Was quoted one price for "prom" special and they charged $40 more, shoes we're supposed to be 15 they charge 35. Had the wrong color suit and tie which fortunately they were able to change the suit but not the tie. Was dirty they cleaned it up somewhat, makes me wonder of they even clean the suits after each use. Would've gone somewhere else if it wasn't the night before the prom. Do not recommend this place at all!! read more

Went to Rose's on 35th Avenue for a tuxedo rental for my son's prom. The service is outstanding, the selection is amazing and process is very streamlined. I like how organized and efficiently they run their store. I wish I had known about them when my older son had prom, 2 years ago, because he went to one of the bigger warehouse places and it was the complete opposite experience. I rented all my grooms men's tuxedos from here and I could not have asked for a better experienced. I've shopped around at many tux places here in Az, and they are by far the best. They did my wedding and did a great job at customer service and making you feel special as a groom. Cheaper clothes are a little baggy so I recommend spend a tad more to get the better suits which they have. But trust me your not gonna get robbed like men's warehouse. Also be considerate of groomsmen by not making them spend an arm and a leg for tuxedo. It's your day but don't make it expensive for the people close to you. Stopped in at Rose Tuxedo on a Friday evening needing a tuxedo for Saturday night. Angelo met me at the door, was enthusiastic and ready to help. The customer service was top notch! Angelo, laid out all the options, had me measured and out the door within 20 minutes. The next morning my Tuxedo was ready for pickup at the Indian School location. Angelo offered to have it available for pick up at the 35th Ave location, but it worked out better for me to pick it up at the Indian School location. The tux fit perfectly, I was very pleased with the style and the fit. I'll be a repeat customer and would recommend Rose Tuxedo to anybody whether they need a Tuxedo in a hurry or are planning for an event in advance. read more
