Really wanted to like this place especially since they took over the beloved John's Pit Stop location but these guys not only scammed me out of $3500 for a engine replacement that was not needed on my Camry but they took my truck to a shady transmission shop that drove my truck with a leak in the transmission and also provided me with a $3500 transmission rebuild quote. Crazy to me how both of these shops claimed $3500 in work that was NOT needed! The worst part is that they will even send you pictures to prove that they are being honest when really they are. Just trying to scam you. So sad and such a shame Thanks for the fast response to this public review. Sad you were not so apologetic in person. You failed to mention that YOU recommended Transmasters and drove the truck there. I believe the truth on integrity is shown when we recommend and do business with ppl and company's we trust not when we take advantage of others. There was nothing trust worthy with that interaction. Mikey & Tony helped me out today with my Corolla. My poor little rolla was starting to sound like Chitty Chitty Bang Bang about to fly me somewhere. They replaced the wheel bearings on one of the wheels & gave her an oil change. Tony noticed that my front bumper was a bit F*d up and secured it for me. THANK YOU! Man this shop right here is one of the best shops I've taken my car to. 8 months ago I've had an issue where I took my car too #1 Auto Service In Duarte behind a gas station and man did it go side ways they complained fuck up my car as u see in the picture after and before. Juice did a great job to putting it back and redoing the engine bay harness redoing my wires and even reprogramming my new ecu to work on my car. He manage to put everything back on and in running condition within a month. Came here numerous times for faulty LED Headlights which were purchased, and installed here. Recently, I was lied to 3 times in a row that Replacement LED's would arrive on an expected day. Each time I showed up, I was turned away instead to drive in the dark. With the same faulty headlights, which left road visibility dangerously low, for a considerable amount of time. I came in to get my car checked out after failing a smog check test in Pasadena. I felt really looked out for. They talked to their friends down the way to help see what the problem could be. We realized the other guy probably lied to scam another $20 for a retest. I got an oil change for the cheapest I've had so far then before heading off, they helped me deal with my rattling exhaust pipes that no one in 8 years has bothered to deal with. I brought my moms Toyota truck here after my moms cars wheel couldn't turn, it turned out that the discount tires in Azusa had placed a hose back without bothering to put the brackets back that secure it and it caused a leak after the heat of the engine busted it open. Luckily no accidents occurred since it happened while she was working. Not only did he fix the problem they caused, he did it so quick my mom was shocked it was ready before noon and the price he gave her was definitely more reasonable and fair than what they charged my mom at the other place.
