When I called the next morning, they had already gotten started. The oil change was done, they told me the brakes were in perfect condition, and that the car overall was in excellent shape. The only thing they recommended was new windshield wipers. I truly felt they were extremely honest, which is hard to find these days. They could have easily suggested unnecessary repairs, but they didn't--and that says everything about their integrity. Everyone there is so friendly, and I've taken other cars to them in the past with nothing but great experiences every time. I wouldn't trust another mechanic more than Brian Woods Automotive. But our daughter found the car online and absolutely had to have it--so we made the weekday drive out. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the owner, who was very friendly and even took us out for a test drive. The car was in great shape, especially considering it's over 10 years old. We worked with the owner's brothers, Vic and Mel, for financing. I hadn't asked ahead of time what documents were needed, so we came a little unprepared. Thankfully, Vic and Mel were extremely patient as we gathered everything they needed and walked us through the process. Overall, it was a great experience--and the best part?
