You guys LIED about my husband William Faulkners' GAP coverage with the 2020 GMC he bought and…read morewithheld information after having him come in to sign 3 SEPARATE TIMES and TOOK OUT gap coverage after he VERBALLY confirmed over 20 times to your horrible finance guy "Re-signing this does not change my gap coverage, correct?" And this man kept lying through his teeth saying "Not at all - You are covered with gap. This just changes your leinholder". So after signing ALL 3 separate copies stating we have Gap and then you guys either took it out after signing while we have all the proof of all copies, dates, names etc., or just LIED and MISLEAD to score a deal. We also have proof William has been PAYING YOU GUYS FOR GAP COVERAGE this whole time (exactly 1 year ago today!) So I will NEVER recommend this place, you guys are scammers and rip off anyone to get your lame commission. The attorney general is getting involved, we will see yall in court (regardless of your new management and new dealers) not surprised of the high turnover rate, and can't wait til you guys are shut down so you can't rip any other hardworking family's off Management & finance guy (I'll edit and post all the names) didn't want to help or resolve anything after scamming us, getting angry at US. Didn't care about the documentation and signatures we have for gap coverage. But bended over backwards to try and sell us our vehicle when we had a gut feeling to walk out! Took money off and our monthly cost down, just for it to go back up because we signed for GAP 3 seperate times! Worst. Dealership. Ever. DONT EVER LEASE OR BUY A VEHICLE HERE. Also, they have a lot of 'Morman' dealers and Morman banks they work with? As a believer in God; You will reap what you sow. If you do make the horrific decision to lease/buy a car from here; RECORD EVERYTHING. Because apparently their cameras don't work! Avoid this place like the plague. Yall have the day & life you deserve! I'll pray for you to have true integrity, honesty, and for any other people/families that unfortunately have a vehicle from you guys!

Our SUVs are tired so a few months ago I started looking to replace 1 of them. If something came…read moreup, terrific. If not, so be it (a good spot to be when buying a car, new or used). Several sites found several cars that fit the bill but I wasn't ready to pull the trigger. Last week, the AMEX Car Buying site pulled up 3 MB GLK-350s locally and I decided to check out 2 of them. I had done my research and knew the GLKs options and features well, so I contacted MB-Reno and HSAS (on Mill St). Both cars fit my needs, however, to get to my number: MB-Reno suggested my 4Runner be included as a trade (valuing it at $4,300) while I determined it was worth closer to $7K HSAS (Jorge) came close to my out-the-door price in our first meeting without much back-n-forth, without my trade, and agreed to accept AMEX so I could get AMEX travel points. A few days later I took their GLK for test drive #1. It behaved nicely but I waited a few more days to see if my head was in the right place (and during this window Jorge did NOT pressure me at all). Given it was worthy of a second (better) look we came in on Sunday (quieter), put $20 in the tank so we could take it for a long drive, and it passed the majority of our test. I felt the need for a 4-wheel alignment and I also asked HSAS to confirm the warranty covered AWD. I asked Jorge to hold the car so I could get AMEX pre-approved and came in few days later to finalize the deal. Sat with Jorge and respectfully, we calmly knocked out a deal: 1. HSAS provided a 3-year/50K full powertrain warranty thru a different vendor (vs 6 months) - and Jorge covered the additional cost 2. The 4-wheel alignment was completed off-site before we came in and the vendor's printout showed the rear wheels were out - Jorge covered the cost 3. HSAS stuck to the out-the-door price we agreed to 6 days earlier which I appreciated VERY MUCH, and all told, I came away feeling I paid a fair price - a price I had pre-determined as acceptable - and Jorge & HSAS made a profit, which any business should expect. My overall experience with HSAS and Jorge in 3 words: VERY professional, calm AND considerate. HSAS does their best to please customers and I'm pleased to recommend them to the used car buying public. Keep in mind, a buyer of a used car should know - when you buy a used car, you're buying a car someone else used (sometimes abused) for a while. Sometimes quite a while, and oftentimes it too was traded in because it too was "tired" Time will tell if our MB GLK-350 continues to "behave nicely". I'll let you know
