Went in today and bought a Jeep Cherokee. Our sales person Tony was great, answered our questions and made the whole process so easy and stress free. He worked with our down payment and helped us walk out with the amount we were looking for in payments. The other guy I went in to his office to sign the paperwork (sorry I don't remember his name) was great too. They even agreed to fix a few things we found wrong and offered new tires! When you go into Diamond Motors, it is all hands on deck! Then, after you have an issue, forget it. I bought a Range Rover (Supercharged) last March, 2024. Cash and all necessary documents in hand, and $40,000+ I drove off the lot. July, 2025, I had a slow leak in my left tire. AAA came out and when they opened the back to extract the spare - NOTHING! No tire, no wheel, zip. We never thought to look for the spare and neither did this shop. I don't get it. How to sell a car and an integral part that is a spare tire yet sell it and when the time comes (and thank God it wasn't on the highway) the owner calls and they say "oh well, that's a shame"! That is the response, and $2,000 later a spare and wheel are in the car no thanks to Diamond Motors. So beware if you buy a car from this place. Check every inch of the vehicle you may be purchasing, since they could care less. read more

Had my sister drop me off right in front of the dealership to see how they would treat me if I didn't drive up. From the get-go a salesperson that looked straight out of a bad western proceeded to tell me why I couldnt, and wouldnt buy a car. They had a 2013 Honda CVT with over 100, 000 miles on it that was selling for almost 17k. I asked to test drive it and he said I would have to fill out a credit app first. I had 2k in cash with me for a down payment but he wouldn't help me at all. If you want to test any dealership, walk in instead of driving. Diamond Motors advertises no credit checks and 199 down. Should be sued for false advertising. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Go to Carson City Honda. They treat you with respect. read more

This place is a JOKE! Only thing good about it is the car salesman Tony is amazing and polite. Dale, the finance guy is beyond rude and disrespectful. Had a deal made only for them to turn around 3 weeks later and pretty much say either give us the car back, give us an extra $1000 for a down payment or have someone co-sign. That was NOT the original deal. The 3 weeks with the car was beyond frustrating. It had a bad battery so it died like 10 times and it also had horrible breaks. Dale is the most unprofessional man in the car sales business I have ever met. He disrespected Tony in front of customers and gave me a difficult time getting back my down payment. Worthless piece of crap car. Tansmission was rebuilt by them, using a cheap shop, TWICE, finally by us, at a good shop. Needed the cats done within a month. Did a tune up, only to discover that it had NEVER been tuned up. Even the spark plugs were original. This car has cost more money in repairs than its worth! read more

They lied, I bought a car and check it out everything seemed fine, I heard a clicking noise coming from the A/C. They fixed it and said that the car was fine and there was nothing wrong with it. After I took it home, the ATF (Auto Transmission Fluid) was a little high and the engine oil was fine. A week later, I notice the E brake wasn't working properly and I see a heavy Transmission and an oil leak. Aswell as the allignment was a little to the left. They obviously lied to me saying the car had nothing wrong all they care is about getting a sale. read more

We ended up at Diamond Motors after a horrible experience at Paul Blanco Car lot. Afer the first vehicle we bought turned out to have numerous problems and when we came back they said they would make it right. They did and even lowered our payments on a better vehicle since the first vehicle needed more work than we had time to wait on. The experience at the beginning was pleasant but quickly turned out to be not so pleasan especially since they want me to edit my review to be more favorable towards them which I won't do. The jeep now has an electrical issue which happened three weeks after we bought it. So far they are unwilling to fix the problem with wanting us to pay half of the cost of the repair at the jeep dealer. I have tried to explain to them that the dealer says it will cost anywhere from 1200 up and I'm not willing to pay that much for a 16 year old jeep. At this point I'm looking to get rid of the jeep cherokee as they do not check their vehicles out. The serpentine belt has now shredded so we'll have to replace that. We obviously bought a piece of junk so my advice is if you buy from there take it to a mechanic first and have the vehicle checked out throughly. The only decent thing they've done is fix the brakes in the front which were going out. Don't buy from there without knowing you have money for repairs. So I've editing my review to a one star but if I had my way it would be no stars. I will disagree that the vehicles are inspected as the issues we still have would have been caught BEFORE the vehicle was sold. I honestly am very sorry I bought from diamond motors and will NEVER recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a car. As far as them willing to pay half of the repair sure if I had an extra $600 to $700 dollars which is considered my half I could get the vehicle fixed but I don't and diamond motors wouldn't pay that much out which they told me they wouldn't. The repairs will cost anywhere from $ 1200 to $ 1400 to repair according to the jeep dealer so needless to say I'll pass on putting that kind of money out when if I had it could go towards a far better jeep than what we're stuck with. Purchasing a used car from Diamond Motors was the WORST experience of our lives & I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE, EVER !!!

Worst customer service experience ever. Salesman was very unprofessional. We were interested in a vehicle they had, stopped in one day while we were out an about car shopping. Made the decision it was a strong contender, so we told them we were interested but wanted our mechanic to do an inspection first. So we scheduled an appointment based on the availability the sales man gave us, and they didn't make the appointment that day. So we had to reschedule it another day. Finally they brought the car to them to complete an inspection. Mechanic gave it a so-so, said the car was neglected on regular maintenance. So I would need a tune up and all fluids flushed and changed. That weekend we decided we were going to try and make a deal so we stopped in. At first the salesman was very nice and eager to make a deal, once we gave him our numbers and where we wanted to be his attitude changed. Put us on the back burner, even left the office in the middle of dealing with us to take another customer on a test drive when there was another sales person doing nothing. Completely rude and horrible customer service. He then said he would call us back on Monday but to date never received a call back. Stay away, take your business else where, where you will be appreciated as a customer. read more
