyone can be handy on cars these days as it is their livelihood to get them around. Taking advantage of people is horrible and word to the wise is to stay FAR AWAY from Harry's, or maybe it should be "Scary's Kuality Junk".
