My car experienced pretty immediate engine failure. I went back and forth with the dealership. At that time, Enterprise stepped back in and took the car back. So for that, I maintain my 5 stars because they recognized the issue and made it right.

Cash and all necessary documents in hand, and $40,000+ I drove off the lot. July, 2025, I had a slow leak in my left tire. AAA came out and when they opened the back to extract the spare - NOTHING! No tire, no wheel, zip. We never thought to look for the spare and neither did this shop. I don't get it. How to sell a car and an integral part that is a spare tire yet sell it and when the time comes (and thank God it wasn't on the highway) the owner calls and they say "oh well, that's a shame"! That is the response, and $2,000 later a spare and wheel are in the car no thanks to Diamond Motors. So beware if you buy a car from this place. Check every inch of the vehicle you may be purchasing, since they could care less.
