She had found her dress in 5 minutes but I wasn't as lucky, only bc I'm picky. I tried on 7-8 dresses and my attendant was fabulous and professionally honest, which I absolutely appreciated. While Krystal didn't have gowns that matched my exact height and style (something we had discovered in prior conversations), she went above and beyond and was still able to make my appointment special. She graciously hosted a jewelry and veil consultation just for me, and even took the time to help me search on Amazon for the perfect headpiece when she didn't have exactly what I needed in-store. Her veils are stunning--and extremely reasonably priced. To this day, I regret not purchasing one during my visit! I fully plan to return to buy my dream veil from her and take another round of photos, just for fun. If you're looking for a truly personal, one-on-one bridal experience with someone who genuinely cares, Krystal's boutique is the place to go.

The place was packed! That being said, there were at least four employees handling customers. We were offered some cold bottles of water while we waited, which was a nice touch, and then Vicki helped us out. We ended up trying on a boys' suit and then ordering a size up... I found the price for this reasonable for a quality suit and we were told it should be arriving within the week. We will go back when it arrives to see if it needs alterations, and I know that BT&C is known for the great job they do with tailoring, so I may have to bump this review up another star based on our next experience visiting. I'd also go back just for the tailoring in the future. See you next visit, Vicki!

It was a great system and one reason I trusted them. I no longer live in Arizona, but I recently had a wedding in the area and needed a suit and shirt cleaned. I decided to return to Express Cleaners because of my past experience. I dropped off my clothes Monday afternoon and requested Thursday pickup. I also asked for heavy starch on the shirt. I had a few other items cleaned with the same request. When I returned Thursday afternoon, my order was incomplete and one item was missing. The employee told me to come back the next day. I returned Friday and picked everything up. I trusted the order was correct and did not inspect the items before leaving. When I got back to my hotel, I noticed the shirts were not heavy starch at all. They were very lightly pressed. One red dress shirt also had a stain near the bottom that was not removed. That part is on me for not checking the clothes before leaving the store. I did pay extra for the heavy starch and expected the work to be done correctly. I tried calling the store so they could address the issue, but no one answered the phone. I now live in another state so there is little I can do about it. I am sharing this so others pay close attention when picking up their clothes. Check every item before you leave the counter. The quality and attention to detail were not what I expected based on my previous experience.

Her customer service was completely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable throughout the experience. To make matters worse, she shortened my dress more than what we had agreed upon. Between the poor communication, rude behavior, and the alteration not being done as discussed, I would not recommend coming here.
