Great sales person at the RV show, low pressure, excellent on-site experience at pickup. I can't say enough about how great our experience was. Forest River Grand Surveyor 263RKSS

Well, we did it. We traded in our 19' camper fora 30' 5th wheel. We did a ton of research - brands, pros/cons, reputation, dealers, multiple feedback streams, etc... As with most camper owners, we thought we didn't need anything big. In 2018, we bought a pop-up. I mean, it had a mattress heater. After a year of cranking it up/down at each stop, we'd had enough. We upgraded in 2020 to a hard side camper (the aforementioned 19'er) that had a wet room. This was ideal for two reasons. First, we could use our own toilet on long distance trips and use our own shower, albeit tiny, when the campground facilities weren't all that. Second, the first point became fierce reality when the pandemic $hit hit the fan. We were so glad we were self-contained. After a year of less than 6' of square footage to dance around (cook, eat, feed the dog, stand), we knew we wanted more space, a walk-around bed, and a defined eating area. Enter Sprad's RV. As I mentioned, we researched for months on the type of rig we wanted and the reputation of dealers. We settled in Grand Design as our maker of choice, and Sprad's RV is the local dealer with the most GDs on site. GD is meticulous in choosing its preferred dealers, and so are we. They could get the rig we wanted (ordered with a 3 month lead time due to demand) and they offered a fair deal on our trade. I listed it for sale myself, but found their trade offer was equivalent to other offers I received and I wouldn't have to deal with potential fraud shenanigans. Done! We just received it this week and had a 1.5 hour overview in all the inner workings. And we found out Sprad's RV is being purchased by Lazy Days RV. This is huge because Lazy Days doesn't buy.everyone. They buy local dealers who already have an impressive reputation within their community. For us, it brings peace of mind knowing we can go to other Lazy Days dealers around the nation when on the road. Do yourself a favor - go to a dealer that respects you and won't pull the wool over your eyes or slip shenanigans into the mix - yes, I'm pointing a finger at a well-known nation-wide brand on Virginia with the initials CW. Don't go there. Hopefully, we'll see you on the road - happy camping!

Picked up a new RV effortlessly there. The sales team finance team and the parts team all work together to make it all go smooth. We definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a new RV they have a big lot of new inventory.

They are one of the last" if not " the last family-owned recreational vehicle dealer in my area. I am sure this may hold true for most areas in our country. Owning a recreational vehicle is an investment. While enjoying that investment is a must, "arriving alive" is the top priority! Just when you think you are getting the hang of it you are sharply reminded how much you still do not know & how much still there is to learn. That is why having Jason and a dealer like Western Sky's a true good luck charm. We brought our tailer in to have my furnace serviced. While I was there it was brought to my attention my solar batteries were not installed correctly, as well as a short that was discovered causing the inverter charging system to shut off while charging. (Safety mechanism) To top this all of when my husband was hitching up Jason, because of his wealth of knowledge, and expert eyes noticed parts of our hitch had loosened (how did he notice?) by noticing our weight distribution bars showed signed of wear. Had Jason not caught this what could have happened on any future journey could have been catastrophic, and possibly the end to our travel trailer adventures! I am incredibly thankful to Western Sky's, and to Jason for showing us how to check our hitches integrity frequently & adding this to our safety check list. No adventure is worth having unless you arrive safely and ALIVE! Thank you again Western Sky's for having Jason there for all of us. Sincerely, Brick and Cindy Anderson P.S. I had my solar upgrade installed by another business. Maybe not such a good idea?

