    I stopped by Corwin to look at Broncos even though I moved away from Reno. They have a very large inventory, so I wanted to see all of the different trim levels. They were very busy the day after Black Friday, but I did test drive one Bronco and compared several others. Ultimately, Alex and Christian were able to help me via text and phone, and they had exactly the trim level I was looking for, $5,000 less than any dealers near me. When I came back to make a deal the day after Christmas, everything was smooth and there was not any pressure for warranties or changes in the offer. Jocelyn from finance was knowledgeable and made the paperwork quick and easy. Financing was already approved over the phone and there wasn't any skeezy dealer stuff, it was legit 4.99% from Wells Fargo. I definitely had some concerns buying from a big dealership but they were fantastic from start to finish and saved me nearly 10% versus my local small dealers that only have six or eight broncos on the lot instead of 45+. I would buy from Corwin Reno again.

    I'm pretty annoyed…read more Walked in, yes no one was available but zero greetings or acknowledgment. So I went to the service department and asked the guy what do I do and how do I check in for my appointment. He was so kind to go in the back and then came up to let me know someone will be with me. I don't remember the guy that helped us but his answer to everything was "it's on the app, well it's in the app, it should be on the app". Look here dude, I have looked on the app and I have attempted, that's why I'm asking you. Anyways, he couldn't figure out why he was unable to deliver the car to us and he made me get out of the app, refresh the app, and even sign onto my account on their computer. In the end, he still said on his side it's showing something needs to be completed on my end on the app. At this point I just gave the guy my phone and told him to have fun. I felt he did not care or at least his cop out answer to everything was essentially "go to the app and don't talk to me". He even asked me if I had found my car yet. No, because I can't access anything nor did I drive around and snooped. It was dark. He ended up needing help from someone above him and the guy just told him to manually deliver the car to me otherwise we'll be there all night because that's all they needed and it's not showing up for some reason I will tell you I was pretty irritated dealing with sheer lack of professionalism. I guess it's not needed when they're not commission based? But at this point it was borderline incompetence because his answer was always go to the app or it's on the app versus "here let me show you on the app". No brand new car pictures, no do you kneed anything else, just nothing. When the other person had me signed his phone to release the car to me, they walked me to the front where the cyber truck was and said here's your car and they walked back in. Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a car dealership. But hey at least they had refreshments and it was clean.

They kept me updated throughout the service and made sure everything was taken care of with great attention to detail. I especially want to mention Francis, who is truly one of the nicest gentlemen. He made me feel so welcomed from the moment I arrived and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. That level of kindness and customer care really stands out. They even provided me with a beautiful Model X as a loaner, which made the experience feel seamless and honestly pretty exciting as well.     Awful service, crappy cars…read more Purcahsed a Soul from Tom Dolan in September 2025. The dealership provided a report showing the enging in excellent working condition. I checked the carfax and for any open recalls or suits with the model. These were all clean. In less than six months/15,000 miles of driving the engine spontanesously quit. Two seperate mechanics confirmed there were no oil leaks, no sign of buring oil near the exhaust pipe. There was no reason the car should have gone from a full oil compartmetn to dry in less than 2 weeks. Engine is a complete loss. Contacted Dolan and they just shurgged and suggested we contact corporate. Corporate has failed to reply for six weeks. Never buying a Kia again. Avoid Dolan. They sell lemons.

I highly recommend them based on the quality, knowledge & value they provide. Originally, I had my junky old battery replaced with 2 lithium batteries. This summer, I had my leaky broken skylight pulled out & replaced with a much better one. Then, my CO2 detector went dead & they were able to squeeze me in & get that done ASAP. My only regret is I that I didn't originally buy my camper from them. I purchased it at Blue Compass RV in Avondale, AZ. Blue Compass has been a nightmare to deal with every step of the way which is why I am no longer willing to work with them. Thank you Keith's! So grateful to have found your business. I see myself coming back to you for all my camper hiccups.
