For full disclosure, it is a work vehicle but I drive it on personal time also so I'm in it 5-7 days a week. My company will only cover $200 of tinting services so I tried to go on the cheaper side to minimize the dipping into my own pockets, the sales person (I'm terrible with names sorry!) was really nice and talked me through the options and once she found out I'll probably be trading it for a different one in the new year she didn't try to upsell something that wouldn't be worth it for such a short time. I appreciated her working with me, especially since I know absolutely zilch about window tinting. She really took the time to explain everything and go over the options. Considering I completely booked the wrong service (again, I know nothing), it was completed in a very timely manner. The tint looks great, she gave very clear and concise after care instructions, and despite it being the cheapest option my car feels significantly cooler inside! My husband was so impressed that he is considering going to the same place for his car also.

Premier Window Tinting did a fantastic job tinting and applying ppf (clear bra) to my car. I'm a…read morecar guy and had many different installers do tint and ppf, but I will say Premier did the best. The edges of the ppf are all wrapped, no ends stick out. Tint goes all the way to the edges with no borders. They also have experience with EVs and pay great attention to the details. I would definitely recommend them, and ask for Garrett or Mick, they will take care of you!

I was referred here to get my car tinted. I received a quote for two shades and dropped my car off…read moreat 9 AM. Around 3 PM, I got a call that it was ready, so I went in and paid. After walking out to inspect my car, I realized the front windshield had not been tinted. I had paid $420 for only the four doors and the back window, which I assumed covered the entire car. When I went back inside, I was told the windshield was an additional charge. That should have been clearly explained upfront. On top of that, I was informed I would need to sign a waiver before they would tint the front windshield. To be fair, the quality of the tint job was good. However, their communication and transparency were extremely poor. Customers should not have to guess what is included in the price. Clear explanations about pricing, services, and requirements should be provided before the work begins." Good workmanship does not excuse misleading expectations and lack of communication.
