My travel trailer needed to be winterized and I've shopped around. So far he's the best one price-wise and professionalism. The owner met me at the RV storage and even though the water in the pipes were semi frozen already, he reassured me that there was another way to deliver the antifreeze. Observing the types of equipments he used, and his mobile office, it's obvious that he takes pride in his work based on how clean his equipment and neat and organized his mobile office is. He was also conversant and friendly, which made the process less awkward. Best of all, he accommodated my all my questions without sounding or looking annoyed. Our Tango RV was having electrical issues. We suspected it was an problem with our power converter, but really didn't have a clue. Several other companies in town wanted to order a new converter without even coming over to diagnose the problem. I was referred to Jerry Follett at Leading Edge RV. Leading Edge RV is amazing! We are new to Reno and are staying in the RV Park until our house is ready. Unfortunately we had an electrical issue that went from bad to worse. And to top it off it was anomaly and not a normal problem/issue. Jerry spent his time diagnosing the problem and working with our (so far awful) Warranty.
