Came in today for the first time, our son has prom, we rented a tuxedo. We had help from Justin. He was simply amazing and helped us so much. So happy we came here and most definitely will be back. Thank you for the wonderful customer service you gave us today! read more

Booked a consultation for the groom and bridal party, showed up right on time... and were immediately told to come back in two hours. For a wedding appointment. Let that sink in. Apparently "appointment" here just means "maybe we'll see you if we feel like it," because we were then told it's mostly walk-in only and directed to the arrowhead location.. Planning a wedding is stressful enough so having a business completely disregard a scheduled time is next level frustrating. If you can't honor appointments, don't offer them. Simple as that. We'll be taking our business somewhere that understands both customer service and the importance of not wasting a wedding party's time read more

Great location. Justin Roberts the store manager was very helpful and accommodating. He even did my rental tuxedo measurements for free even though the rental is through another company. read more

Was in the store for 15 minutes, employees standing and never offered any help, welcome just complete ignorance. Take my money elsewhere.

Alejandro, Caleb, Logan and Myles provided exceptional service and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend visiting Men's Warehouse at Norterra. read more

I was in a bind for a short notice event. I'm tall and didn't think they'd have what I needed. Alejandro was very helpful and quick on his feet. He took one look at me and found a shirt and a pair of pants which fit well. They were able to hem my pants same day and now I look great. Thank you read more

Miles at men's warehouse Happy Valley was not only helping many people but took the time to get me started in what I needed with my return. He processed everything very efficiently and also helped me find everything I needed for the cruise and the funeral that I had coming up. This guy is on point. And also represents the company very well. I'm always pleased with men's warehouse, and this guy really was on point. I will always come back to men's warehouse for my great looking clothes, when i really wanna look sharp. Thanks miles. Keep up the amazing customer service and detail read more

In the past year, we've purchased three men's suits, five shirts, a vest, belt, shoes, and two ties plus had a few rentals. The entire staff is good, but Alejandro stands out for his abilities to calm nerves, put together amazing ensembles, and generally, work magic. When my SIL needed a suit for a relative's wedding, another individual made him so ill-at-ease that we left the store. At Men's Warehouse, Alejandro walked him through the process and helped him find a suit that he loved. He felt so comfortable with Alejandro that he then had him put together a suit for his own wedding with alternate accessories for a different look. Suffice it to say, my SIL walked into that store intimidated by the idea of wearing a suit and walked out a confident young man seeking opportunities to dress up. Additionally, Alejandro came to the rescue when a family member had an emergency need to rent a suit. He expected that he would have to settle for something, but Alejandro offered many options and eliminated a genuine fear of not having proper clothing for the event. You're in good hands at this Men's Warehouse, but if you get to work with Alejandro, you'll have exceptional care and service! read more

Myles was very attentive, kind, engaging and helpful. my father was nervous as he hasn't worn a suit in over 40 years and Myles made him at ease. Drove across town from different location with horrible customer service and glad I made the drive. read more

Miles and the entire staff were amazing making sure I got what I needed. Miles made sure I got the right fit and helped make sure I would look great Thank you read more

My search for the men's suit continued but like Macy's here also didn't have my size available. Also, suits from the Joe brand available here look so inferior but price like Calvin Klien. However, very helpful staff. Overall, it is luck if you get your size and choice of suits here. For me, it was a hard luck. read more

Alejandro, Alejandro, Alejandro, Alejandro!! Go find Alejandro! He was so dang nice, so helpful, incredibly well dressed and was a pleasure to talk to! I needed a few shirts for a suit that I made and he was so ready to help and give advice! Thank you Alejandro! read more

We worked with Miles to select a suit coat that my son could wear to prom. We found the perfect fit for a good price. Miles pressed the jacket and removed the tags so we are all set. My son felt confident and is excited for this grown up purchase. Thanks Miles! read more

Came in to purchase a suit for my son when he decided at the last minute to go to Prom. We worked with Miles. He was able to get us a great suit at a great price. We didn't even need alterations which was awesome considering it was last minute. We were there maybe an hour and left with a beautiful, ready to wear suit. Had to remind my son that things don't usually work out so great when you wait until til the last minute! read more

Miles showed extreme professionalism and expertise with finding the right fit for my needs! He made my experience very enjoyable and easy. If you have an occasion coming up and you don't know what to wear, I highly recommend checking out this location and ask for Miles. read more

Absolutely disappointed and upset at this location. We came in November to get measurements for my husband and groomsmen, was guaranteed the suits to be set in MARCH. The boys came and tried everything on 4 days before the wedding and 2 out of the 8 fit. Absolute dumpster fire. Nothing fit. The workers were incredibly rude and not helpful. We had to beg them to give us the pants that would fit because they insisted us to order pants that would come the morning of the wedding. A joke. Don't come here. I wish I could give 0 stars. read more

