All wood products have some bowing and imperfections, but some of the wood products I obtained had more significant imperfections than one would normally expect. Their customer service was excellent and prompt, though I do wish their customer service representative was more of an expert and could sort of advise on which wood products you need. I kept reaching out to get status of my takeoff and was told the VP would reach out after discussing my concerns with the manager on May 21st. Was not called by the VP that day. What I cannot accept is rude and dismissive customer service. When I asked to speak with the Store Manager, Vicky refused to get him and told me he was "too busy" for me and basically doesn't deal with customers. Interesting, because I've actually met the Store Manager before without knowing who he was, and he was incredibly kind and provided some of the BEST customer service I've received at Lowe's. Meanwhile, my cart during this interaction was filled with thousands of dollars in merchandise. I'm a repeat customer AND I recently opened a Lowe's credit card because of how much I shop here. Vicky's attitude completely changed how I feel about spending my money at this location. The issue was NEVER the markdown. You can tell a customer no without making them feel like they're an inconvenience.
