Honest review after a lengthy process. My initial view was based on my sales experience. However, unfortunately it went downhill from there. My car experienced pretty immediate engine failure. I went back and forth with the dealership. I received initial responses such as "your warranty will cover it" etc. Unfortunately, I was without a car for months with no end in sight. The dealership couldn't get the parts. At that time, Enterprise stepped back in and took the car back. So for that, I maintain my 5 stars because they recognized the issue and made it right. read more

Fantastic, Honest, No Pressure place to find and buy a 2 to three year old, well maintained used vehicle! If you come in with your own bank financing, enterprise will work with what you have and not try to sell you a higher interest load package like other well known car dealers in the area. Special thanks to Todd And Sam, who went the extra mile to ensure we got the car we wanted! We would give enterprise card sales and the staff at this location 10 stars if Yp allowed it! We have no hesitancy recommending this location for your used vehicle purchase. Thank you Todd and Sam! read more

This particular Enterprise office has taken great care of me. They are friendly and professional and going into the office to rent a car is like visiting with friends. Lately, Coulson and Carlos have been the representatives that have assisted me and they are top notch in terms of customer service. Virtually everyone is amazing here! Special note of thanks to Jim who will pick you up at your residence if needed and drive you back.... He is a true professional, knowledgable about Reno (we are new), and an all-around great person. Sending a big thank you to this wonderful team!!! - Sincerely, Michele of Damonte Ranch read more

I don't even know where to start with this review.... Stay away from the Enterprise on Mill Street car sales. I went to the lot and heard wonderful things about them. Yes the cars are pretty much retired rentals but the maintenance should be top notch. I thought purchasing from them would be a good thing, and a trustworthy thing. I have always rented my cars from them, never again. Don't be fooled by it they don't do shit to the vehicles prior to selling them. They do not do any maintenance to the cars at the correct miles things should be done. No tires are replaced, missing clamps, pulled front bumper, fluids bone dry, no floor mats, and not even a full tank of gas in the car. Yet you leave the lot a car that can seize up and ruin a engine. How is that good customer service? They are not willing to do anything to the cars, not one thing to please a customer or ensure them that it will not be a problem. They just want $$$$ and you to be stuck with a shit car. Ya, they have a 7 day return policy which is a total red flag. When you return it to them they attempt to charge you 200.00. If a customer has to return a car it is for a good reason. Why after you do a loan would you have to pay to return it? Completely disgusted with the team (Corey Amos), an management (Carlos J) when it comes to good customer service. What kind of manager is Carlos? What do his team even now about selling cars? The audacity he had to sell us a crap car. We had to back the next day to get our money back, then they were eager to fix it. Even so desperate to attempt to offer us another car... Come on seriously a non maintained vehicle and I am supposed to feel good about getting into another car? Extremely disappointed and beyond words to express how shitty that office is to customers. They have these so called accounts with Tires Plus and Pep Boys for all services. Wondering how many times they actually take cars there. read more

We just finished buying our fourth car from the Reno Enterprise Car Sales office. Every time it has been a pleasant and easy experience. Never any pressure, just helpful information and the ability to test drive a car without a sales person. The prices are fair, for both purchasing and trading in. If you are in the market for a used car, check Enterprise out (on the web or in person)! read more

If you're looking for a reliable, well maintained and affordable used car, Enterprise is the BEST, and in my opinion, the only option. I went to Enterprise because I was tired of the hourly phone calls, emails and texts from just about every car dealership from here to Houston. Dottie helped me find a car and she listened to what I wanted and gave me options from the cars they had available that were actually what I was looking for. I test drove 7 cars and drove home in a great looking car at the end of the day. Their cars are fairly priced, not the cheapest... but you don't want the cheapest. To me it was worth the extra few bucks to know it wasn't going to break down on my drive home. If you're lost on where to go for a used car, Enterprise is the only place I'd recommend! read more

