Just a real honest, fair man and that rolls over into his business dealings. Pleasant place and only place that had SunRays.

Keith rocks. Not only did I get a great deal, but he has helped me out with any issues I had with the car - a Subaru Forester.

I had already put new wheels and tires on it so I asked for a price adjustment and they said "those options dont change the value of a vehicle". Odd, since two of these were ones they chose to advertise on the landing page for the vehicle. They told me to take it or return it. They were not even nice about it. After I posted my review I was contacted by 'Kevin' from CarMax and he negotiated $1,000 for me on the condition I sign some papers. He said they would be in touch. I got one call saying they were waiting on the check and paperwork and that was a month ago. It was a mistake to come to this CarMax and I would absolutely warn you against it. You'll notice the postive reveiws come from 'Elite' reviewers - hmmm like its coordinated. I really wish I had bought my truck at Corwin Ford Reno which is where I bought the one I traded in.

He communicated clearly, followed through, and conducted himself in a way that inspired confidence. Our broader experience at the dealership was more mixed. While the transaction ultimately concluded, certain aspects of the process did not align with the standard we had hoped for. We will leave it at that. We do, however, want to recognize Kevin for the manner in which he represented himself and assisted us.

After the initial notice from Ford Corporation, communication was minimal at best. We were…read morerepeatedly forced to follow up ourselves not only to the recall 800 telephone provided then to Corwin Ford just to get basic updates regarding repairs, timelines, or next steps. Consumers should not have to chase down information for a serious vehicle safety-related issue. Had we known this process would be dragged out with so little transparency, accountability, or concern for customers, we would have seriously reconsidered purchasing this vehicle. Then, after waiting almost two years, we were finally told repairs could be scheduled -- only to wait an additional two months for an actual appointment. Despite knowing well in advance when the vehicle would be brought in, Corwin Ford Reno made absolutely no meaningful effort to assist with transportation or provide a loaner vehicle. For many families, losing access to a vehicle for days is a major hardship. We were fortunate enough to rely on friends, family, and work accommodations for transportation, but that does not excuse the complete lack of customer care shown throughout this process. What pushed this experience from frustrating to outright offensive was the comment made during pickup: "Let us know if the car blows up." Considering customers have spent years waiting on a battery-related repair tied to safety concerns, that remark was grossly unprofessional, irresponsible, and astonishingly tone-deaf. I have rented and purchased Ford vehicles for years because of positive past experiences, particularly in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, the level of service and professionalism we encountered in Reno and Carson City has been deeply disappointing and has significantly damaged our confidence in both the dealership experience and the brand's handling of customer concerns

I thought to myself, "If I am going to commute from Fernley to North Valley Reno, I might as well do it in style." I sold my vehicle to my friend at the end of the work week and it was off to CarZone. I met with Zack and I was told that the Audi had a bad coil pack and that it was no no condition to be sold to a customer and that there are other options that could fit my needs as a daily driver. I saw a Subaru Outback. It had low miles for its age but there was one demerit that kept me from selecting it: the alarm would activate if you used the key to unlock the door. Other options were explored. I decided to go with a Hyundai Tucson with low miles and AWD. This car is going to get the brunt of the winter commute so AWD is mandatory for me. I did a visual inspection and a test drive. I decided to go forward with making the purchase. Zack was very accommodating and worked with me to get the car financed. This is my first vehicle purchase as a Nevadan and I am satisfied with the car and how Zack took care of me. For car dealers, I also like supporting local dealerships just as much as local restaurants, donut shops, and hardware stores. Thanks Zack and team CarZone. I will be back when I am in the market!
