Great sales person at the RV show, low pressure, excellent on-site experience at pickup. I can't say enough about how great our experience was. Forest River Grand Surveyor 263RKSS

Well, we did it. We traded in our 19' camper fora 30' 5th wheel. We did a ton of research - brands, pros/cons, reputation, dealers, multiple feedback streams, etc... As with most camper owners, we thought we didn't need anything big. In 2018, we bought a pop-up. I mean, it had a mattress heater. After a year of cranking it up/down at each stop, we'd had enough. We upgraded in 2020 to a hard side camper (the aforementioned 19'er) that had a wet room. This was ideal for two reasons. First, we could use our own toilet on long distance trips and use our own shower, albeit tiny, when the campground facilities weren't all that. Second, the first point became fierce reality when the pandemic $hit hit the fan. We were so glad we were self-contained. After a year of less than 6' of square footage to dance around (cook, eat, feed the dog, stand), we knew we wanted more space, a walk-around bed, and a defined eating area. Enter Sprad's RV. As I mentioned, we researched for months on the type of rig we wanted and the reputation of dealers. We settled in Grand Design as our maker of choice, and Sprad's RV is the local dealer with the most GDs on site. GD is meticulous in choosing its preferred dealers, and so are we. They could get the rig we wanted (ordered with a 3 month lead time due to demand) and they offered a fair deal on our trade. I listed it for sale myself, but found their trade offer was equivalent to other offers I received and I wouldn't have to deal with potential fraud shenanigans. Done! We just received it this week and had a 1.5 hour overview in all the inner workings. And we found out Sprad's RV is being purchased by Lazy Days RV. This is huge because Lazy Days doesn't buy.everyone. They buy local dealers who already have an impressive reputation within their community. For us, it brings peace of mind knowing we can go to other Lazy Days dealers around the nation when on the road. Do yourself a favor - go to a dealer that respects you and won't pull the wool over your eyes or slip shenanigans into the mix - yes, I'm pointing a finger at a well-known nation-wide brand on Virginia with the initials CW. Don't go there. Hopefully, we'll see you on the road - happy camping!

Picked up a new RV effortlessly there. The sales team finance team and the parts team all work together to make it all go smooth. We definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a new RV they have a big lot of new inventory.

Just when you think you are getting the hang of it you are sharply reminded how much you still do not know & how much still there is to learn. That is why having Jason and a dealer like Western Sky's a true good luck charm. We brought our tailer in to have my furnace serviced. While I was there it was brought to my attention my solar batteries were not installed correctly, as well as a short that was discovered causing the inverter charging system to shut off while charging. (Safety mechanism) To top this all of when my husband was hitching up Jason, because of his wealth of knowledge, and expert eyes noticed parts of our hitch had loosened (how did he notice?) by noticing our weight distribution bars showed signed of wear. Had Jason not caught this what could have happened on any future journey could have been catastrophic, and possibly the end to our travel trailer adventures! I am incredibly thankful to Western Sky's, and to Jason for showing us how to check our hitches integrity frequently & adding this to our safety check list. No adventure is worth having unless you arrive safely and ALIVE! Thank you again Western Sky's for having Jason there for all of us. Sincerely, Brick and Cindy Anderson P.S. Now that prices have finally come back down to earth, we are shopping for a class B RV; new or used. I am very flexible and we already have our plans laid out. Even for our first 2 road trips. Limited selections on hand, see pictures. But because Camping World is such a large company, they were able to find one that fit our needs in San Jose, CA. But because of the low price, they are not able to ship it to NV... It was 2 years new for a very reasonable price. $102k. FYI - They also try to sell many packages and services that we might never need. Atmosphere - Decent size location, but very limited class B on hand. Larger sales office than expected. There is a parts store also, but I did not visit it. Open 7 days a week from 9am or 10am to 6, 7 or 8pm. See Yelp or their website. Plenty of guest parking. Service - Good, Stephanie was very professional. And as sales people, they followed up daily, almost hourly, lol. Both their NV and SJ, CA offices followed up. Price - $102K, reasonable price for a new Class B RV. Owner Comment - Congrats to Camping World's success since 1966 and Marcus Lemonis's success. I spoke to the sales manager on the last updated review, and told her what the what what was and I asked her if they could please put plastic down on the floor to protect my rug that's in there, or they could remove the rug, low and behold when I picked it up, the rug is destroyed. It's all greasy with their feet greasy on the wall, greasy on the drawers, I get it, but my gosh have some respect.. I'm heartbroken because I'm going on a trip next weekend and I had to order a new rug that should arrive before I go. I hope it was so easy to remove it, but I don't trust it because when I did buy the rig originally the walls were filthy, and the floor was disgusting. After I mopped it I was shocked, do not let people go through these RVs on the floor and Campers without putting plastic down, or make sure it's clean when they pick it up oh my God. I'm upset that my carpet is destroyed and I have to buy a new one. It was so easy to put plastic down when I asked. I tell you though the service department is a lot to be desired, but Matthew did work his butt off for us and he called us every single night to make sure we knew what was happening with our interstate GT. Jared also checked in with us here and there. I do understand they have a sickness outage and 15% of the staff was down and gone so when I did pick up the rig last Friday, it was filthy inside and out, and I was completely exhausted, but they did apologize and I do understand with staff outages. But after what we went through, I'm surprised someone didn't really go out of their way, but I'm sure they're understaffed. We were told that things would be done and the warranty to be done, but why would it take two months of having my RV in their shop and me complaining and my husband upset that he went to pick it up with our son and it wasn't available with everything done, and it stayed just five extra days and poof it was all done. Squeaky wheel.! the front screen door they did replace, it was odd going in and kept falling out of the track, they said that warranty said it would be weeks out, but they had one that someone had ordered and did not use and that worked perfect, it is pretty tight going sliding side-by-side so we'll see how it goes in the next few days. They did replace the back screen, so I'm very happy about that and all the repairs that I said in my list were done, I did have to clean a lot of grease and dirty marks off the walls and the floor and the carpet is destroyed, but it is what it is at least it's done and I don't have to go back for a while. Let's pray on my next trip that nothing goes wrong, I do know these rigs and we've had everything from a dent all the way to a class a back to a class B and now we're going up again, so we know RVs, and it's just the quality of the work at the manufacturing plant, my husband owned a company called leading2lean, and they sell quality manufacturing software and I tell you this company needs this software installed. Just for quality control, because the hot water in the kitchen sink was backwards the hot water heater not things were backward. They had to be rewired. Come on people get it together in the manufacturing plant and have some quality control or get leading2lean Software your life might be better. I was really surprised at what we were being told about lack of warranty with airstream, and these guys went out of their way to find things to get fixed for my RV, and they did it by going in the back way because they decided not to honor the warranty, which is so wrong. Why would they fight their own warranty, when you pay over a quarter of $1 million for these rigs, I didn't pay this lightly, we worked our tails off to be able to get something like this just for me, I've made it all mine and I absolutely love her. Her name is Marge, Marjorie Vaughn Hindenburg of West Crumpton said in your English accent lol I absolutely love this fan and I can't wait to leave on Monday for a week by myself buy a pool. I do appreciate Matthew and Jared and the main service guy, I don't remember what his name was, and they all worked hard to get it finished in a week, mind you they had it for two months. But things are done, and I'm hoping nothing else happens for a while! Use caution in what people tell you and what you believe, you can get things done quicker, I was shocked at how lack of work they wanted to do in the two months that they had it, when not one thing on my list was done at all, that makes my stomach turn. But it's done so happy camping.!