We have begun to consider our next vehicle and will not buy brand new. Kira was so awesome today! She showed us the vehicles we asked for and allowed us to think about what we want and need. I appreciate the respect she had for us. They have a limited amount of vehicles we are interested in, but Kira will be the only one that gets our sale. She will find the vehicle we are going to purchase. Thank you Kira! read more

We just purchased our second car, an AWD Toyota Sienna, through Enterprise Car Sales. (Our first was a 15-passenger Ford Transit in October.) Hands down, both experiences were the BEST car-buying experiences. They say "no haggle," and really what that means is "no hassle!" You know costs upfront (we had a transfer on our most recent vehicle, for example, and it wasn't a surprise charge - we knew from the website!), test driving is easy, questions are answered quickly and accurately, communication is stellar. I don't know how we could be more happy. Shout out to Jason, Sharon, and Dotty who made our purchase process uh-maze-ing!!! :-) read more

Great sales team Very helpful and caring . We appreciate them working with us to make sure we found a car to meet our needs

Better late than never... thought I had reviewed my recent purchase of a 2017 Toyota Camry. Hands down.. this will be my "go to" place for car purchase. What a deal I got on this new car. So darn easy. Looked up the car on the net. Filter by location and "no transfer fees". Schedule a test drive. Bing, bang, boom. No hassle and haggling. I was really happy with the service I got here and the follow up. New cars, low mileage, great selection read more

Thit's time buying from Enterprise and another solid experience. was given more for my trade than any of the other quotes I had. I will purchase again from them in the future, great experience! read more

We had a great salesman at the lot on Mill. We went in several times to check out the cars for sale on their lot. Chris was good to us and never used pressure to sell us a car. We would go in to see what new one's they had on the lot since we were not really sure which type we wanted. We even took one test drive but wanted to think about it. This seems to be a great place to buy a car and we would not hesitate to go back. We just found a better deal at another lot. But we should be in for another car soon and we will be back. read more

Love their car sales place - best deal in town! Sometimes they have 0 down and give great financing Deals! They are super friendly, reliable, and fast. I've bought 3 cars from them as I upgraded throughout the years. They have helped me every step of the way . Always been good, fair, hardworking and honest... if they don't have something in stock they will get it transferred. They maintain all the rentals so you get a well maintained almost new car with out a big sticker price! Go see them and test drive your next reliable vehicle today!!! read more

We just moved to the Reno area and needed a second car. I've purchased with Enterprise Car Sales a number of times, in other areas, but never has the process gone as quick and seamless as my experience with Carlos Castro. He was friendly, genuine, and so helpful throughout the process. Even offering advice about the area and sharing tips about driving in the snow, which will be a new experience for us. I left feeling confident and excited about my new car. I will certainly return for any future purchases, and of course, share my wonderful experience with family friends. read more

Had a reservation for an all wheel drive car. Got to the mill street location and was informed that their full sized vehicles are not all wheel drive. In order to get this we had to pay $130 more. There was no willingness to budge and minimal understanding of the situation. Our reservation was not honored and it was extremely poor customer service!!!! Very disappointed Update: We contacted Enterprise twice after the weekend of our trip. We were told, each time, that someone would get in touch with us within 24 hours. The second time, we were told it would be escalated to a manager. We NEVER were contacted after these calls. This is an APPALLING business practice. read more

