Regular ice and an excessive amount of ice are two completely different things. What made me even more angry was the employee's attitude. When I questioned the drink that was approximately 90% ice, the employee did not acknowledge the problem or attempt to resolve it. Instead, the employee argued with me and insisted that I was the one who was wrong.
