    This was at Menards when I arrived and an hour later it was still there, but they had thrown cardboard on it after someone slipped.

    Ordered 4 cabinets from them. Got notified entire order was in. Wasn't - had to wait 2 more hours to get it down for pick up. Employee was rude. When I got it home missing pieces and a counter top I paid for. When I complained they just sent me something that order was complete on pick up. So they also stole from me. Scam artists! No one knows or cares what they are doing. Do not order anything from these people! Incompetent and rude!

    Menards has everything to fill your needs. The staff, if you can hunt one down, is very knowledgeable and can point you in the right direction in this gigantic store. There is a walking conveyor to make upstairs handicap accessible as well.

    Bought enchanted garden bird food ( peanuts) Menards brand, full of rat poop and hair , they don't have the natures own brand like last time which was great. I will return this toxic bag of who knows what .

    I've been shopping at this Menards since 2005. Before the recent expansion and remodel, I actually liked how tiny the Richfield location was. It seemed that the employees were nicer and more helpful during those days. Having said that, I've shopped at this location numerous times and generally only get help if I hunt someone down and ask. Today as well as more recently, I've noticed that the help and friendliness has either started to shift in the right direction, or I was just asking all of the wrong people at the wrong time in prior scenarios. REGARDLESS, today (6/18/15) I went in to make a return on some items and dealt with a friendly and efficient sales associate. I also came in to buy some items that will help me finish a sanding/staining project on a 100+ year old chair as a Father's Day gift. I was offered help and given great tips that I would not have thought of on my own (remember, good ideas only seem to arrive AFTER you finish a project). The checking out process was great, too! I was first waiting in a long line and shortly thereafter, an employee opened up another lane and notified me that I could come over to her lane. She was quick, efficient, and told a fun little story that was related my purchase. I've always liked that Menards prices are lower than most of their competitors, but the service today may start to win me back as a regular!

    I was so disappointed when the UPS slip on my door stated that my package was delivered here (it's…read morea UPS Access Point). I like to shop local, but I had already resolved to stop shopping here because of poor customer service on multiple occasions. I tracked the package on the UPS website and saw that it was delivered the previous day, and I called to double-check that it was actually there before stopping by. The guy who answered the phone couldn't have been less interested in helping me. It was evident right away that he felt like checking for the package was a huge inconvenience. He left the phone to go search for it WHILE I WAS STILL TALKING, describing what it should look like (excuse me for trying to be helpful), and asking if another undelivered package also happened to be there. He came back to the phone and said he didn't find anything. I walked over shortly afterward and explained to the same guy that the UPS tracker showed that one package was delivered there the day before. Long story short, he found it and explained that he didn't see it initially because he was looking for the other one I described, and he grumbled on and on about how this store "isn't a UPS." Try ACTUALLY LISTENING to your customers when they're speaking to you, and you won't miss key details. And a business currently has to apply to become a UPS Access Point, so you can save all that grumbling for your manager. I didn't want to come here to pick-up my packages in the first place because of EXACTLY THIS kind of shitty customer service that seems to be the norm here. Yes, it requires additional time and effort, but one of the supposed benefits of being an Access Point is its potential to increase foot traffic (and ultimately, sales)--but I will go out of my way to shop elsewhere because I'm beyond tired of the misogyny and condescension.
