    Chicken Fried Chicken

Wow, I love that there is definitely a lot of parking spots for the restaurant! It is more family oriented, and there are a lot of children on the weekend that come to play in the outdoor space. When you walk in, you walk up towards her, which is great if you are coming with a large group of people and want to pay separately. I will say that compared to other breakfast spots and or home-cooked restaurants, the price did seem a little bit higher however, the quality of the food is super. I personally had the chicken fried chicken and it was excellent. The chicken was so juicy and fried to perfection and impaired so well with the mashed potatoes and jalapeño gravy, it came with. The chicken shrimps were also very good with pure chicken breast meat, which is excellent. The meatloaf also did look good, but I did not try it as my mom did not share however I will say she did finish it all, so it must have been good as well. They have free soft, serve ice cream, which is pretty cool. Overall give this place a try as their food is fresh and very good quality.

This Is It, right here, all you need. Fried shrimp, toast onion rings, green beans, and those luscious Black Eyed Peas. Homestyle meal I try to get something different each time. I go a great variety of food to select from service has always been top-notch casual environment. Family oriented, great place for date something for everybody everything thus far that I've tried has been 100% good ummmmm ummmmm good. Sundays at the church it is very very crowded. That's just a heads up.

We walked in for a late lunch around 1pm there was nowhere to sit but there were empty reserved tables. They found us a small 2 seat table close to the back door - as they proceeded to tell us we needed to be done by 2:30 since they had a big party coming in at 3pm. Bison burger was good, truly disappointed in the meatloaf - gravy was extremely salty. Will most likely not return, disappointed in service & quality of food - for the price it should've been much better! Definitely not worth $65!

Went for a work lunch and we all enjoyed this place and will be returning. What we ordered : Chicken fried chicken Bison Burger Patty Melt Asian chicken salad Steak Salad Beef street tacos I love their steak salad! But it is spinach base so I mix romaine and even just spinach alone is super tasty. Service is great and attentive. You order, get a number, food is brought to your table. I have ordered curbside & they are great with having food on time. Interior is spacious and clean nice ambience.

I visit this location with some friends and had a great time. The staff kept checking in on us and making sure everything was okay. Though my friend received his food significantly later than us, we still had a good time. The food was simply amazing. I ordered the chicken fried chicken and it was one of the best I've had in long time. Definitely recommend. We also shared the chip and queso, which we demolished in seconds. I also had the banana pudding which was decent. It was a little thick but it was still palatable. Definitely recommend

Southern style food that's made right. Service and atmosphere: Both outstanding. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant itself was clean, well organised and decorated. You can definitely feel the southern hospitality and charm here, especially now with Christmas holidays upon us. Food and drinks: Menu is well designed which helps you make your choices easy. There are many different types of foods and dishes to choose from, i.e.: sandwiches, plates with sides, salads, soups etc. Our dishes came on time and were well prepared, presented, and most importantly tasted very good. Their seasoning and flavours were on point. The menu offers both nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Pricing: $$ very affordable and worth the quality.

My family and I went to celebrate Father's Day. My sister thought our parents would enjoy it. My Mom had a tortilla soup. But it was too spicy and she couldn't finish it. My Dad did enjoy his tacos though he said they were a bit spicy. Those came with chips and queso. I had the green goddess with salmon salad. Mia's is generous with the salmon serving. It's good and abundant. I took a bit more than half home. The vanilla soft serve is OK. I've had tastier soft serve at other places. I wish they had chocolate soft serve so that you can mix it. It's a shame that the tortilla soup is too spicy. Service is great, and there's plenty of free parking.

We tried Mia's table for the first time & it was okay! We weren't super impressed with our entrees, the "Jalapeño gravy" for the chicken sandwich wasn't very good & didn't have any spice, the sweet potato fries were really great though! The beef tacos were 90% coleslaw, but other than that okay. The chips and queso were also fine! Not the best but good. I probably wouldn't come back to eat but the restaurant itself was cool, they had lots of seating with a cool outdoor space that would be fun if you had kids! They also had free ice cream cones that were good. But you could get better food at Whataburger, sonic, chickflia, etc.

Meatloaf w/ Mashed Potatoes & Creamed Corn

I was in the mood for some comfort food and this place definitely hit the spot! Their chicken fried chicken never disappoints. It's their claim to fame dish (along with the chicken fried steak). I got the meatloaf with creamed corn and mashed potatoes. Giving me all the "homey" vibes. Baked beans are a bit sweet, but loaded with flavors. The Ro Ro Onion rings were good, however, I didn't care for the dipping sauce it came with. Too tangy! I'm not a kid, but I sure took advantage of the free ice cream! :) Service was wonderful. Servers came around asking if everything was okay and once they see you're done, they ask to take the plates. There's plenty of outdoor seating and play area for kids. This restaurant has shared parking with Torchy's Tacos, and Kirby Ice House. Very busy area, especially during the weekends.

Amazing service! Fabulous food! I picked up and pulled into a parking space and they were there with my order! We ordered the chicken fried chicken (was recommended!) and it was fabulous with the mashed potatoes!!

A very impressive operation! You order at the walk up counter service then they bring to your table. Prices are very reasonable and portions are generous. We had a group and they happily put tables together for us. Even though it was busy, the wait for food was not very long. They also have outdoor seating. This is a great place to come with family or team members from your office. Now as for the food I had the red snapper fish tacos. They were seasoned just right not too salty and I really enjoyed the chips and queso that came with. Team members tried the steak, grilled chicken sandwich, and chicken fried steak. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

I got the fried chicken with a biscuit. I thought the biscuit would be large enough to encompass the chicken but it was one small cube. It was a tasty biscuit though. It wasn't filling because I didn't eat the collard greens but did dip the chicken in the hot honey sauce. In fairness I'd never had any collard greens before and it was fine but not moreish for me, a personal thing. The deviled eggs were good with a small piece of fried chicken on top and drizzled honey. Hard to mess that up though right? I asked if they had any stouts and if so, if they could provide a sample. I'm so happy I asked for a sample and didn't just order the "one" stout they had. When we arrived and gave our name for our reservation, we were seated in an area that was visibly dirty -- the seats had not been cleaned. We requested to move to another table, which they accommodated without issue. Our waitress was pleasant and gave good drink recommendations. However the drinks were not strong at all -- and if a drink isn't strong, what's the point? The drink was good just not enough alcohol. The food was a different story. I originally wanted the brisket tacos but was told they were out of brisket, so I had to settle for something else that somewhat fit my taste. My potatoes were essentially scraps -- hard and inedible. My pancake was dry, cold, and arrived with no butter. It was just not a good pancake. The eggs were fine -- eggs are eggs. My friends didn't fare much better. One ordered the steak bites and rice pilaf and said her food was too sweet but the steak was tender. The other got the grilled chicken sandwhich and felt the pesto was overwhelming -- way too much of it. We also ordered deviled eggs, which were completely overpowered by a heavy-handed spicy mustard. If you know mustard, you know it takes over everything -- and it did. The bacon and Tabasco flavors were completely lost. When I flagged my potatoes to the food runner, they offered to bring more -- but why would I want more of something that should never have been served in the first place? I declined. This was our first and last visit to Daily Gather. Nothing about the experience was spectacular or special enough to bring us back.