I just moved to the area and was happy to see a Men's Wearhouse close! On Monday, 27 January 2020 I stopped in to get some things for a new work assignment. Shopping isn't really my thing - so I was excited to meet Melanie Graf, the Store Manager AND friend of a friend! After meeting Melanie, I explained that I needed three suits, some shoes and other men's furnishings before March. Some of the suits required special tailoring which was no problem - Melanie got it all done quickly. The diversity of suits, variations in pricing and the precision with which Melanie helped me, are all reasons to shop at this location exclusively. It is +SO NICE+ to have a men's fashion consultant! They also offer a large selection of different styles for any occasion, along with, anything you would need for any occasion. They have colognes, cuff links, tie tacks, collar stays, shoe polish supplies, garment bags, anything you can think of; it couldn't be more convenient! Thank you, Melanie, and thank you Men's Wearhouse! I shall return! A solid 5 stars! read more

Do not rent from this location. They will charge you $200 to rent and then $20 per day in late fees if you return the rental more than 1 day after your event. My sister was getting married and they had an account with all the suit information. When I originally ordered it they did not tell me this was a rental so I thought I was purchasing the suit for my 13 year old son. They didn't mention anything about there being a late fee for returning it more than 1 day after the event. They sent a return reminder text 2 days after the return date. The person that took the rental return was a smug piece of shit that was speaking down to me while returning the suit saying "it's the policy. what can you not afford it" when I asked if there was anything that they could do about the late fee. I came to this location before and bought a suit and several button down shirts belts and shoes. I will never come to this location again. Probably will not ever use any men's warehouse again with how smug and condescending that pice of crap clerk was. read more

Forcing people to wear masks even when the government says you no longer have to. Seems ridiculous to me that a business is now trying to play doctor and tell people they have to wear masks to shop! I've spent tens of thousands of dollars here and you will never receive another dime from me! read more

My husband and I came in for his first suit; we had an excellent experience! Nick was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and with us from start to finish. His demeanor made for a very relaxed and fun fitting, and made the whole process enjoyable. Thank you for your excellent customer service, Nick! read more

Melanie was so helpful and made sure my husband's dress pants fit perfect! Thank you for your care!!

We loved this location! We previously went to the Paradise Valley location and had a HORRIBLE experience, so we decided to give this location a shot. We came in on Sunday when they opened at 12, and we're greeted immediately by who I would assume was the manager. She helped my husband pick out dress shirts and ties for an interview. Due to covid weight gain, he needed new measurements taken, so she helped with that. She took the time to question him about the type of interview and his preferences. Then she even pulled different mixtures of shirts and ties for him to see next to each other. The shirts were buy 2 get 1 free, and the ties were buy 1 get 1 free. That was a major plus for us! We walked out with 3 shirts and 2 ties for $150. We will definitely be returning! read more

I went to men's wear house in a bit of a jam... I needed a sport coat for an event the next day. Unfortunately I had "outgrown" my wardrobe. I was greeted immediately when I walked through the door and stated my need. I have limited fashion sense/style so i was at the mercy of whoever was going to help me. I was in luck and within 45 minutes I was out the door with a new outfit (two actually). This included altering two pairs of pants. I received several compliments about my new attire. Star lost due to the fact that I left with two outfits. I would have much preferred 50% of than BOGO. read more

Over the last month or so I have had multiple occasions to come into the store. It's not very often that I want to write a review for amazing customer service but my experience at the store is exceptional. The employee's out is Melanie Graf. Every time I come in she knows by name, my order what I'm in the store for, etc. She has gone above and beyond. I will never do business with another store because of her exceptional customer service. She deserves a raise, a bonus and any other accolades you can offer! read more

DO NOT BUY YOUR WEDDING SUITS FROM HERE!!! My fiancé, my dad, my father in law, grandpa, best men & groomsman bought their wedding suits from here and EVERY suit had a problem. My dad wanted a tan suit and they ordered him a black suit. Would not recommend buying your suits from here, especially for a wedding. My dads suit will now not be done until my wedding. Horrible stressful experience. read more

My wedding is coming up, so where better to go check out suits/tuxes? Man, was I wrong. I was only there maybe five minutes and felt like I was not wanted. I walk in the door and I'm asked how many groomsmen and they give me a price instantly like I couldn't afford to be there or something. Before i even saw one tux or suit. No big deal though, so they tell me the girl in the back will help me even though they already started. Ok, I get it the girl in the back does the rentals. She points at 6 suits on the wall and says those are my choices and asks me if she should measure me. I thought, um yes you will need my measurements for a suit or tux. She measures my chest only and tells me if I dont want something not on the wall I need to go back and talk to the other people. Then acts upset while she says if I want to try anything on from the wall she has to take it off the mannequin. What!? Im here to rent a suit or tux. Why do I need to see another person. Why can't I try something on after being measured? I was so confused by the incompetence and awful customer service. Go to Nick's or Celebrity Tix and Tails instead! read more

