I almost made the mistake of going to a chain tire-and-auto repair shop, where they insisted that not only did my pads need changing, but my calipers did as well, and quoted me $900. While I was there it was brought to my attention my solar batteries were not installed correctly, as well as a short that was discovered causing the inverter charging system to shut off while charging. (Safety mechanism) To top this all of when my husband was hitching up Jason, because of his wealth of knowledge, and expert eyes noticed parts of our hitch had loosened (how did he notice?) by noticing our weight distribution bars showed signed of wear. Had Jason not caught this what could have happened on any future journey could have been catastrophic, and possibly the end to our travel trailer adventures! Justin was who did our walk around, and he was excellent at knowing all the little nuances of our rv. Super nice kid! We even got to meet the owner Austin and talk about snowboarding. All around a great experience with some really nice people. We love our new rv and couldn't recommend these people more!
