I got discouraged with my current UTV repair shop due to their unresponsiveness, so I searched Dayton, NV and found JR Powersports. JR, his wife, Sandi and his tech, Cody(?) are first of all, the nicest people. Second, they were immediately responsive via the phone and text. And, they got me in the next day because I only needed the CVT lubed. I brought my new Can-Am X3 in for lube maintenance, and even though JR didn't have the correct tool to pull the drive pulley due to changes in the 2020 model, he ordered the tool, completely washed the buggy and changed a bead lock tire for me without asking for any money until he gets his tool in. What a class act. He's got lots of dirt bikes, cruisers, ATVs and UTVs (all broken Polarises, LOL) in his shop, so people trust him and business is good. J.R. and his wife are a great duo. I brought them my 2009 Kawasaki Teryx UTV with a blown engine. They were fantastic in not only finding the best parts and rebuilding it, they found a much better solution for the air intake! In addition they fixed my broken winch and cleaned the machine up so well I almost did not recognize it! If that wasn't enough, JR saved all the worn parts and explained to me the defects and educated me on the proper upkeep of the "new engine" and even broke the engine in and changed the oil twice during the process, so it was ready to go the day I picked it up! Plus the price was considerably less than I was quoted at a local shop. It was well worth the drive to Dayton and I will be sending my friends their way!