Less than a year later my brakes failed and it cost me $5967 to replace them. Despite a one year warranty, this replacement was denied by the brake vendor company. When I had new tires installed, I noted that one front wheel brake was too tightly set. We brought the trailer back to fix it. I took my trailer in for body work in August, 2025, which took until November, 2025. In December, we had to bring our trailer back to address an interior water leak at a seam in a bedroom panel. Part of the body work involved pulling out the water heater. On March 31, 2026, we started out on a trip to Palm Springs, CA. We stayed overnight at Lone Pine, CA. I decided to turn the water heater on, using propane, and heard a loud bang coming from outside the trailer. I got out and saw fire coming out of the water heater cover. With my wife's help we managed to extinguish the fire but the water heater was no longer operational. My wife called the dealership the next day and explained to the service adviser what happened, also saying we knew the water heater was pulled out when body work was done and was poorly reinstalled. The service adviser amazingly stated that he didn't think it had been pulled out. We cut our time short in Palm Springs as we did not have use of the water heater. We brought the trailer to the shop to fix the water heater and the Airstream company paid for replacing the damaged water heater. When returning from our last camping trip in May, we found out that the service manager and two service advisers were gone and a new service manager came in with RV experience. Additional body work, unrelated to the above, was finished on in June 2026. As we were picking up the trailer, I found out that the trailer batteries were dead. I notified the service front desk person of this issue who then called in a technician. He connected the trailer cable to my truck and thus we could hitch the trailer to my truck. We wanted to share our experiences with store manager. We asked for an appointment and he did not want to talk to us in person. He referred us to the new service manager. I guess it was not important for him to address customer feedback.

We were at an RV Show in March (28 & 29) and that is where we decided to purchase this rig. We pointed out a number of things that needed attention to the rv. We were assured by a number of representatives (& the owner) that all would be good upon us taking possession on April 25. We arrived on Saturday, April 25 at 11:23 and were greeted by a man named Ted... a less than stellar interaction began. First of all, he was the person who did the entire PDI - Pre Delivery Inspection - & unfortunately it seemed that he had never looked at the rv... None of the issues on the outside of the Brinkley were repaired. He was shocked that we pointed these problems out to him. He didn't know how some of the exterior systems even operated. When we moved to the inside and we pointed out several issues, he rudely said "look, we don't fix things ahead of time, you gotta acquire the right, bring it back, and then we'll order parts and fix it"... are you sh!tt!ng me? So the sofa that was broken at the show in March is still broken over 30 days later. The microwave oven that has a blood curdling screech when you open the door is still there, and Ted laughed and said "oh, that's not that bad". So many other things he didn't that day was nonsense. When we went inside to finalize paperwork, Tucker was the man! Very easygoing and knowledgeable. He answered every question, helped with a number of items that had issues. He cares about customer service! Unfortunately, we could go on, but that email will be sent to the owner. He requested that we send him a detailed synopsis of our experiences.

Having said that and waiting to accumulate more information on the continuing saga of the car he bought from this place, I think everyone should stear (pun intended) clear of Harry's. Quality should be spelled with a "K". They should be selling car parts, not whole cars because then he might have a decent business. Here's the "brief" chronology of events from my father-in-law's experience so far: 6/24/14 - bought 1999 Hyundai Accent 6/28/14 - car dead, would not start; replaced battery ($130), still nothing. 6/30/14 - towed car ($65) to auto shop; ran diagnostics on the car and needed to replace starter ($399). 7/1/14 - got car back 7/3/14 - car dead again 7/7/14 - towed car ($65) back to auto shop; battery needed recharging and AC belt was missing; fixed entire system ($277). Was also told the struts were shot and would cost $900....had to wait on this. 7/10/14 - got car back 7/18/14 - noticed car acceleration was a bit slow (well, it is a Hyundai, but still) 7/24/14 - more acceleration issue going up a hill 7/26/14 - would hardly run at all 7/28/14 - took car to shop; timing belt was shot and flow system needed work ($530) As you can see the very brief history of this car shows that it should never have been sold in the first place. Granted, many are sold "as is" but if Harry's is delivering "quality" cars then they better do a much more thorough job. Not everyone can be handy on cars these days as it is their livelihood to get them around. Taking advantage of people is horrible and word to the wise is to stay FAR AWAY from Harry's, or maybe it should be "Scary's Kuality Junk".

After going back and forth the final offer from Harry(via cell phone call) was not one I was willing to accept and I was ready to leave. I held my ground and said no thank you. My final offer was only $750 below the sticker price and they weren't willing to work with that. I have no problem taking my money elsewhere. My first salesman was very nice and not pushy. He was straight to the point and no BS. The second one who came in was basically pointless, dishonest and left a bad taste in my mouth. Although I am upset I did not get the truck, after reading the yelp reviews I realize it may have been a blessing in disguise.