Horrible. Walked around store for solid 15 minutes, no acknowledge whatsoever - not even so much as 'hello'. I checked a mirror to see if there was something wrong with me - or maybe I was invisible; but no, I was all there and looked appropriate. A female and a male associate walked right past me - totally ignored - just amazing! My business would be bankrupt if I or my employees operated in this light. This is the Happy Valley location. I'm going to try Arrowhead location and I will post the results thereafter. I'm looking to spend a lot of money and build a relationship with a tailor that will last for years ($)...not happening at this location. 1 Star MW Happy Valley - congratulations you earned every one of it. Edit for MW Corporate: I arrived to the store on 2/10/17 approximately 11:15 AM (just in case you need to look up who was on shift - perhaps there's a pattern) read more

Had a pretty good experience here, all things considered. Needed to get some new dudes for an upcoming business event, and this place did not disappoint. I was helped by a few folks, but everyone was generally friendly and knew their stuff. Being able to one-stop shop for an entire outfit was actually kind of a nice experience. This includes tailoring and prepping the suits and pants, another headache you can avoid by having it all done on-site, and their prices were very reasonable. I will say that while they have good 'sale' prices on suits here, which is their main draw, the shirts, ties, shoes and so forth, can be a bit steep in comparison. You can easily spend as much on the shirt and tie as you spend on the jacket, which seemed kind of strange to me. Maybe I'm just ignorant of the whole men's fashion scene, and if so, I can accept that! Bottom line, I picked up a nice suit, several shirts and ties here and everyone was super helpful in finding me just what I needed for the occasion. If you're not adept at matching colors or figuring out what goes with what, pretty much everyone here was helpful in that regard and their suggestions were all on point. It's a nice shop, located in a nice area and with helpful folks and I'm sure I'll be back when the next opportunity presents itself (and when the wallet recovers). Highly recommended! read more

Walked around the store and left without purchasing a thing. Not helpful at all no one spoke to me. Wasted my time coming to this location after just being at the other location by arrowhead mall to get the same energy. read more

Terrible customer service. You can tell this was just a "summer job" for the associate helping us. His knowledge regarding the fit of the suites and different styles was poor. I took my business elsewhere. read more

Came in and rented a tuxedo with my fiancé, the man helping us was not helpful and didn't seem to know what he was doing. When trying to figure out the fit, he suggested my fiancé try on a child size coat to have it fit better in the neck! I doubt my 6 ft 1 fiancé who is an adult would fit properly in a child's coat. His suit jackets for work aren't even the smallest men's size. Ridiculous. They didn't show us a sample of the black tie, and wouldn't let him try on the tux he wanted to rent. He said they only will measure for fit, but not style. When we tried to figure out the options for groomsmen I made it clear that we needed assistance in determining what combinations look good, but we didn't get any helpful input. We made an order but are considering cancelling because I don't know that I can trust them to deliver a proper tux rental for the wedding. read more

I was helped by Brian H, who was beyond helpful. I went in thinking I knew my sizes, but he took the time to remeasure which is great because what I thought was totally wrong. Brian helped me find the suits I wanted in my price range, and even convinced me try some new shirts I usually would not consider. Overall I got a few suits, shirts and ties and ended up saving over 1400$ over the normal costs. I will be back, and hope to deal with Brian again. Tip: take the time to try things on and let your consultant measure you. I can't believe how much more comfortable and better looking the suits are after a custom fitting. read more

My shopping experience ruined my Sunday. I payed $400 for a suit. Was in a hurry didn't try on after tailor. They assured me they make sure I'm happy if I need to change it etc. So I came back to the Happy Valley location. I explained that I was not happy with the fit and asked if he had a solution. He quickly said "nope, not after you tailored it. No refunds". Okay, I said, maybe we can at least fix the ugly tight stitching on legs, and bring it in a bit more. He said okay, but was clearly annoyed. After putting jacket on I asked about a smaller fit. Hi insisted that I had the right coat and wouldn't let me try another on. From the minute I walked in, this guy had it out for me. Huge attitude. Then I hear him from across the store say, "this guys really picky, can you go take some measurements". I then changed and let him know I was taking my biz elsewhere. I was prepared to shop for my dads bday and buy another suit. Nope. I calmly explained that first you should lower your voice when talking about a customer in a negative light. Second, I'm not picky, I'm the customer that just wants to feel good in a suit. I won't be returning to Mens Warehouse. There is just too much competition out there to go and get treated like that. Really ruined my Sunday out. Thanks dude. read more
