My husband is pretty handy but after several attempts and not getting it to work we decided to pursue a repair service. We specifically chose a mobile repair because nobody wants to hook their trailer up and tow it down to the repair shop. I called several mobile RV repair businesses and Rick was not only the most responsive, but he tried to problem solve the issue with me on the phone before he even came out. When that didn't work we scheduled a time for him to come to the house. I also chose Rick because he could get out to the house within a reasonable amount of time (I think it was 1-2 weeks). Several others told me they didn't have availability for 4+ weeks! Rick also had competitive and fair prices for his service. Once Rick was out here he let my husband support the repair and learn more about the RV, talking him through what he was checking and teaching him along the way. He genuinely cared that my husband learned more about what he was doing. I think that's a huge testament to quality repair workers.