We were at an RV Show in March (28 & 29) and that is where we decided to purchase this rig. We pointed out a number of things that needed attention to the rv. We were assured by a number of representatives (& the owner) that all would be good upon us taking possession on April 25. We arrived on Saturday, April 25 at 11:23 and were greeted by a man named Ted... a less than stellar interaction began. First of all, he was the person who did the entire PDI - Pre Delivery Inspection - & unfortunately it seemed that he had never looked at the rv... None of the issues on the outside of the Brinkley were repaired. He was shocked that we pointed these problems out to him. He didn't know how some of the exterior systems even operated. When we moved to the inside and we pointed out several issues, he rudely said "look, we don't fix things ahead of time, you gotta acquire the right, bring it back, and then we'll order parts and fix it"... are you sh!tt!ng me? So the sofa that was broken at the show in March is still broken over 30 days later. The microwave oven that has a blood curdling screech when you open the door is still there, and Ted laughed and said "oh, that's not that bad". So many other things he didn't that day was nonsense. When we went inside to finalize paperwork, Tucker was the man! Very easygoing and knowledgeable. He answered every question, helped with a number of items that had issues. Communication has been extremely poor--multiple calls and emails have gone unanswered, and after three visits, the service manager was unavailable and never followed up. It also took 4 weeks just to order a part, with no updates. We've now had to cancel three camping trips. Having said that and waiting to accumulate more information on the continuing saga of the car he bought from this place, I think everyone should stear (pun intended) clear of Harry's. Quality should be spelled with a "K". They should be selling car parts, not whole cars because then he might have a decent business. Here's the "brief" chronology of events from my father-in-law's experience so far: 6/24/14 - bought 1999 Hyundai Accent 6/28/14 - car dead, would not start; replaced battery ($130), still nothing. 6/30/14 - towed car ($65) to auto shop; ran diagnostics on the car and needed to replace starter ($399). 7/1/14 - got car back 7/3/14 - car dead again 7/7/14 - towed car ($65) back to auto shop; battery needed recharging and AC belt was missing; fixed entire system ($277). Was also told the struts were shot and would cost $900....had to wait on this. 7/10/14 - got car back 7/18/14 - noticed car acceleration was a bit slow (well, it is a Hyundai, but still) 7/24/14 - more acceleration issue going up a hill 7/26/14 - would hardly run at all 7/28/14 - took car to shop; timing belt was shot and flow system needed work ($530) As you can see the very brief history of this car shows that it should never have been sold in the first place. Granted, many are sold "as is" but if Harry's is delivering "quality" cars then they better do a much more thorough job. Not everyone can be handy on cars these days as it is their livelihood to get them around. Taking advantage of people is horrible and word to the wise is to stay FAR AWAY from Harry's, or maybe it should be "Scary's Kuality Junk".
