Completely over staffed and under qualified! This store never has its store inventory correct for anything! I always dread coming to this store, but especially today; I waited and am still currently waiting well over half hour to get some help in the paint department. Not impressed... but I'll be back tomorrow for more!

Stay away from All Lowes. They sold us a dishwasher without our knowledge they took our money installed it without a drain plug in it. We did not know until after a year it had been draing out under all our kitchen cabinets. Electrolux will not help us they are offering an itty bit of money that wouldn't even take care of the mold let alone the damage of our kitchen now Lowes says yes they took our money and they plan on keeping it because once we paid them they wash their hands of the product. So try Home Depot. Lowes scares you and screws my husband a VETERAN. They need to take responsibility of their products they choose to sell. This is just some of the damage

    Fridge galore...

I've visited many a Lowe's/Home Depot over the last month or so and strongly prefer Lowe's over the two. Their prices are comparable but there is something about how much more organized, more cleaner and more helpful the staff is, that sets it apart from other home improvement stores. I had the great pleasure of having Greg from Appliances help educate me on refrigerators and washer/dryers as I was torn between two brands: Samsung and Whirlpool. Samsung has the sleek look I was going for, and the Dual Coolant which would keep my vegetables fresh for considerably longer but they also have a terrible wrap for their faulty ice machines. While Whirlpool had much of a better reputation, I just wasn't in love with the finish, or sides of the fridge, or the bulgy ice machine to the left, though I certainly loved the interior lighting. It was such a hard decision (I was pouting and whining the entire time) but Greg walked me through it! I also learned, that like humans... "it's what's inside that counts!" lol He took the time to explain all the features, nifty ones, annoying ones, went over warranty, and let me know best practices for front load washers - apparently it's best to leave the door open for ventilation to keep our mildew and grime. As an OCD enthusiast, this was hard to accept but he warned that too loaders don't quite clean as well due to the absence of an agitator and the sheer functionality of that type of wash. Because of Greg's awesome help and guidance, I was able to weigh all the pros and cons and make an informed decision. In no time, I walked away happy and confident with my purchase. We even joked around that his wisdom was that of a father teaching his millennial child the ins and outs of appliance purchasing. What was also great about my experience is that during holidays, Lowe's run competitive promotions, like 24 month 0% financing, which is incredibly helpful when you can't quite shell out thousands for appliances. (I will say though, you do have to watch out for price fluctuation, I stalked these prices for a good 6 weeks and they sure did go up and down, so ensure competitors are in line so do your homework!) Overall, what a wonderful experience, all thanks to Greg! Such a difference he's made in my week, in my life! :)

I already hate having to get meds and this pharmacy has been a headache to deal with, as their service is very southern in 'we will smile and chat, but not actually do what you need us to do then commit transgressions on you by implying it was your fault and ignoring you at the counter until you interject' instead of making it a seamless and friendly process. I want it as painless as possible and this has been the most consistently unpleasant experience I've had to date with a pharmacy. I prefer Harris Teeter and others much more over what I've experienced here. Overly friendly and consistently produces something incorrect for my refills. I only use this pharmacy because it is the most convenient location. I really wanted to love them because they are local, family-owned, and the main store members are usually very kind and extremely knowledgeable. But the quality of service at Ace Triangle Pharmacy has been atrocious. They consistently make it the customer's concern to keep tabs on when to refill and how much to refill (1 vs 3 months)-- even though the patient has requested a specific amount AND gone through loops to ensure automatic refills-- how to stagger medication refills and deliver the medical card to them before refilling as a new client-- even though the doctor/insurance has sent the information, the refills have been consistently submitted as 3 month requests, and the patient has communicated (much much much more than I'd want) on how and when I'd prefer refills. It has been my worst pharmacy experience, and I only write this after being burnt more than 3 times here. I had hoped it'd get better but it's only gotten worse. In the plainest sense, I simply cannot trust this pharmacy and will go through the extended drive and work to find another pharmacy, which makes me really sad. Please beware, if you plan to use this pharmacy. The only benefits I see from this location are that they seem to use higher quality generic meds and you can text directly with the pharmacy, which I would gladly gladly trade for more consistent quality of refill service.

I was waiting with our car by the front door and somehow grabbed the attention of Davonte and the other employee in the store at the time. For some puzzling reason, even with me being outside in the car minding my own business, something about me must've caught Davonte's attention enough that my husband was asked if I was his "old lady." He was then pressed further after he tried to avoid an uncomfortable and rude question, finally saying that I was his friend. Davonte then asked, in apparent disbelief, "is that a guy?" He and the other employee then shared a mocking look and laughed, apparently quite amused by whatever it was about my appearance as a guy that they found so perplexing. Maybe it was the pink hat, maybe it was the long blonde hair, maybe it's that I was wearing bright eye and face makeup; who knows. It's wildly inappropriate and in incredibly poor taste to overtly mock and laugh at a customer's appearance. Two grown men acting like ignorant middle school bullies while on the clock, representing Harbor Freight, is alarmingly bizarre behavior; especially for someone in a leadership position. Next time, don't be shy! Come outside yourself and take a picture, it'll last longer.

The store was clean and well organized, it was easy to get in and out of, and the customer service was good. My wife first came here to get a pot and soil for our Monstera plant. We later returned three times in an 11-day span to buy moving supplies. Those items included: Moving Boxes * Heavy Duty Small Box 17x11x11 - 4 at $2.48 each * Heavy Duty Medium Box 21x15x16 - 4 at $3.48 each * Heavy Duty Large Box 27x15x16 - 1 at $4.98 * Standard Medium Moving Box 21x15x16 - 3 at $1.98 each Other * 24x24 100% Recycled Packing Paper - 70 sheets for $10.98 * Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape with Dispenser - 54 yards for $6.94 Home Depot's moving boxes worked out great for our move. They were easy to assemble, tape, and break down. They were sturdy and held up well after being handled by a moving company for our move from Chapel Hill to Atlanta. I liked that Home Depot's box handles felt more comfortable and ergonomic than other boxes, like Bankers Boxes, I've moved with. Needless to say, I recommend Home Depot boxes for moving. At this Mt Moriah location, we used both self checkout and regular checkout. I like Home Depot's emailed electronic receipts. One of the late weeknights we came here, just before the store closed, there was a bus in the parking lot with a bunch of what looked like high school kids either coming from or about to head out on a road trip.