At enterprise my car was under budget! It was CHEAPER AND NEWER, had LESS MILES than the competitors! I purchased my second vehicle here at enterprise, it was so simple and a great experience. I went in looking for a particular car, no where in Reno had it! (Ford Fusion hybrid) After calling at least 7 different dealerships I decided to ask enterprise if they had the car I wanted, and sure enough they had about 6-8 of them on the website. I lucked out when there was a Ford Fusion hybrid that just went on the market at the Las Vegas location. I got lucky when they were able to put a hold on the car as 6 people tried to buy it before I picked it up, I was never worried they would sell it to someone else because their customer service is excellent. Garret and Sharon made sure that the car would be in Reno within 48 hours (I was on a time crunch) and even offered to cover the extra days I needed on my rental for me since I was waiting for my car to come in!!! We were able to do the financing quickly and before my car came to Reno, so when the day came I only had to sign and pick up my new car. :) They don't jerk you around to a million different lien holders, where the numbers are always changing and your credit gets ran dozens of times. The sales manager Sharon made sure that I understood everything that was happening, and even explained some things that I didn't quite get when I bought my first car at 18. She is so kind and friendly I recommend everyone comes here to look at cars. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome, just a charm to speak with. Garrett is close in age to myself (early twenties) but was very knowledgeable about each car he showed me and had a lot of great recommendations. Also very easy to talk to and personable. He made sure to keep me in the loop at all times, and even helped me air drop documents to his iPhone to speed up the financing process when I had poor cell phone service. Seems like a small gesture but I appreciate the compromise. (Resourceful!) A few more benefits of enterprise: - you know your new used car is well maintained and taken care of - 4 year warranty offered and more, only 100$ down to fix any issues within that time at any location in America. -7 day buy back in case you change your mind, with one trade in -super fast and easy financing -no hidden fees or "used car salesman" feelings -large variety of vehicles with free transfers from Vegas if needed -excellent customer service and friendly staff that make you feel at ease. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! read more

We were looking for a clean and low mileage used vehicle. We decided to look at some vehicles at Enterprise Car Sales. We found a great vehicle at a good price. Chris the sales person as well as the rest of the staff was professional, courteous and friendly. Explained all services offered with a vehicle purchase. If you're looking for a clean, reliable vehicle at a good price Look around but I recommend giving them a visit... you won't be disappointed! read more

I had a good experience buying form Enterprise. I knew going in I would not be able to negotiate price and I didn't really like that. I knew I would pay blue book resale. I needed a car and had been told by others that buying from the rental car company is a good way to go if you're not buying new. It was. I worked with Sean and Sharon and they were both very professional. Sean kept his word on a couple of things that had to be done after I drive the car off the lot. There have been a couple of issues that needed to be addressed including replacing a windshield. They have taken care of everything without argument in a timely and professional manner. Bottom line is if you're buying a used car from a dealer know what you're getting yourself into before you buy. If you're looking for the cheapest way to go or you have unrealistic expectations you will be disappointed. I recommend enterprise and working with Sean and Sharon. read more

Adam did a great job helping us select a vehicle from Enterprise. We were looking for a van. The 3 brands we wanted to look at were a Chrysler, Toyota, and Dodge Caravan. Adam had all but the Chrysler in stock. He made arrangements with the airport branch of Enterprise to borrow a Chrysler so that we could test drive it. We loved the Chrysler and he was able to request is from Las Vegas and we drove off the lot with a used 2014 Chrysler Town and Country a few days later. This guy is honest and will do what it takes to help you find a realistic vehicle in your price range that meets your needs. I highly recommend him. read more

If i could give negative stars I would... This Reno Mill st location.. The Sparks location.. Are a disgrace to the community and to the company as a whole. The lack of customer service skills, the lack of knowledge and the lack of professionalism is appalling. They ran and declined all of our bank cards. They only do chip. Only chipped cards because of fraudulent past rentals. Well those bad rentals were not us. We read and followed t b e guidelines off of their website. With that being said that means The online information is not accurate. If you are not a person with a credit card you are nothing to this company. I throw middle fingers up to all the staff members.. Thanks for discrediting disrespecting belittling your fellow man and his family. I hope the sales if this company do as well as the attitude that most americans have about covid. In fact i hope tbe ceo cfo and so on dont get covid. Let the cards lay where they fall so that karma and the universe a get thier way. Cheers and F-bomb your rentals. I hope customers read this and understand my frustration and know that this is not based on my emotions yet based on facts. Please choose any other company for your car rental or buying needs. read more
