The salesman miraculously appears and waits on a man who came in after me. Well, maybe he didn't see me. He finally gets to me and brings me several shoes to try and then totally disappears. I needed another size. Finally, another salesman comes by and gets me another size. Then he too doesn't come back to help me. I guess they are just shoe fetchers from the back room. I was hoping to buy shoes today and wouldn't have minded the $$$ prices for good shoes. Too bad for Dick's.

By 9 am, I had a text telling me my order was ready. Woo hoo! Drove down to the store and had my pupper with me, as always! Pulled into curbside spot, very well signed by the way, and not only did the employee come out FAST but he saw my giant Lab hanging out the window and he brought him a dog biscuit! Very easy shopping experience and so fast and efficient. Other retailers offer curbside however the wait can be rather long (Sam's, I'm looking at you), but this was so quick. Highly recommend as far as shopping online and parking curbside.

Alex was helpful and knowledgeable. Alex let me know I should have at least 1-inch room at the toe box for comfort in the sneakers I selected. I felt like I was shopping in the 90s again. I rarely get this level of service in stores these days. The service was appreciated. Alanna was nice and assisted me with correcting the phone number on my rewards account. This was the third time I could not be found because someone typed my phone number incorrectly at the initial setup. I appreciate the initiative to correct it. Hopefully, it's right this time. When we arrived in the golf area, Tim greeted us and helped us pick out a pair of golf shoes. Note that the men's shoes only go up to a size 13. Luckily out of the two pairs tried, one pair fit great. We then proceeded to the indoor hitting bay to test them out. Overall we had a great efficient visit and would recommend this store to others!

Shoes, weight training supplies, camping gear, fishing, hunting, golf, baseball, basketball, football, volleyball, lacrosse, swimming, soccer, frisbee golf, ping pong, darts, corn-hole, etc. etc. they have it! One thing I noticed this store has a limited gear for is cycling/mountain-biking gear. If you get a Dick's card, you can get credits for your purchases and earn coupons (like $10 off a $50 purchase, or 20% off $100). It seems like they regularly mail out pretty decent coupons anyway quite a bit once you are on their mailing list. The coupons are important because Dick's items for the most part are fairly expensive, yet similarly priced compared to their competitors. Tip: Hit the Clearance racks, and you can save money on some great items such as my recent purchase of an Under Armor tank top for about $20 vs. normally $30 price, and a Nike one for $16 vs. $28. Plus I used a coupon and saved even more. These name brand sporting good items/apparel don't really seem to be available for less online like a lot of other retail items, so it makes sense to buy it in store, especially since you can try it on to make sure it fits just right.

From there zero communication on when they would be delivered and was given a 4 week rough timeline and was told I would receive shipping info. 7 weeks later, and zero updates from either golf galaxy or Mizuno, my clubs finally arrive only to find out they are the wrong handedness. On top of that no shipping instructions to get a signature and were left at my door step for who knows how long. Atrocious customer service making me take time out of my day to drop off the wrong clubs with little to no effort to try and make the situation right. Would recommend driving any amount of time to a different business to get a club fitting. One that will actually order the correct clubs and communicate with you on when they will be shipped and delivered.. 0/5 if I could
