We really like Corwin's new facility, even though it's a bit farther out in the South Reno area. The facility is clean, modern, and absolutely worth the drive when you receive this level of care and service. Most importantly, Brad, our Service Advisor went above and beyond to ensure our car was properly serviced and well cared for. Technician Hunter also performed a thorough inspection and noticed that our cabin filter needed to be replaced. We truly appreciate that extra attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. Brad also checked a minor concern I had to make sure all was good. This experience was a refreshing contrast to the scheduling and service frustrations we encountered with Fallon Ford regarding the same request. After those previous difficulties, it was such a relief to have our much-needed service completed efficiently, professionally, and correctly. From the website, to the receptionist, to the service advisors, all the way up to the service manager - abject failures at every layer of the stack. I have a Ford truck that I love the design of. The engineering, QA and build quality however have me going into the service department much more often than I'd care to. This particular service department is so godawful that not only did I cancel my interest in a Bronco Filson as a direct result of trying to get service from Corwin Ford Reno, but I plan to replace my full-size Ford truck with a different brand, since there isn't a "less awful" service department in the area I can turn to. Ford corporate: are you reading this? I think Ford's designs are looking quite nice these days but their issues during ownership and absolutely horrendous after sales support has turned me from a lifelong blue oval customer to one who's willing to try just about any other automotive brand. I will first look at a GMC as a replacement.

The lack of follow-up and post-sale support has been unacceptable. I won't be returning here or converting this lease through this dealership, I'd rather drive to sacramento than deal with this lack of customer service.
