A few things that are supposed to be covered  as I paid out of pocket for.  Honor your blue certified warranty!

I purchased a 30k used vehicle from. Corwin ford with the blue certified warranty as most of the sales team would say almost bumper to bumper for 4months 3k miles. We'll after two months I brought it back to service for a misfire so ofcourse if its not a Ford they ship it to the manufacturer dealer . So I get the call that they did not detect a misfire at the time but did find a broken motor mount . They quoted me $1200 to repair and ofcourse i contacted Corwin service and they told me flat out it was not covered . I went to Corwin and went round and round with service and got nowhere so I need it fixed so I paid out of pocket to have it done for $1000 went back to ford again for a engine light and misfire also smelt a burning smell which turned out to be a seal, gasket on the transmission. They also found a bad spark plug wire and just replace the wire and plug . Transmission was covered but paid out of pocket again for wire and new plug $500 . I belive the Owner of this dealership should make this right and reimburse my mount that should be covered as you will see in the photo I post . There 139pt inspection missed it as this vehicle also had a 3 brake light out that I also paid out of pocket for which is not a easy light to get to. Service told me that they were looking into the motor mount to see what they could do but never a word from them. Please make this right Corwin thx an honest buyer

If you're considering buying from Corwin Ford, especially dealing with Preston Pheasant, the used car manager, think twice. My wife and I purchased a used 2017 F350 dually for our construction business. The truck had an obvious issue: the front third of the bed was bare metal where an external fuel tank used to sit. During the sale, both Preston Pheasant and our salesman Clifford promised they would "do it right" by stripping the bed and properly applying a fresh liner. Preston Pheasant himself told us it would adhere right if it was done that way. A week later when I brought the truck back for the liner, Preston Pheasant suddenly changed his story and denied ever saying it. Both my wife and I were there during the sale--we know exactly what he said. Instead of doing the job right, they sprayed new liner directly over the old material. Now it's already cracking. That's not just sloppy work, that's outright dishonesty. For context, my business has been around 11 years, and we purchase 6-8 vehicles on average. We also direct our construction clients on where to buy trucks when we wrap and brand their fleets. We've had excellent experiences at places like Dolan RAM. But Corwin Ford, and especially Preston Pheasant, represent the worst kind of dealership behavior: lying to customers, throwing a fit when called out, and failing to back up their word. In my company, my word is my bond. It's not about the first sale--it's about lifelong clients and trust. Preston Pheasant clearly doesn't understand that. Clifford backed him up, which shows this isn't a one-off mistake, it's a culture problem at Corwin Ford. We will absolutely be letting our construction partners know where NOT to shop at our upcoming roundtable meeting. If you value honesty, transparency, and long-term business relationships, steer clear of Preston Pheasant and Corwin Ford.

I had already put new wheels and tires on it so I asked for a price adjustment and they said "those options dont change the value of a vehicle". Odd, since two of these were ones they chose to advertise on the landing page for the vehicle. They told me to take it or return it. They were not even nice about it. After I posted my review I was contacted by 'Kevin' from CarMax and he negotiated $1,000 for me on the condition I sign some papers. He said they would be in touch. I got one call saying they were waiting on the check and paperwork and that was a month ago. It was a mistake to come to this CarMax and I would absolutely warn you against it. You'll notice the postive reveiws come from 'Elite' reviewers - hmmm like its coordinated. I really wish I had bought my truck at Corwin Ford Reno which is where I bought the one I traded in.

I'm pretty annoyed…read more Walked in, yes no one was available but zero greetings or acknowledgment. So I went to the service department and asked the guy what do I do and how do I check in for my appointment. He was so kind to go in the back and then came up to let me know someone will be with me. I don't remember the guy that helped us but his answer to everything was "it's on the app, well it's in the app, it should be on the app". Look here dude, I have looked on the app and I have attempted, that's why I'm asking you. Anyways, he couldn't figure out why he was unable to deliver the car to us and he made me get out of the app, refresh the app, and even sign onto my account on their computer. In the end, he still said on his side it's showing something needs to be completed on my end on the app. At this point I just gave the guy my phone and told him to have fun. I felt he did not care or at least his cop out answer to everything was essentially "go to the app and don't talk to me". He even asked me if I had found my car yet. No, because I can't access anything nor did I drive around and snooped. It was dark. He ended up needing help from someone above him and the guy just told him to manually deliver the car to me otherwise we'll be there all night because that's all they needed and it's not showing up for some reason I will tell you I was pretty irritated dealing with sheer lack of professionalism. I guess it's not needed when they're not commission based? But at this point it was borderline incompetence because his answer was always go to the app or it's on the app versus "here let me show you on the app". No brand new car pictures, no do you kneed anything else, just nothing. When the other person had me signed his phone to release the car to me, they walked me to the front where the cyber truck was and said here's your car and they walked back in. Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a car dealership. But hey at least they had refreshments and it was clean.

From start to finish, everything was handled so smoothly and professionally. The team was incredibly helpful, communicative, and made the repair process completely stress-free. They kept me updated throughout the service and made sure everything was taken care of with great attention to detail. I especially want to mention Francis, who is truly one of the nicest gentlemen. He made me feel so welcomed from the moment I arrived and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. That level of kindness and customer care really stands out. They even provided me with a beautiful Model X as a loaner, which made the experience feel seamless and honestly pretty exciting as well. It's clear the Tesla team really cares about their customers and takes pride in delivering excellent service. I highly recommend them based on the quality, knowledge & value they provide. Originally, I had my junky old battery replaced with 2 lithium batteries. This summer, I had my leaky broken skylight pulled out & replaced with a much better one. Then, my CO2 detector went dead & they were able to squeeze me in & get that done ASAP. My only regret is I that I didn't originally buy my camper from them. I purchased it at Blue Compass RV in Avondale, AZ. Blue Compass has been a nightmare to deal with every step of the way which is why I am no longer willing to work with them. Thank you Keith's! So grateful to have found your business. I see myself coming back to you for all my camper hiccups.
