I was immediately greeted by the four employees up front. It was a rainy day and I was the only customer. They directed me to the USPS area in the back. This was THE BEST post office visit I have ever had!! There was no line at all. Service was super quick, I was in and out of the building in less than 5 minutes. I also love that they close at 4pm on Saturdays because honestly, it's tough making the cutoff time early on Saturdays! When leaving, I was wished a good day by the same employees. I will be a returning customer for this USPS location and maybe take a look around the hardware store next time.

The next day I returned for something else and was surprised to find, that they did have hose reels. They were on the patio side, unboxed and covered in dust and dirt. I purchased one. I took it home and set it up. You had to manually crank the hose while guiding it by hand. Too much work for a $55 item. I attempted to return it within the stated return policy time frame and was refused because I didn't have the original packaging and that it was dirty, therefore it was used. I told that it had no packaging when I bought it and that it was filthy. I went to the patio area and picked up another one to show them the condition of the item when I bought it. But to no avail, I was denied a refund.
